Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A method of cleaning a vacuum duct, a device for cleaning a vacuum duct, a cooking appliance, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of cleaning a vacuum line according to one embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiments of the present application, the method for cleaning a vacuum pipe may be applied to a cooking appliance, and the cooking appliance may be a vacuum cooking appliance, such as a vacuum pressure cooker, a vacuum rice cooker, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 1 may include a pot 100, a controller 10, an air pressure detecting device 20, a pressure reducing device 30, and a switch device 40, wherein the pot 100 has a cooking cavity 101 therein, the pressure reducing device 30 may include an air pump 200 and an air valve 300, and the air pump 200 has an air inlet (not shown in fig. 2) and an air outlet (not shown in fig. 2) communicating with the atmosphere. Air valve 300 communicates with cooking chamber 101 and an air inlet (not shown in fig. 2), respectively. The controller 10 may be electrically connected to the air pressure detecting device 20, the pressure reducing device 30, and the switching device 40, respectively. It should be noted that the air pump 200 described in this embodiment may be a vacuum pump, the air valve 300 may be an on-off valve (solenoid valve), and the switch device 40 may be a pressure relief valve (solenoid valve).
The air pressure detecting device 20 is used for detecting the air pressure value in the cooking cavity 101, the switch device 40 is used for setting whether the cooking cavity 101 is communicated with the outside air, and if the cooking appliance 1 is in a closed state, the cooking cavity 101 is communicated with the outside when the switch device 40 is opened.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pot body 100 may further include a pot body 110, a pot cover 120 and a movable cover plate 130. The lid 120 is provided on the body 110 to open or close the cooking cavity 101, the air pump 200 and the air valve 300 are provided in the lid 120, and the lower surface of the lid 120 is provided with an air suction hole 121 (the up-down direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 1) communicating the cooking cavity 101 and the air valve 300. The movable cover 130 is detachably installed below the lid 120, and the movable cover 130 is provided with an air hole 131 for communicating the air exhaust hole 121 and the cooking cavity 101. This facilitates the arrangement of the air pump 200 and the air valve 300, and prevents the high temperature and high humidity environment in the cooking chamber 101 from affecting the normal operation of the air pump 200 and the air valve 300. Meanwhile, the cooking chamber 101 can be conveniently communicated with the pumping hole 121, and further, the gas in the cooking chamber 101 can be conveniently pumped out by the gas pump 200 through the gas valve 300.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the cooking appliance 1 starts to cook and enters the warming-up stage, the controller 10 may utilize the pressure reducing device 30 to extract the gas in the cooking cavity 101, so as to reduce the gas pressure in the cooking cavity 101, that is, reduce the boiling point of the gas, so that the food in the cooking cavity 101 can realize the boiling and rolling effect under the condition of low temperature, which is more beneficial to the extraction of the nutrient substances. However, when cooking, substances such as water vapor, rice water, oil vapor and the like in the air are pumped out along with the air, so that substances such as water, oil stains and the like are easily accumulated in the vacuum pipeline of the air pump 200, and the substances are easy to breed bacteria and generate peculiar smell after being stored for a long time.
In order to prevent the water vapor, rice water, oil vapor and the like generated after boiling from breeding bacteria and generating peculiar smell after being sucked into the vacuum pipeline of the air pump 200, and simultaneously not affecting the cooking effect, the embodiment of the application provides the following method for cleaning the vacuum pipeline, which is specifically described as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the method for cleaning a vacuum pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S1, opening the air valve and the air pump within the first set time, so that the air in the pot container of the cooking appliance flows out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipeline. The first setting time can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the value range of the first setting time can be 5 seconds to 10 minutes.
And S2, when the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is smaller than the set air pressure value within the second set time, closing the air pump, and keeping the air valve in an open state, so that the air outside the cooking appliance flows into the pot liner through the vacuum pipeline. The second setting time may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the second setting time may be greater than 10 milliseconds.
In one embodiment of the invention, the step of opening the air valve and the air pump within a first set time and the step of closing the air pump and keeping the air valve in an open state within a second set time or when the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is less than a set air pressure value are performed when the cooking appliance is in a cooking state or a non-cooking state, wherein the set air pressure value can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the set air pressure value is less than or equal to-20 KPA. It should be noted that the non-cooking state described in this embodiment does not include a state in which the cooking appliance is not energized.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the non-cooking state may include a standby state or a scheduled waiting state.
It should be noted that the cooking appliance described in the above embodiments may automatically enter the standby state after being powered on. In addition, after the cooking appliance is powered on, a user can also control the cooking appliance to enter a reservation waiting state through a remote controller, a mobile terminal or a human-computer interaction interface arranged on the casing of the cooking appliance.
Further, if the cooking appliance is in a non-cooking state, before the air valve and the air pump are opened, whether the cooking cavity is in a sealing state or not can be detected, and if yes, the switch device is opened, so that normal pressure in the cooking cavity is recovered.
Specifically, after the cooking appliance enters the standby state or the reservation waiting state, the controller in the cooking appliance may first detect whether the cooking chamber is currently in the sealed state, for example, the controller may detect whether the cooking chamber is currently in the sealed state by detecting whether the switching device is currently in the closed state, and by detecting whether the lid 120 and the flap 130 are closed, or the like.
If the controller detects that the cooking cavity is in a sealed state at present, the controller can firstly control the switching device to be opened so as to enable the cooking cavity to be communicated with external air, then the air valve and the air pump are opened, so that air in the pot container of the cooking appliance flows out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipeline, and therefore substances such as water vapor, rice water, oil vapor and the like accumulated in the vacuum pipeline are discharged, and the air valve and the air pump are closed to stop air suction after first set time. If the cooking cavity is detected not to be in the sealed state currently, the controller can directly open the air valve and the air pump, so that the air in the pot container of the cooking appliance flows out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipeline.
In addition, after the cooking appliance enters a cooking state, air can flow in from the outside of the pot through the vacuum pipeline within a certain time, and impurities in the vacuum pipeline are not easy to bring in and settle due to bidirectional air flow, namely, the inside of the pot, which runs a cycle in the vacuum pipeline, is pumped out of the pot and is deflated from the outside of the pot into the pot within a certain time.
Specifically, after the cooking appliance enters the cooking state, the controller of the cooking appliance may first control the gas valve and the gas pump to be opened for a first set time (e.g., 5 seconds), so that gas in the pot liner of the cooking appliance flows out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipe, i.e., to be extracted, then close the gas pump, and keep the gas valve in the open state for a second set time (e.g., 10 seconds), so that gas outside the cooking appliance flows into the pot liner through the vacuum pipe, i.e., to be extracted. The controller may then control the air valve and the air pump in response to the cooking parameters set by the user.
In other embodiments of the present invention, after the cooking appliance enters the non-cooking state and it is detected that the cooking cavity is currently in the sealed state, the gas valve and the gas pump are controlled to be opened for a first set time (for example, 5 seconds) to allow the gas in the inner pot of the cooking appliance to flow out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipe, i.e., to be pumped out, then the gas pump is turned off, and the gas valve is kept in the opened state for a second set time (for example, 10 seconds), so that the gas outside the cooking appliance flows into the inner pot through the vacuum pipe, and the impurities in the vacuum pipe are not easily brought in and deposited by the bidirectional gas flow.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, if the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the pot is small, the effect of cleaning the vacuum pipeline by circulating the method of pumping air from the inside of the pot to the outside of the pot and exhausting air from the outside of the pot to the inside of the pot is reduced.
In order to prevent the cleaning effect from being reduced, the air valve and the air pump can be controlled to be opened when the cooking appliance enters a cooking state or the cooking appliance is in a non-cooking state and the cooking cavity is in a sealed state currently, so that the air in the pot liner of the cooking appliance flows out of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipeline, meanwhile, whether the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is smaller than a set air pressure value or not is monitored in real time through the air pressure detection device 20, when the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is detected to be smaller than the set air pressure value, the air pump is closed, and the air valve is kept in an open state for a second preset time, so that reverse impact air flow from the atmosphere to the cooking cavity can be formed, namely, the air flow flows from the atmosphere to the cooking cavity, reverse air flow flushing can be performed on the air valve and the vacuum pipeline, dirt of the air valve.
Further, in order to improve the use experience of the user, after the cooking appliance is powered on, the user can also preset the cleaning time through a remote controller, a mobile terminal or a human-computer interaction interface arranged on the casing of the cooking appliance. And in the preset cleaning time, executing the steps of opening the air valve and the air pump for a plurality of times in the first set time, and closing the air pump to keep the air valve in an open state when the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is smaller than the set air pressure value in the second set time or the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is smaller than the set air pressure value so as to clean the air valve and the vacuum pipeline.
In order to further improve the user experience, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method for cleaning a vacuum pipe may further include receiving an opening instruction of the vacuum pipe cleaning function, and according to the opening instruction, performing the steps of opening the air valve and the air pump within a first set time and closing the air pump to keep the air valve in an open state when the air pressure value within a second set time or within the cooking cavity is less than a set air pressure value.
Specifically, after the cooking appliance is powered on, a user can send an opening instruction of the vacuum pipeline cleaning function through a remote controller, a mobile terminal or a human-computer interaction interface arranged on a shell of the cooking appliance, after the controller of the cooking appliance receives the opening instruction, according to the opening instruction, an air valve and an air pump are firstly opened within a first set time, and the air pump is closed within a second set time or when an air pressure value in a cooking cavity is smaller than a set air pressure value, so that the air valve and the vacuum pipeline are kept in an open state, and the air valve and the vacuum pipeline are cleaned.
In summary, according to the method for cleaning the vacuum pipe in the embodiment of the present invention, in the first set time, the air valve and the air pump are opened, so that the air in the pot liner of the cooking appliance flows out to the outside of the cooking appliance through the vacuum pipe, and in the second set time or when the air pressure value in the cooking cavity is smaller than the set air pressure value, the air pump is closed, so that the air valve is kept in an open state, and the air outside the cooking appliance flows into the pot liner through the vacuum pipe. Therefore, the vacuum pipeline can be cleaned simply and effectively, and the vacuum pipeline cleaning device has the advantage of convenience in use.
