Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及增白和增亮洗衣组合物的用途。
背景技术
在家庭洗衣过程中保持和改善纺织品的白度和亮度是人们期望的。一个问题是从一件衣服移除的污物再沉积到另一件衣服上。此问题会因衣服上和洗涤中的人油(皮脂)的存在而加剧,人油(皮脂)将助于增强洗涤中污物的沉积。该过程将导致整个洗涤负荷上白度和洁净度的全面损失。为了改善这个问题,已向洗涤剂中广泛添加分散聚合物如烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺。乙氧基化PEI(PEI=聚乙烯亚胺)在CA 121 0009中被称为抗再沉积聚合物。某些纤维素酶也已被用来通过改变棉织物的表面性质而防止再沉积。Novozymes在WO02/099091和WO04/053039中描述了用于家庭洗衣中的纤维素酶。
EP1321510(Shipley)描述了一种含有烷氧基化多烷基苯酚的工业清洁组合物用于从半导体及其他电子器件和电路的制造中使用的光刻胶中汽提有机化学残留物。有机化学残留物是生产过程中剩下的材料,包括光引发剂、热引发剂、丙烯酸类和甲基丙烯酸类单体。
发明内容
需要进一步的技术来减少家庭洗衣产品中的再沉积和提高洁净度。
我们已经发现,不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚将在家庭洗衣过程中增强衣服的白度和亮度。
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)带电荷的表面活性剂,优选带电荷的表面活性剂的水平为4至50重量%,更优选6至30重量%,最优选8至20重量%;
(ii)不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚,优选地水平为0.1至20重量%,更优选0.5至10重量%,最优选2至9重量%;和
(iii)香料。
在另一个方面,本发明提供了一种洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4至50重量%、更优选6至30重量%、最优选8至20重量%的选自以下的阴离子型表面活性剂:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;和烷基醚硫酸盐以及它们的混合物;
(ii)0.5至10重量%、最优选2至9重量%的具有以下结构的不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:

在又一个方面,本发明提供了一种处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚的水溶液处理纺织品,所述水溶液包含10ppm至5000ppm的不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚和至多6g/L、优选0.2至4g/L的表面活性剂;和
(ii)任选地漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
在所述方法中,所述水溶液中香料的水平优选为0.1至100ppm,更优选1至10ppm。
在本发明的方法方面中,使用的表面活性剂优选为本发明的组合物方面所优选的。
纺织品优选为服装、床上用品或桌布类的物品。优选的服装类物品为含棉衬衫、裤子、内衣和套衫。
具体实施方式
烷氧基化多烷基苯酚
优选地,所述的或每一种不带电荷(中性)的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚为烷氧基化三烷基苯酚,最优选烷氧基化三丁基苯酚。
优选地,烷氧基化三烷基苯酚为聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(正-丁基)苯基)醚。优选地,烷氧基化多烷基苯酚含有平均2至70个烷氧基基团、最优选6至50个烷氧基基团。
优选地,所述烷氧基化为乙氧基化。
烷氧基化多烷基苯酚中的烷基基团优选选自直链或支链C3至C15烷基基团。
优选地,不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚具有3个连接到苯酚的烷基基团。优选地,它们在苯酚上的2,4,6位。烷氧基化物连接到1位。优选地,烷氧基化物由氢原子封端。
最优选地,所述的或每一种不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚具有以下结构:

表面活性剂
本发明的洗衣组合物包含带电荷的表面活性剂并且最优选所述带电荷的表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂(其包括阴离子型表面活性剂的混合物)。
可使用的合适的阴离子型洗涤剂化合物通常为有机硫酸盐和磺酸盐的水溶性碱金属盐,所述有机硫酸盐和磺酸盐具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基原子团,术语烷基的使用包括高级烷基原子团的烷基部分。
合适的合成阴离子型洗涤剂化合物的实例有:烷基硫酸钠和烷基硫酸钾,尤其是通过硫酸化例如自牛油或椰油产生的C8至C18高级醇所获得的那些;烷基C9至C20苯磺酸钠和苯磺酸钾,特别是直链仲烷基C10至C15苯磺酸钠;和烷基甘油基醚硫酸钠,尤其是衍生自牛油或椰油的高级醇和衍生自石油的合成醇的那些醚。
阴离子型表面活性剂优选选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐;皂;烷基(优选甲基)酯磺酸盐;以及它们的混合物。
最优选的阴离子型表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐以及它们的混合物。优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐为具有平均1至3个EO(乙氧基化物)单元的C12-C14正烷基醚硫酸盐。特别优选月桂基醚硫酸钠(SLES)。优选地,直链烷基苯磺酸盐为C11至C15烷基苯磺酸钠。优选地,烷基硫酸盐为直链或支链C12至C18烷基硫酸钠。特别优选月桂基硫酸钠(SDS,也称伯烷基硫酸盐)。
洗衣组合物中阴离子型表面活性剂的水平优选为4至50重量%,更优选6至30重量%,最优选8至20重量%。
优选地,存在两种或更多种阴离子型表面活性剂,例如直链烷基苯磺酸盐与烷基醚硫酸盐一起。
优选地,除阴离子型表面活性剂外,洗衣组合物还包含烷基乙氧基化非离子型表面活性剂,优选地2至8重量%的烷基烷氧基化(优选地,乙氧基化)非离子型表面活性剂。
可使用的合适的非离子型洗涤剂化合物包括特别是具有脂族疏水基团和反应性氢原子的化合物例如脂族醇、酸或酰胺,尤其是环氧乙烷单独地或与环氧丙烷一起的反应产物。具体的非离子型洗涤剂化合物有脂族C8至C18直链或支链伯醇或仲醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物。
优选地,烷基乙氧基化非离子型表面活性剂为具有平均7个EO至9个EO单元的乙氧基化C8至C18伯醇。
表面活性剂体系的非离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂可选自"Surface ActiveAgents"卷1(Schwartz&Perry,Interscience 1949)、卷2(Schwartz,Perry&Berch,Interscience 1958)中、Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的当前版本的"McCutcheon's Emulsifiers and Detergents"中或"Tenside-Taschenbuch",H.Stache,第二版,Carl Hauser Verlag,1981中描述的表面活性剂。
优选地,使用的表面活性剂是饱和的。
还适用的有表面活性剂如EP-A-328 177(Unilever)中描述的表现出抗盐析性的那些、EP-A-070 074中描述的烷基多糖苷表面活性剂和烷基单糖苷。
在另一个方面,带电荷的表面活性剂可以是阳离子型的以便制剂为织物调理剂。然而,基于阴离子型或阴离子型/非离子型表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物是更优选的实施方案。
阳离子化合物
当本发明用作织物调理剂时,其需要含有阳离子化合物。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
如果季铵化合物为具有至少一个C12至C22烷基链的季铵化合物,则是有利的。
优选的是季铵化合物具有下式:
其中R1为C12至C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立地选自C1至C4烷基链并且X-为可相容的阴离子。这种类型的一种优选化合物为季铵化合物十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物。
用于本发明的第二类材料为上面的结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立地选自C12至C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立地选自C1至C4烷基链并且X-为可相容的阴离子。
组合物任选地包含硅氧烷。
助剂或络合剂
助剂材料可选自1)钙螯合剂材料、2)沉淀材料、3)钙离子交换材料和4)它们的混合物。
钙螯合剂助剂材料的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐如三聚磷酸钠和有机螯合剂如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性结晶或非晶铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如,沸石A、沸石B(也称沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y和另外如EP-A-0,384,070中描述的沸石P类型。
组合物还可含0-65%的助剂或络合剂如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺-五乙酸、烷基-或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下面提及的其他助剂。由于它们络合金属离子的能力,故许多助剂也是漂白稳定剂。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐)是优选的助剂,特别优选碳酸盐。
组合物可含有结晶铝硅酸盐、优选地碱金属铝硅酸盐、更优选铝硅酸钠作为助剂。这通常以少于15重量%的水平存在。铝硅酸盐为具有以下通式的材料:
0.8-1.5M2O.Al2O3.0.8-6SiO2
其中M为一价阳离子,优选钠。这些材料含有一些结合水并需要具有至少50mgCaO/g的钙离子交换容量。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可通过硅酸钠与铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备,这在文献中有大量的描述。表面活性剂对铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比率优选高于5:2,更优选高于3:1。
或者,或除铝硅酸盐助剂外,还可使用磷酸盐助剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括二磷酸盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐种类。其他形式的助剂包括硅酸盐,如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如,来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
优选地,洗衣洗涤剂制剂为非磷酸盐助剂洗衣洗涤剂制剂,即含有少于1重量%的磷酸盐。优选地,粉末洗衣洗涤剂制剂主要含碳酸盐助剂。粉末应优选给出9.5-11的使用中pH。
最优选地,洗衣洗涤剂为水性液体洗衣洗涤剂,优选具有7至9的pH。
在水性液体洗衣洗涤剂中,优选一丙二醇以1至30重量%、最优选2至18重量%的水平存在,以提供具有适宜的可倾倒粘度的制剂。
荧光剂
组合物优选包含荧光剂(光学增亮剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的并且许多此类荧光剂可商购获得。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式供应和使用。
优选的荧光剂类别有:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物,例如,Tinopal(商标)CBS-X;二胺芪二磺酸化合物,例如,Tinopal DMS pure Xtra and Blankophor(商标)HRH;和吡唑啉化合物,例如,Blankophor SN。

香料
组合物包含香料。香料优选在0.001至3重量%、更优选0.05至0.5重量%、最优选0.1至1重量%的范围内。CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry andFragrance Association)1992International Buyers Guide和Schnell Publishing Co.出版的OPD 1993Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中提供了香料的许多合适的实例。

可存在用于防止染料沉积的聚合物,例如,聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮)、聚(乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物)和聚(乙烯基咪唑)。
酶
本发明的洗衣组合物中及实施本发明的方法时优选存在一种或多种酶。
优选地,本发明的洗衣组合物中每一种酶的水平为0.0001重量%至0.1重量%蛋白质。
酶优选选自:蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶,优选蛋白酶。
尤其考虑的酶包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂解酶和甘露聚糖酶或它们的混合物。

优选的市售脂肪酶包括LipolaseTM和Lipolase UltraTM、LipexTM及LipocleanTM(Novozymes A/S)。
本发明的方法可在归类为EC 3.1.1.4和/或EC 3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。

合适的蛋白酶包括动物、植物或微生物来源的那些。优选微生物来源。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。蛋白酶可为丝氨酸蛋白酶或金属蛋白酶,优选碱性微生物蛋白酶或胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶。优选的市售蛋白酶包括AlcalaseTM、SavinaseTM、PrimaseTM、DuralaseTM、DyrazymTM、EsperaseTM、EverlaseTM、PolarzymeTM和KannaseTM(Novozymes A/S)、MaxataseTM、MaxacalTM、MaxapemTM、ProperaseTM、PurafectTM、Purafect OxPTM、FN2TM和FN3TM(Genencor International Inc.)。
本发明的方法可在归类为EC 3.1.1.74的角质酶的存在下进行。根据本发明使用的角质酶可以是任何来源的。优选地,角质酶是微生物来源的,特别是细菌、真菌或酵母来源的。
合适的淀粉酶(α和/或β)包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。淀粉酶包括例如自芽孢杆菌获得的α-淀粉酶,例如GB 1,296,839中更详细地描述的地衣芽孢杆菌的一个特殊菌株,或者WO 95/026397或WO 00/060060中公开的芽孢杆菌属菌株。市售的淀粉酶有DuramylTM、TermamylTM、Termamyl UltraTM、NatalaseTM、StainzymeTM、FungamylTM和BANTM(Novozymes A/S)、RapidaseTM和PurastarTM(来自GenencorInternational Inc.)。
合适的纤维素酶包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。合适的纤维素酶包括来自芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属、腐质霉属、镰刀菌属、梭孢壳霉属、枝顶孢属的纤维素酶,例如,US 4,435,307、US 5,648,263、US 5,691,178、US 5,776,757、WO 89/09259、WO 96/029397和WO 98/012307中所公开自特异腐质霉、太瑞斯梭孢壳霉、嗜热毁丝霉和尖孢镰刀菌产生的真菌纤维素酶。市售的纤维素酶包括CelluzymeTM、CarezymeTM、CellucleanTM、EndolaseTM、RenozymeTM(Novozymes A/S)、ClazinaseTM和Puradax HATM(Genencor International Inc.)和KAC-500(B)TM(Kao Corporation),优选CellucleanTM。
合适的过氧化物酶/氧化酶包括植物、细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。可用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属、例如来自灰盖鬼伞的过氧化物酶以及其变体,如WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中描述的那些。市售的过氧化物酶包括GuardzymeTM和NovozymTM51004(Novozymes A/S)。
适合使用的其他酶在WO2009/087524、WO2009/090576、WO2009/107091、WO2009/111258和WO2009/148983中有讨论。
酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可使用常规的稳定剂稳定,所述稳定剂例如:多元醇如丙二醇或甘油,糖或糖醇,乳酸,硼酸或硼酸衍生物例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且组合物可按例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。
当烷基基团足够长以形成支链或环状链时,烷基基团包括支链、环状和直链烷基链。烷基基团优选是直链或支链的,最优选直链的。
除非另有说明,否则本文使用的不定冠词“一种”及其相应的定冠词“该”指至少一种或者一种或多种。
实验
实验1
制备具有以下配方的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂:
使用该制剂在设定为200rpm的涤垢仪(Tergotometer)中洗涤八个5×5cm针织棉布片。在800ml的6°法国硬水中于20℃下用2.3g/L的制剂进行一小时洗涤。为了模拟微粒状污物,向洗涤液中加入0.04g/L的100%压缩炭黑(来自Sigma-Aldrich)。为了模拟油性污物,向洗涤液中加入(6.3g)SBL2004污物条(来自Warwick Equest)。
洗涤一完成,即取出棉布监测样品(monitor)并干燥,并在反射计上测量反射率。从460nm下的反射率值R460(排除UV)评估灰度。
针对抗再沉积益处,测试含有8.7重量%的Sokalan HP20(BASF)——乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺聚合物PEI(600)20EO作为对比聚合物的制剂。
测试含有8.7重量%的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:具有各种乙氧基化物链长的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(正-丁基)苯基)醚(来自Clariant的Sapogenat)的制剂。
结果汇总在下表中。还给出了从8个监测样品的测量值的标准偏差计算的95%置信限。R460值为来自8个监测样品的测量值的平均值。
烷氧基化多烷基苯酚增大监测样品的R460。高的R460值相当于更干净更白的织物。烷氧基化多烷基苯酚提供比乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺Sokalan HP20显著更好的益处,后者在当前条件下不提供显著的益处。
Claims (17)
1.一种洗衣洗涤剂组合物,所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含:
(i)4至50重量%的带电荷的表面活性剂;
(ii)0.1至20重量%的不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚;和
(iii)0.001至3重量%的香料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚为不带电荷的烷氧基化三(正-丁基)苯酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚为不带电荷的乙氧基化多烷基苯酚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述不带电荷的烷氧基化三苯乙烯基苯酚为不带电荷的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(正-丁基)苯基)醚。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚含有平均2至70个烷氧基基团。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚含有平均6至18个烷氧基基团。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚以0.5至10重量%、最优选2至9重量%的水平存在。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述带电荷的表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐;皂;甲酯磺酸盐;以及它们的混合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐;以及它们的混合物。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含2至8重量%的烷基乙氧基化非离子型表面活性剂。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中香料以0.1至3重量%存在并包含来自以下的一种或多种香型(化合物):α-异甲基紫罗兰酮;水杨酸苄酯;香茅醇;香豆素;己基肉桂醛;芳樟醇;2-甲基戊酸乙酯;辛醛;乙酸苄酯;3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇乙酸酯;2-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-环己醇乙酸酯;δ-突厥酮;β-紫罗兰酮;乙酸三环癸烯酯;十二烷醛;己基肉桂醛;环十五内酯;苯乙酸2-苯乙酯;水杨酸戊酯;β-石竹烯;十一碳烯酸乙酯;邻氨基苯甲酸香叶酯;α-鸢尾酮;苯甲酸β-苯乙酯;α-檀香醇;雪松醇;乙酸柏木酯;甲酸柏木酯;水杨酸环己酯;γ-十二内酯;和乙酸β-苯乙基苯酯。
13.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含:
(i)4至50重量%的选自以下的阴离子型表面活性剂:直链烷基苯磺酸盐;烷基硫酸盐;和烷基醚硫酸盐;以及它们的混合物;
(ii)0.5至10重量%的具有以下结构的不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:
其中n选自:6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49和50;和
(iii)香料。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.0001重量%至0.1重量%蛋白质酶,所述酶选自:蛋白酶;脂肪酶;纤维素酶;以及它们的混合物,优选地包含蛋白酶。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣洗涤剂组合物为水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物。
16.一种处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用如权利要求1至15中任一项所限定的洗衣洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理所述纺织品,所述水溶液包含10ppm至5000ppm的不带电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚和至多6g/L的表面活性剂;和
(ii)任选地漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
17.根据权利要求16所述的处理纺织品的家用方法,其中所述水溶液包含0.2至4g/L的表面活性剂。
