Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sound generating equipment of electronic equipment, in particular to a loudspeaker and a mobile terminal with the loudspeaker.
Background
At present, mobile terminals, such as mobile phones, are usually equipped with a speaker for serving as a sound output device of the mobile terminal. Most of the existing loudspeakers adopt a totally enclosed integral sound cavity, such as a totally enclosed tetragonal sound cavity. The whole sound cavity of the existing speaker is usually formed by a sound cavity body (e.g. a sound cavity frame) and a whole piece of FPC (flexible printed circuit) covering one side of the sound cavity body. The whole sound cavity needs to occupy a large whole space, so that the internal space of the mobile terminal is not favorably and fully utilized, and the thinning design of the mobile terminal is hindered.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in a specific case to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, fig. 1 and 2 are two exploded schematic views of a speaker assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the invention. The speaker assembly 100 mainly includes a sound cavity support 10 and a speaker body 20, wherein a first sound cavity 11, a second sound cavity 12 and a partition wall 13 located between the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12 are formed on one side of the sound cavity support 10. The partition wall 13 partitions the first sound chamber 11 and the second sound chamber 12, and a communication port 130 is formed in the partition wall 13, and the communication port 130 penetrates through the partition wall 13. The communication port 130 communicates the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12, the speaker body 20 is accommodated in the first sound cavity 11, and a sound signal generated by the speaker body 20 is output after passing through the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12. Specifically, the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12 are used for correcting the sound signal generated by the speaker body 20 to improve the sound quality of the output sound.
In the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12 and providing the communication port 130 on the partition wall 13 between the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12, the communication port 130 communicates the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12, so as to reduce the size of each sound cavity while maintaining the overall volume of the sound cavity of the speaker assembly 100, and the space on the sound cavity support 10 can be more fully utilized due to the significant reduction of the size of the individual sound cavities.
Please refer to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a sound cavity support according to one possible implementation manner of the present invention. The speaker assembly 100 also includes a sealing plate 14. And a groove 15 is arranged on the other surface of the sound cavity bracket 10. In other words, the surface of the sound cavity support 10 away from the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12 is provided with a groove 15. The groove 15 communicates the first sound cavity 11, the partition wall 13 and the second sound cavity 12. The sealing plate 14 is fixed on the other side of the sound cavity bracket 10 and covers the groove 15. It is understood that the space formed between the portion of the groove 15 located between the partition wall 13 and the sealing plate 14 is the communication port 130. That is, the communication port 130 is formed between the groove 15 and the sealing plate 14. The purpose of this arrangement is to reduce the difficulty of processing the communication port 130, improve the manufacturing efficiency of the speaker assembly 100, and reduce the manufacturing cost.

The second FPC 32 covers the second opening K2 to seal the second sound cavity 12. That is, the second FPC 32 seals the second opening K2.
More specifically, the speaker assembly 100 further includes a fixing frame 40, and the fixing frame 40 fixes the FPC assembly 30 and the speaker body 20 on the sound cavity bracket 10. Specifically, the fixing frame 40 includes a first fixing frame 41 and a second fixing frame 42. Since the first FPC 31 and the second FPC 32 are made of a material with poor rigidity, the fixing frame 40 is required to assist in fixing the same to the sound cavity holder 10. Specifically, the first FPC 31 is press-fitted on the sound cavity holder 10 by the first fixing frame 41. In addition, the first fixing frame 41 performs press-fit fixing on the back surface of the speaker body 20, which can play a role of assisting in fixing the speaker body 20, and the speaker body 20 is fixed to the sound cavity support 10 through the first fixing frame 41. The second FPC 32 is press-fitted on the sound cavity holder 10 by the second fixing frame 42.
In a possible implementation manner of the present invention, the second FPC 32 board has a plurality of functional device structures including a motor pad, an antenna elastic sheet, and a radio frequency base.

The vibration motor 50 is powered through the second FPC 32. The vibration motor 50 is used to provide a vibration function such as an electric vibration function in the mobile terminal.
In one possible implementation manner of the present invention, the first FPC 31 is electrically connected to the speaker body 20, and the first FPC 31 is electrically connected to the second FPC 32. The second PFC is used for being electrically connected with a circuit board. Thus, the speaker body 20 is electrically connected to the circuit board through the first and second FPCs 31, 32.
It is understood that the speaker assembly 100 may be applied to a mobile terminal, and the circuit board may be a main board of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer and the like.
The speaker body 20 is connected to speaker-related circuits on the circuit board through the first FPC 31 and the second FPC 32 to implement a speaker function.
In one possible implementation of the present invention, the speaker assembly 100 further includes a cover plate 60. The cover plate 60 may be substantially elongated. The cover plate 60 covers the first FPC 31 and the second FPC 32, and the cover plate 60 covers the first opening K1 and at least partially covers the second opening K2. The cover plate 60 is used for accommodating and fixing the first fixing frame 41, the second fixing frame 42, the first FPC 31, the second FPC 32, the speaker body 20, the vibration motor 50, and the like between the cover plate 60 and the sound cavity holder 10, and further sealing the first sound cavity 11 and the second sound cavity 12.
It is understood that the speaker assembly 100 may further include other functional devices or other structures, which are not described herein since they are not relevant to the improvement of the present invention.
The invention also provides a mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal 500. The mobile terminal includes the aforementioned speaker assembly 100, a circuit board (not shown), and a housing 101.
The circuit board can be a main board of the mobile terminal. The speaker assembly 100 is the speaker assembly of any of the embodiments described above. The second FPC 32 is electrically connected between the first FPC 31 and the circuit board, and the speaker main body electrically connected to the first FPC 31 is connected to the circuit board through the first FPC 31 and the second FPC 32. Several functional device structures on the second FPC 32 are also electrically connected to the circuit board through the second FPC 32. Therefore, the speaker body 20 and the functional device structures are electrically connected with the corresponding functional circuits on the circuit board to realize the corresponding functions. That is, the circuit board is electrically connected to the speaker assembly 100 through the FPCs to provide power or corresponding functional support for the speaker assembly 100. It is understood that the speaker assembly 100 and the circuit board are fixed and housed inside the housing.
More specifically, the mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a camera, and other terminal products.
