本发明提供一种汽车软轴润滑脂,按重量份包括以下各组分:二甲基脂15‑30份、聚α‑烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯7‑13份、四氯化碳15‑23份、环烷酸锌5‑10份、二甘醇4‑9份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯6‑9份、季戊四醇4‑7份、极压抗磨剂1‑3份。本发明通过将失水山梨醇单脂酸酯、二甘醇和极压抗磨剂配合,使得制作出来的润滑脂在高、低温度环境均具有良好的稳定性,驾驶操控性能有明显改善。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂领域,具体涉及一种汽车软轴润滑脂。
背景技术
汽车发动机的轴把动力传给变速箱,从变速箱的输出轴到车轮的传动比是不变的。在变速箱的输出轴上装有一根“软轴”,一直通到驾驶员面前的里程表里去。所谓“软轴”就是像自行车线闸用的拉线那样有钢丝芯的螺旋管,管壁和内芯之间有润滑脂。另外,汽车还有脂门软轴、刹车软轴和离合器软轴等也要应用到润滑脂。由此可知,软轴润滑脂在汽车机构中起到极为重要的作用。由于软轴所处的环境比较恶劣,比如高温环境,这样就使得润滑脂粘度降低,导致润滑条件恶化,热量会直接传至软轴部位,对软轴的散热和降低温度相当不利。故有必要对提供一种能够适应高温等恶劣环境的软轴润滑脂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种能够适应高温等恶劣环境的汽车软轴润滑脂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种汽车软轴润滑脂,按重量份包括以下各组分:二甲基脂15-30份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯7-13份、四氯化碳15-23份、环烷酸锌5-10份、二甘醇4-9份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯6-9份、季戊四醇4-7份、极压抗磨剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述汽车软轴润滑脂的各组分按重量份计算为:二甲基脂18份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯10份、四氯化碳18份、环烷酸锌5份、二甘醇4份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯7份、季戊四醇4份、极压抗磨剂1份。
进一步地,所述汽车软轴润滑脂的各组分按重量份计算为:二甲基脂15份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯7份、四氯化碳15份、环烷酸锌7份、二甘醇5份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯6份、季戊四醇5份、极压抗磨剂2份。

进一步地,所述汽车软轴润滑脂的制备方法是:将各组分依次加入反应釜中,每加一样组分,低速搅拌2-5分钟,直至加完全部组分,然后加热到100-110℃,高速搅拌10-15分钟,使混合物自然冷却到常温停止搅拌,最后研磨成脂。
更进一步地,低速为50-150转/分,高速为600-800转/分。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将失水山梨醇单脂酸酯、二甘醇和极压抗磨剂配合,使得制作出来的润滑脂在高、低温度环境均具有良好的稳定性,驾驶操控性能有明显改善。

实施例1
本发明汽车软轴润滑脂的各组分按重量份计算为:二甲基脂18份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯10份、四氯化碳18份、环烷酸锌5份、二甘醇4份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯7份、季戊四醇4份、极压抗磨剂1份。
所述汽车软轴润滑脂的制备方法是:将各组分依次加入反应釜中,每加一样组分,以50转/分的低速搅拌2分钟,直至加完全部组分,然后加热到100℃,以600转/分的高速搅拌10分钟,使混合物自然冷却到常温停止搅拌,最后研磨成脂。
实施例2
本发明汽车软轴润滑脂的各组分按重量份计算为:二甲基脂15份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯7份、四氯化碳15份、环烷酸锌7份、二甘醇5份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯6份、季戊四醇5份、极压抗磨剂2份。
所述汽车软轴润滑脂的制备方法是:将各组分依次加入反应釜中,每加一样组分,以100转/分的低速搅拌2分钟,直至加完全部组分,然后加热到110℃,以700转/分的高速搅拌10分钟,使混合物自然冷却到常温停止搅拌,最后研磨成脂。
实施例3
本发明汽车软轴润滑脂的各组分按重量份计算为:二甲基脂30份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯13份、四氯化碳23份、环烷酸锌10份、二甘醇9份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯9份、季戊四醇6份、极压抗磨剂3份。
所述汽车软轴润滑脂的制备方法是:将各组分依次加入反应釜中,每加一样组分,以150转/分的低速搅拌2分钟,直至加完全部组分,然后加热到105℃,以800转/分的高速搅拌10分钟,使混合物自然冷却到常温停止搅拌,最后研磨成脂。

1.一种汽车软轴润滑脂,其特征在于按重量份包括以下各组分:二甲基脂15-30份、聚α-烯烃或烷基聚苯乙烯7-13份、四氯化碳15-23份、环烷酸锌5-10份、二甘醇4-9份、失水山梨醇单脂酸酯6-9份、季戊四醇4-7份、极压抗磨剂1-3份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车软轴润滑脂,其特征在于:所述汽车软轴润滑脂的制备方法是:将各组分依次加入反应釜中,每加一样组分,低速搅拌2-5分钟,直至加完全部组分,然后加热到100-110℃,高速搅拌10-15分钟,使混合物自然冷却到常温停止搅拌,最后研磨成脂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车软轴润滑脂,其特征在于:低速为50-150转/分,高速为600-800转/分。
