技术领域

背景技术
近来,为了改善燃料效率以及环境测量,具有发动机和电动机作为动力源的混合动力车辆已经引起了注意。混合动力车辆根据驱动条件选择性地及适当地驱动发动机和电动机之一或者驱动发动机和电动机这两者。因而,混合动力车辆能够实现比仅发动机驱动的车辆更高的燃料效率以及更低的气体释放。

技术问题

发明的有益效果

根据第一实施例用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置用来将发动机E以及电动机M(它们是混合动力车辆的动力源)的驱动力传递至车轮(驱动轮D)或者切断驱动力。如图1和图2图示的,动力传动装置主要包括第一离合构件1a、第二离合构件1b、油泵P、变速器A以及混合ECU2,混合ECU2包括离合器控制构件3以及所需泵转速确定构件4。
如图1图示的,根据本实施例的动力传动装置包括:第一离合构件1a,其布置在从安装在混合动力车辆中的发动机E延伸至驱动轮D的传动***中,并且能够将发动机E的驱动力传递至驱动轮D或者切断发动机E的驱动力;第二离合构件1b,其布置在从安装在混合动力车辆中的电动机M延伸至驱动轮D的传动***中,并且能够将电动机M的驱动力传递至驱动轮D或者切断电动机M的驱动力。第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b构成联合离合构件1。
发动机E是混合动力车辆的动力源(内燃机)之一。如图2图示的,发动机E的驱动力能够经由输出轴L传递至离合构件1的输入部分La(第一离合构件1a)。在图2中,符号"S"和"G"分别代表用于启动发动机以及减震器的启动器。当发动机E被驱动以及当第一离合构件1a处于接合状态或者处于滑动状态时,发动机E的驱动力经由第一离合构件1a的输入部分La以及输出部分Lc传递至变速器A。
电动机M包括定子MA和转子Mb并且连接至逆变器I,电池B安装在混合动力车辆中。当电力从电池B供给时,电动机M的驱动力能够传递至离合构件1的输入部分Lb(第二离合构件1b)。当电动机M被驱动以及当第二离合构件1b处于接合状态或者处于滑动状态时,电动机M的驱动力经由第二离合构件1b的输入部分Lb和输出部分Lc传递至变速器A。
第一离合构件1a的输入部分La包括驱动侧离合板1aa,其随着发动机E被驱动而旋转;第一离合构件1a的输出部分Lc包括从动侧离合板1ab。驱动侧离合板1aa和从动侧离合板1ab交替地布置。因而,当相邻的驱动侧离合板1aa和从动侧离合板1ab彼此压靠时(当液压油供给至离合器(未示出)中的活塞并且压靠接触力作用在离合板上时),动力被传递。当压靠接触力释放时停止动力的传递。当相邻的驱动侧离合板1aa和从动侧离合板1ab彼此滑动时,能够传递预定量的动力。
第二离合构件1b的输入部分Lb包括驱动侧离合板1ba,其随着电动机M被驱动而旋转;第二离合构件1b的输出部分Lc包括从动侧离合板1bb。驱动侧离合板1ba和从动侧离合板1bb交替地布置。因而,当相邻的驱动侧离合板1ba和从动侧离合板1bb彼此压靠时动力被传递。当压靠接触力释放时动力的传递停止。当相邻的驱动侧离合板1ba和从动侧离合板1bb彼此滑动时,能够传递预定量的动力。
如图2图示的,油泵P经由链路C连接至电动机M。油泵P能够通过使用电动机M的驱动力将油(液压油或者润滑油)供给至布置在车辆中的预定移动部件(例如,变速器A、离合构件1等)。油泵P能够被油压控制回路5控制。油压控制回路5连接至混合ECU2并且能够根据从混合ECU2传递的信号被适当地控制。
变速器A布置在发动机E和电动机M以及驱动轮D之间的传动***中。变速器A由无级变速器组成,其能够通过改变变速器的传动比来调节发动机E和电动机M的驱动力并且能够将动力传递至轮D。变速器A包括驱动带轮Aa和从动带轮Ab。在本实施例中,电动机的转速M是可调节的。也即,当通过电动机M的驱动力(仅由电动机M的驱动力驱动或者由电动机M的驱动力和发动机E的驱动力驱动)驱动混合动力车辆时,通过操作变速器A,能够适当地改变传递至驱动轮D的驱动力并且能够调节电动机的转速M。当调节电动机的转速M时,通过控制施加至电动机M的电流或者电压来调节电动机转矩,能够获得根据加速器开度驱动轮D需要的驱动力(转矩)。
因而,当发动机E和电动机M之一(发动机驱动或者电动机驱动)被驱动或者发动机E和电动机M这两者被驱动(混合驱动)并且第一离合构件1a或者第二离合构件1b处于动力传递状态(接合状态或者滑动状态)时,发动机E或者电动机M的驱动力经由变速器A传递至驱动轮D,并且车辆能够移动。
如图2图示的,根据本实施例的动力传动装置包括:传感器s1,其能够检测油的温度(油温);传感器s2,其能够检测变速器A的输入转速;传感器s3,其能够检测电动机M的转速(泵转速);以及传感器s4,其能够检测车辆速度。通过传感器s1至s4检测的电信号发送至混合ECU2。在图2中,符号"F"指代车辆的差动齿轮。
例如,混合ECU2由安装在车辆中的微型计算机等组成,并且能够根据车辆的驱动条件控制油压控制回路5。混合ECU2包括离合器控制构件3和所需泵转速确定构件4。离合器控制构件3通过控制油压控制回路5以在动力能够被传递的状态(接合状态或者滑动状态)和动力被切断的状态(脱开状态)之间切换来适当地操作第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b。
所需泵转速确定构件4能够基于要供给的油的所需量来确定油泵P的所需泵转速。例如,所需泵转速确定构件4能够根据通过油泵P被供给油的车辆的预定移动部件(诸如变速器A,离合构件1等)的操作状态以及操作处理的各种条件(诸如从点火打开经过的时间、油温等)通过计算要供给的油的所需量确定。
此处,在本实施例中,能够根据所需泵转速确定构件4确定的所需泵转速来控制第一离合构件1a、第二离合构件1b或者变速器A。当第二离合构件1b切断电动机M的驱动力(也即,当第二离合构件1b脱开)时,能够通过致使电动机M以适当的转速旋转油泵P来供给油。也即,当第二离合构件1b脱开并且车辆由发动机E的驱动力来驱动时,能够通过以由所需泵转速确定构件4确定的所需泵转速旋转电动机M来以所需泵转速旋转油泵P。
而且,当通过电动机M的驱动力(电动机驱动或者混合驱动)驱动车辆时,根据本实施例的混合ECU2存储上限变速特性(见图6(a))和下限变速特性,上限变速特性能够根据车辆速度和加速器开度确定变速器A允许的输入转速的上限值,下限变速特性能够确定输入转速的下限值(见图6(b))。如果由所需泵转速确定构件4确定的所需泵转速超过由上限变速特性确定的变速器的输入转速的上限值,如图7图示的,混合ECU2控制变速器A,使得变速器A的输入转速变成上限值并且滑动控制第二离合构件1b而以高于或者等于所需泵转速的转速旋转油泵P。因而,能够以所需泵转速旋转油泵P。而且,能够使第二离合构件1b的滑动量小于在未调节传动比的情形时的滑动量,使得转速变成根据变速特性允许的最高转速。
具体来说,在图6(a)中,图6(a)是从起点以一个角度直线延伸的图形,其代表当传动比是最大比率(低)时变速器A的转速;以及是用于分别通过变速器的转速的上限、噪声振动特性和施加制动时的再生性能所确定的100%、50%以及0%加速器开度的图形。在图6(b)中,图6(b)是从起点以一个角度直线延伸的图形,其代表当传动比是最大比率(低)时变速器A的转速;以及是分别通过加速性能、噪声振动特性和当传动比是最小比率(高)时变速器A的转速和释放制动时的减速性能所确定的100%、50%以及0%加速器开度的图形。当通过发动机E的驱动力驱动车辆时,根据本实施例的混合ECU2存储图5示出的变速特性,并且考虑到变速特性来控制变速器A。
当通过电动机M的驱动力来驱动车辆时,根据本实施例的混合ECU2存储上限变速特性以及下限变速特性,上限变速特性能够根据车辆速度和加速器开度确定变速器A允许的输入转速的上限值,下限变速特性能够确定输入转速的下限值。如果由所需泵转速确定构件4确定的所需泵转速低于或者等于上限值以及高于或者等于通过上限变速特性确定的传递的输入转速的下限值,混合ECU2控制变速器A,使得油泵P的转速变成所需泵转速并且第二离合构件1b接合。因而,能够将第二离合构件1b的滑动量降低至零。
而且,如图3所示的,根据本实施例的动力传动装置包括泵反向旋转构件,其包括多个(在本实施例中,包括四个)单向阀(Va至Vd),每个单向阀能够允许油仅沿一个方向流动,并且当油泵P沿反方向旋转时通过在油入口侧和油出口侧之间切换通过使用单向阀(Va至Vd)能够生成油压力。具体来说,当油试图从图3的下部分沿向上方向流动时,当其中的球阀打开时(球阀的球与流动开口分离开)单向阀(Va至Vd)允许油沿向上方向流动。当油试图从图3的上部分沿向下方向流动时,当球阀关闭(球阀的球接触流动开口)时单向阀(Va至Vd)限制油沿向下方向流动。
当电动机M沿向前方向旋转时,如图4(a)图示的,油泵P的右侧具有负压力而油泵P的左侧具有正压力。因此,单向阀Vb和Vc打开,而单向阀VA和Vd关闭。关于控制油,油底壳中的油经由调节阀V1供给至带轮压力控制回路5a和离合器压力控制回路5b。因而,通过使用供给至带轮压力控制回路5a的油变速器A的驱动带轮Aa和从动带轮Ab适当地被控制,通过使用供给至离合器压力控制回路5b的油(控制油)第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b适当地被控制。
当电动机M沿反方向旋转时,如图4(b)图示的,油泵P的右侧具有正压力而油泵P的左侧具有负压力。因此,单向阀VA和Vd打开而单向阀Vb和Vc关闭。关于控制油,油底壳中的油经由调节阀V1供给至带轮压力控制回路5a和离合器压力控制回路5b。因而,通过使用供给至带轮压力控制回路5a的油(控制油)变速器A的驱动带轮Aa和从动带轮Ab适当地被控制,通过使用供给至离合器压力控制回路5b的油第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b适当地被控制。
当电动机M沿向前方向或者沿反方向旋转时,润滑油(其是油底壳中的油,其未用于带轮压力控制回路和离合器压力控制回路)经由调节阀V1供给至变速器A的驱动带轮Aa和从动带轮Ab、第一离合构件1a以及第二离合构件1b。因而,供给的油(润滑油)维持变速器A的驱动带轮Aa和从动带轮Ab、第一离合构件1a以及第二离合构件1b的润滑。在图3中,符号"b"指代滤网(过滤器)而符号"V2"指代减压阀。
如上所述,动力传动装置包括泵反向旋转构件,当油泵P沿反方向旋转时其能够通过在油入口侧和油出口侧之间切换通过使用单向阀(Va至Vd)生成油压力。因此,甚至当电动机反向地驱动车辆时(当电动机M沿反方向旋转以向后移动车辆时)能够以适当的转速旋转油泵P。尤其,根据本实施例的泵反向旋转构件包括单向阀(Va至Vd),单向阀均包括球阀。因此,能够在油入口侧和油出口侧之间切换,具有简单的结构以及高精度。
而且,在本实施例中,当通过发动机E的驱动力驱动车辆以及当电动机M被驱动以旋转油泵P而第二离合构件1b切断电动机M的驱动力时,如图7图示的,混合ECU2执行控制以便以低于第二离合构件1b接合的情形时的转速旋转油泵P。因而,能够降低油泵P的不必要旋转。
根据本实施例的油泵P能够供给润滑油。当通过驱动发动机E或者通过驱动发动机E和电动机M而启动车辆以及当第二离合构件1b切断电动机M的驱动力或者滑动第二离合构件1b以旋转油泵P时,如图7图示的,动力传动装置以高于第二离合构件1b接合的情形时的转速旋转油泵P。因而,能够供给较大量的润滑油并且能够减小油泵P的尺寸。
接下来,参考图8的流程图,将描述根据本实施例通过所需泵转速确定构件4执行的确定。
首先,所需泵转速(NP)通过计算表达式KV*(车辆速度)+KM*(电动机转速)+KE*(发动机转速)而获得,其中,KV是车辆速度的系数,KM是电动机M的转速的系数,而KE是发动机E的转速的系数(S1)。在步骤S2,确定从点火打开是否已经经过预定时间。如果确定出还未经过预定时间,在步骤S9执行计算NP=NP+NI(用于从控制回路移除空气的转速调节)。
如果在步骤S2确定出已经经过预定时间以及在步骤S9之后,在步骤S3确定制动器是否释放。如果确定出制动器释放,在步骤S10执行计算NP=NP+NB(用于准备启动车辆的转速调节)。如果在步骤S3确定出制动器未释放(施加)以及在步骤S10之后,在步骤S4确定第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b是否发生滑动。如果发生滑动,在步骤S11执行计算NP=NP+NC*(离合器差动转速)(用于离合器控制以及润滑的转速调节)。
如果在步骤S4确定出滑动未发生以及在S11之后,在步骤S5确定自从离合器滑动结束起是否已经经过预定时间。如果确定出还未经过预定时间,在步骤S12执行计算NP=NP+ND(用于离合器润滑的转速调节)。如果在步骤S5确定出已经经过预定时间以及在步骤S12之后,在步骤S6确定传动比是否正在改变。如果确定出传动比正在改变,在步骤S13执行计算NP=NP+NH(用于带轮控制的转速调节)。
如果在步骤S6确定出传动比未在改变以及在步骤S13之后,在步骤S7确定所需泵转速(NP)是否高于油泵性能的油泵转速的设定上限值(NMAX)。如果确定出NP高于NMAX,则设定NP,使得在步骤S14中NP=NMAX。如果在步骤S7确定出NP不高于NMAX(所需泵转速低于或者等于NMAX)以及在S14之后,在步骤S8确定油温度传感器s1检测的油温(见图2)是否高于预定温度。如果确定出油温高于预定温度,在步骤S15执行计算NP=NP×NT(由于油泵P的性能温度的调节)。因而,确定出油泵P的所需泵转速。
接下来,参考图9的流程图,将描述根据本实施例的离合器控制(电动机驱动)。
首先,第一离合构件1a脱开以停止从发动机E的传递动力(S1)。在步骤S2,将电动机的转速(NM)设定为NP(油泵P的所需泵转速)。在步骤S3,确定已经确定出的所需泵转速(NP)是否高于当车辆由电动机驱动时根据变速特性变速器A允许的输入转速的上限值(图6)。如果确定出NP不高于上限值,在步骤S4,确定已经确定出的所需泵转速(NP)是否低于当车辆由电动机驱动时根据变速特性变速器A允许的输入转速的下限值(图6)。
如果在步骤S3确定出已经确定的所需泵转速(NP)高于变速器A允许的输入转速的上限值,在步骤S8,将变速器输入转速的目标设定为转速的上限。在步骤S9,滑动控制第二离合构件1b,使得电动机转速变成NM。在步骤S7,执行反馈控制,使得变速器输入转速变成变速器输入转速的目标。如果在步骤S4确定出已经确定的所需泵转速(NP)不低于变速器A允许的输入转速的下限值,在步骤S5将变速器输入转速的目标设定为NP(油泵P的所需泵转速)。在步骤S6,第二离合构件1b接合。在步骤S7,执行反馈控制,使得变速器输入转速变成变速器输入转速的目标。如果在步骤S4确定出已经确定的所需泵转速(NP)低于变速器A允许的输入转速的下限值,在步骤S10,将变速器输入转速的目标设定为变速器输入转速的下限。在步骤S11,滑动控制第二离合构件1b,使得电动机转速变成NM。在步骤S7,执行反馈控制,使得变速器输入转速变成变速器输入转速的目标。

如图12和图13图示的,第三离合构件1c由常闭类型离合器组成(当不供给液压油时通过弹簧力彼此压靠并且当供给液压油时压靠接触力释放),其经由链路C布置在电动机M和油泵P之间。例如,当电动机M被驱动以及当油泵P不需要操作时,通过脱开第三离合构件1c(以便切断动力)将油泵P停止。正如第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b一样,第三离合构件1c包括交替布置的驱动侧离合板以及从动侧离合板。第三离合构件1c能够通过相邻的驱动侧离合板和从动侧离合板彼此压靠来传递动力,或者通过释放压靠接触力来切断动力。
蓄压器6布置在油压控制回路5中,能够积聚油的压力。如图14图示的,油压传感器7能够检测已经积聚的油的压力。在图14中,符号"Ve"指代单向阀,其允许油仅沿一个方向流动。单向阀Ve具有的结构类似于单向阀(Va至Vd)的结构。
压力积聚状态判断构件9能够基于油压传感器7的检测值判断蓄压器6的压力积聚是否充足。当压力积聚状态判断构件9判断出压力积聚不足时(例如,当油压传感器7的检测值减小至α时,α是下限值),压力积聚状态判断构件9驱动电动机M以旋转油泵P。当压力积聚状态判断构件9判断出压力积聚足够时(例如,当油压传感器7的检测值增加至β,β是上限值),压力积聚状态判断构件9停止驱动电动机M或者脱开第三离合构件1c(以便切断动力)以停止油泵P。
因而,如图15图示的(传动比恒定在低的情形),驱动电动机M以旋转油泵P,从而蓄压器6积聚压力,直到油压传感器7的检测值变成β。当油压传感器7的检测值一旦变成β时,电动机M停止或者第三离合构件1c脱开,使得油泵P不旋转;并且油(油的压力已经通过蓄压器6积聚)被排放。通过这样做,油能够供给至变速器A的驱动带轮Aa、从动带轮Ab、第一离合构件1a、第二离合构件1b以及第三离合构件1c。而且,当油压传感器7的检测值在从蓄压器6供给油的过程中一旦减小至α时,执行控制,使得电动机M被驱动或者第三离合构件1c接合以旋转油泵P并且蓄压器6积聚油的压力。
在本实施例中,动力传动装置包括蓄压器6,其能够积聚油的压力并且当电动机M停止时能够从蓄压器6供给油。因此,例如,当由发动机E驱动车辆时,即使电动机M停止,油也能够被供给。而且,动力传动装置包括压力积聚状态判断构件9,其能够通过蓄压器6判断压力积聚是否充足,并且当压力积聚状态判断构件9判断出压力积聚不足时,动力传动装置驱动电动机M以旋转油泵P。因此,油能够可靠地被供给。此外,动力传动装置包括位于电动机M和油泵P之间的常闭类型第三离合构件1c。当油泵P不需要操作时,动力传动装置脱开第三离合构件1c以停止油泵P,因此当电动机M被驱动时油泵P能够可靠地停止。当油泵P需要操作时,即使例如油压力为零,动力传动装置也接合第三离合构件1c,因此油泵P能够通过驱动电动机可靠地旋转。
接下来,将描述根据本发明第三实施例用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置。
正如第一和第二实施例一样,根据本实施例用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置用来将发动机E和电动机M(它们是混合动力车辆的动力源)的驱动力传递至轮(驱动轮D)或者切断驱动力。如图16和图17图示的,动力传动装置包括:第一离合构件1a;第二离合构件1b;第四离合构件1d(1da、1db);油泵P;变速器A;以及混合ECU2,其包括离合器控制构件3以及所需泵转速确定构件4。与第一实施例的元件相同的第三实施例的元件用相同符号表示,将省略对这种元件的详细描述。
第四离合构件1d(1da、1db)由布置在第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b以及驱动轮D之间的传动***中的离合器组成,并且将能够动力从第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b传递至驱动轮D或者切断动力。正如第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b一样,第四离合构件1d包括交替布置的驱动侧离合板以及从动侧离合板。第四离合构件1d能够通过使相邻的驱动侧离合板以及从动侧离合板彼此压靠来传递动力,或者通过释放压靠接触力来切断动力。
本实施例能够通过切断从发动机E和电动机M至驱动轮D的动力并且将发动机E和电动机M彼此连接,将动力从发动机E和电动机M之一传递至另一个。因此,当车辆停止并且发动机E的驱动力要传递至电动机M或者电动机M的驱动力要传递至发动机E时,能够防止驱动力传递至驱动轮D并且维持车辆处于停止状态。因此,当车辆停止时能够启动发动机而不使用启动器,当车辆停止时能够通过使电动机M生成电力而增加充电的机会。
本发明并不限于上述实施例。例如,第一至第四离合构件1a至1d能够是不同类型的离合构件,只要动力传动装置包括变速器,其布置在发动机和电动机以及驱动轮之间的传动***中,并且能够调节电动机的转速,动力传动装置能够通过致使电动机以适当的转速旋转油泵P而供给油。第四离合构件1d能够布置在任何位置,诸如变速器的输入侧、中间位置或者输出侧,只要第四离合构件1d能够将第一离合构件1a和第二离合构件1b以及驱动轮D之间的动力传递或者切断。第四离合构件1d能够是多个离合器的组合。发动机E是内燃机就足够了。发动机E能够不是使用汽油作为燃料的发动机,而是使用轻油作为燃料等的柴油发动机。在本实施例中,所需泵转速确定构件4包括在混合ECU2中。可替换地,例如,所需泵转速确定构件4能够包括在独立布置的微型计算机中。
工业应用性
能够将本发明施加至用于具有不同外形或者具有额外功能的混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,只要动力传动装置包括变速器,其布置在发动机和电动机以及驱动轮之间的传动***中,并且能够调节电动机的转速,并且能够通过引起电动机以适当的转速旋转油泵而供给油。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括:
第一离合构件,所述第一离合构件布置在从安装在车辆中的发动机延伸至驱动轮的传动***中,并且能够将所述发动机的驱动力传递至所述驱动轮或者切断驱动力;
第二离合构件,所述第二离合构件布置在从安装在车辆中的电动机延伸至所述驱动轮的传动***中,并且能够将所述电动机的驱动力传递至所述驱动轮或者切断驱动力;以及
油泵,所述油泵连接至所述电动机,并且能够通过使用所述电动机的驱动力将油供给至布置在所述车辆中的预定移动部件,
其中,所述动力传动装置能够根据所述车辆的驱动条件适当地操作所述第一离合构件和所述第二离合构件,以及
其中,所述动力传动装置包括变速器,所述变速器布置在所述发动机和所述电动机与所述驱动轮之间的传动***中,并且能够调节所述电动机的转速,所述动力传动装置能够通过利用所述电动机使所述油泵以适当的转速旋转来供给油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括所需泵转速确定构件,所述所需泵转速确定构件能够基于要供给的油的所需量确定所述油泵的所需泵转速,其中,所述动力传动装置能够根据由所述所需泵转速确定构件确定的所述所需泵转速来控制所述第一离合构件、所述第二离合构件或者所述变速器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其中,当车辆由所述电动机的驱动力驱动时,所述动力传动装置存储如下的上限变速特性和下限变速特性:所述上限变速特性能够根据车辆速度以及加速器开度确定所述变速器允许的输入转速的上限值,所述下限变速特性能够确定所述输入转速的下限值,并且如果由所述所需泵转速确定构件确定的所述所需泵转速超过由所述上限变速特性确定的所述变速器的所述输入转速的上限值,所述动力传动装置控制所述变速器,使得所述变速器的所述输入转速变成所述上限值,并且对所述第二离合构件进行滑动控制从而以高于或者等于所述所需泵转速的转速来旋转所述油泵。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其中,当车辆由所述电动机的驱动力驱动时,所述动力传动装置存储如下的上限变速特性和下限变速特性:所述上限变速特性能够根据车辆速度以及加速器开度确定所述变速器允许的输入转速的上限值,所述下限变速特性能够确定所述输入转速的下限值,并且如果由所述所需泵转速确定构件确定的所述所需泵转速低于或者等于由所述上限变速特性确定的所述变速器的所述输入转速的所述上限值并且高于或者等于所述下限值,所述动力传动装置控制所述变速器,使得所述油泵的转速变得高于或者等于所述所需泵转速,并且使所述第二离合构件接合。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括泵反向旋转构件,所述泵反向旋转构件包括多个单向阀,每个单向阀能够允许油仅沿一个方向流动,并且当所述油泵沿反方向旋转时,通过使用所述单向阀,所述泵反向旋转构件能够通过在油入口侧以及油出口侧之间进行切换来生成油压力。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其中,当车辆由所述发动机的驱动力驱动时并且在所述第二离合构件切断所述电动机的驱动力的同时所述电动机旋转所述油泵时,所述动力传动装置以低于所述第二离合构件接合的情形时的转速来旋转所述油泵。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,其中,所述油泵能够供给润滑油,并且当通过驱动所述发动机或者驱动所述发动机和所述电动机来启动车辆并且当所述第二离合构件切断所述电动机的驱动力或者所述第二离合构件滑动以使所述油泵旋转时,所述动力传动装置以高于所述第二离合构件接合的情形时的转速来旋转所述油泵。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括蓄压器,所述蓄压器能够积聚油的压力,其中,当所述电动机停止时所述动力传动装置能够从所述蓄压器供给油。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括压力积聚状态判断构件,所述压力积聚状态判断构件能够判断所述蓄压器的压力积聚是否充足,其中,当所述压力积聚状态判断构件判断出所述压力积聚不足时所述动力传动装置驱动所述电动机以旋转所述油泵。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括在所述电动机和所述油泵之间的常闭类型的第三离合构件,其中,当所述油泵不需要操作时所述动力传动装置使所述第三离合构件脱开以停止所述油泵。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动装置,所述动力传动装置包括第四离合构件,所述第四离合构件布置在位于所述第一离合构件和所述第二离合构件与所述驱动轮之间的传动***中,并且能够将动力从所述第一离合构件和第二离合构件传递至所述驱动轮或者切断动力,其中,当通过驱动所述电动机来启动所述发动机时,所述动力传动装置致使所述电动机旋转所述油泵并且能够在所述第四离合构件切断动力的状态下经由所述第一离合构件和第二离合构件将所述电动机的驱动力传递至所述发动机。
