For the manual exhaust type electric pressure cooker, the pressure cooker has no exhaust requirement in the whole working process, and the user needs to manually exhaust after the pressure cooker is finished. Therefore, the electromagnetic device attracts and closes the pressure limiting valve when the pressure cooker starts to work, and after the work is finished, namely the procedure of cooking rice or cooking soup of the pressure cooker is completely finished, the pressure limiting valve is lifted, so that the protection effect can be achieved without influencing the normal procedure of the pressure cooker. For the pressure cooker which utilizes the electromagnetic valve to control the pressure limiting valve to exhaust, the phenomenon of multiple times of exhaust can occur in the working process of the pressure cooker, so that the controller needs to disconnect the electromagnetic device before judging the action of the electromagnetic valve, and the pressure limiting valve can exhaust normally. The specific process steps of the pressure limiting valve misoperation protection are shown in figure 2.
The pressure limiting valve has the most important function of protecting the pressure cooker from being over-pressurized, and when the pressure switch and the temperature sensing bulb are both out of work and the relay is kept constantly in suction for continuous heating, the high pressure in the cooker can jack the pressure limiting valve to exhaust, so that the pressure cooker is prevented from being exploded due to over-pressure. Therefore, the controller needs to strictly set the suction condition of the electromagnetic device, which can not only ensure that the pressure limiting valve can not be easily shifted by children, but also ensure that the pressure cooker controller can be jacked up by pressure to exhaust when the pressure cooker controller fails.
