Description
OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)作为一种电流型发光器件,具有自发光、快速响应、宽视角、以及可制作于柔性衬底等优点而被广泛的应用于高性能显示领域。按照驱动方式,OLED可分为PMOLED(Passive Matrix Driving OLED,无源矩阵驱动有机发光二极管)和AMOLED(Active Matrix Driving OLED,有源矩阵驱动有机发光二极管)。

S1,对第N行子像素的驱动晶体管进行测试获取第一测试信息;
S2,对第M行子像素的驱动晶体管进行测试获取第二测试信息;
S3,根据所述第一测试信息和第二测试信息计算补偿参数;
S4,根据所述补偿参数对第N行、第M行及与所述第N行、第M行连续的a行子像素进行补偿;
其中,N=an+b,M=an+c,其中,a≥2,0≤b<a,0≤c<a且a、b、c、n均为整数。
N=an+b,M=an+c,其中,a≥2,0≤b<a,0≤c<a且a、b、c、n均为整数。
I1=K*u(Vgs1-Vth)2 (1)
I2=K*u(Vgs2-Vth)2 (2)
N=an+b,M=an+c,其中,a≥2,0≤b<a,0≤c<a且a、b、c、n均为整数。
步骤S111,通过数据线写入一测试信号至所述驱动晶体管的控制端以导通所述驱动晶体管;
步骤S112,通过所述驱动晶体管输出电流对一测试电容充电;
步骤S113,检测所述测试电容的电压并根据所述测试电容的电压获取所述驱动晶体管的输出电流数据;
步骤S121,通过数据线写入一测试信号至所述驱动晶体管的控制端以导通所述驱动晶体管;
步骤S122,直接采集所述驱动晶体管的输出电流数据;
