Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
In the description of the present application, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance unless explicitly specified or limited otherwise; the term "plurality" means two or more, unless specified or indicated otherwise; the terms "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, integrally connected, or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as the case may be.
The loudspeaker is a transducer for converting electric signals into acoustic signals, and uses a vibrating diaphragm to generate vibration to make sound, so that the loudspeaker is widely applied to terminal devices such as mobile phones, flat plates and the like, and is convenient for users to realize applications such as call receiving, music listening and video watching. Wherein, the vibrating diaphragm of speaker can cause the change of atmospheric pressure at vibration in-process, if the atmospheric pressure unbalance near the vibrating diaphragm can lead to the vibrating diaphragm excessively to bulge, sunken or can't effectively promote the air, and then influence the sound production quality of speaker.
In order to solve various problems caused by unbalanced air pressure of the diaphragm, a pressure relief scheme is generally considered, for example, a gap is reserved at the position where the camera of the terminal product is matched with the rear cover, and pressure relief is realized through the gap. However, when an accessory for protecting the camera is adopted, for example, accessory products such as a camera protection film and a protection shell, the accessory products can cover the gap, so that the gap loses the pressure release function, and the performance of the loudspeaker is further affected. In addition, along with the promotion of function of making a video recording on the terminal product, the size of camera also becomes bigger and bigger, and this also leads to the cooperation size between camera and the back lid to enlarge, if consider reserving the gap in the cooperation position department of camera and back lid, then the size of gap also can be great, and then lead to the waterproofing of gap department more complicated, occupation space is great, is unfavorable for miniaturization, the frivolity of terminal product, also can lead to the cost to increase simultaneously.
In addition, when the waterproof treatment is carried out, a channel which can be communicated with a gap is reserved near the loudspeaker so as to ensure air circulation and achieve the aim of pressure relief, but because the space in a terminal product is limited, devices are compactly distributed, and the channel is difficult to expand between the devices for pressure relief, if the channel is narrow, the air circulation is unsmooth, and the pressure relief is not facilitated; if wider channels are expanded, the arrangement positions of devices in the terminal product can be changed, the design difficulty is high, and the cost is high. In addition, the gap reserved between the camera and the rear cover also reduces the ornamental value and the user experience.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal device, which may be a device with a speaker applied to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a handheld computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, a cellular phone, a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA), an augmented reality (augmented reality, AR) device, a Virtual Reality (VR) device, an artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence, AI) device, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted device, an intelligent home device, and/or a smart city device, and the specific type of the terminal device is not particularly limited. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 1 exemplarily shows that the terminal device is a mobile phone, and this embodiment uses the terminal device as an example for illustration.
Fig. 2 is a partially exploded view of a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 2, the terminal device includes a housing 1 and a speaker 2, where various devices for implementing different functions of the terminal device are disposed in the housing 1, and meanwhile, protection functions of the devices can be exerted, and the terminal device can also be used as an appearance piece for appreciation and hand-held movement. The loudspeaker 2 can be arranged in the shell 1 as an independent device, the loudspeaker 2 is provided with a sound outlet 23, sound generated by vibration of the vibrating diaphragm in the loudspeaker 2 can be transmitted out through the sound outlet 23, the shell 1 is provided with a sound outlet 111, the sound outlet 23 of the loudspeaker 2 can be aligned with the sound outlet 111 in the shell 1, and the sound transmitted out from the sound outlet 23 can be further transmitted to the outside of the terminal equipment through the sound outlet 111.
Referring to fig. 2, the speaker 2 is provided with a through hole 24, and the through hole 24 is used for ventilation. A sound cavity is arranged in the loudspeaker 2, the through hole 24 can be arranged on the side wall of the sound cavity, and the through hole 24 is not communicated with the sound cavity, so that the sound effect of the sound cavity is ensured. Wherein, two ends of the through hole 24 respectively penetrate through the speaker 2, specifically, one end of the through hole 24 penetrates through the first end 21 of the speaker 2 along a first direction, and the other end of the through hole 24 penetrates through the second end 22 of the speaker 2 along a second direction, and a preset included angle is formed between the first direction and the second direction. The first end 21 and the second end 22 of the speaker 2 may be two sides of the speaker 2 facing in different directions, for example, the through hole 24 is formed in a side wall material of the speaker 2, the side wall of the speaker 2 has different outer surfaces, and the two ends of the through hole 24 may respectively penetrate through the corresponding outer surfaces. The first direction and the second direction are through directions of both ends of the through hole 24 on the speaker 2, and the first direction and the second direction may be different. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, for convenience of description, the first end 21 of the speaker 2 is an end facing the sound outlet 111 on the housing 1, the second end 22 of the speaker 2 may be an end facing other directions, and the second end 22 may be set according to the layout of devices in the terminal device and the space utilization.
Wherein, referring to fig. 2, the casing 1 is provided with a pressure relief hole 112, the opening of the through hole 24 penetrating the first end 21 of the speaker 2 can be aligned with the pressure relief hole 112, the opening of the through hole 24 penetrating the second end 22 of the speaker 2 can be communicated with the environment near the speaker 2, thereby, the environment near the speaker 2 can establish an air circulation path with the outside of the terminal device through the through hole 24 and the pressure relief hole 112, and referring to fig. 3, when the diaphragm of the speaker 2 vibrates, the air pressure near the diaphragm can be balanced through the path, so that the problems of excessive bulge, recess or incapability of effectively pushing air of the diaphragm due to air pressure unbalance of the diaphragm can be avoided.
More importantly, in this embodiment, the through hole 24 is disposed on the speaker 2, so that the air flowing path is closer to the diaphragm, which is favorable for improving the air pressure balance effect near the diaphragm, and the channel is integrated on the speaker 2, so that the space outside the speaker 2 is not occupied, the creation of the air flow channel can be realized without changing the device layout in the terminal device, the purpose of automatic air pressure adjustment is realized, and the miniaturized design of the terminal device is favorable.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, the terminal device further includes a first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3, which is disposed between the speaker 2 and the housing 1, and covers the opening of the sound outlet 23 and the through hole 24 penetrating through the first end 21 of the speaker 2. The first waterproof and breathable membrane assembly 3 has waterproof property and breathability, can realize ventilation of gas, can also block moisture outside the terminal equipment from entering the terminal equipment through the pressure release hole 112 or the sound outlet hole 111, and accordingly can guarantee normal operation of devices inside the terminal equipment.
If a separate pressure release path is arranged outside the speaker 2, for example, a gap is reserved between the camera and the rear cover 12 of the terminal device, a waterproofing process is required to be performed inside the terminal device corresponding to the gap, such a waterproofing process needs to occupy a space in the thickness direction of the terminal device, and the size of the gap is large, which also results in that the waterproofing process needs to occupy a large space in the thickness direction, which is not advantageous for the thin design of the terminal device. In addition, the slit and the sound outlet 111 are required to be waterproof in different directions, which also results in large space occupation and complicated structure.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the through hole 24 is integrated on the speaker 2, so that the end of the through hole 24 aligned with the pressure release hole 112 is adjacent to the position of the sound outlet hole 111, thereby only using one first waterproof breathable film assembly 3 to cover the sound outlet hole 111 and the end of the through hole 24 aligned with the pressure release hole 112 at the same time, so that the waterproof treatment on the through hole 24 and the sound outlet hole 111 can be achieved at the same time, thereby saving space, simplifying the structure, and being beneficial to miniaturization and thinning design of terminal equipment.
As a specific implementation manner, the through hole 24 may be of a straight line type or a curved type, that is, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the through hole 24 provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 exemplarily illustrates that the through hole 24 is of a straight line type, and referring to fig. 4, when the through hole 24 is of a straight line type, and a center line of the through hole 24 is of a straight line. Fig. 5 is another schematic structural view of the through hole 24 according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 exemplarily shows that the through hole 24 is a broken line type, and referring to fig. 5, when the through hole 24 is a curved hole, the through hole 24 is a non-straight hole, and a center line of the through hole 24 may be an arc-shaped curve or a broken line type curve. The specific shape of the through hole 24 can be set according to the structure of the speaker 2 and the space environment around the speaker 2, so that the flexibility is high.
As a specific implementation, any angle may be formed between the first direction and the second direction, and preferably, the angle between the first direction and the second direction is between 45 ° and 180 °. The first direction is a direction of a center line of the through hole 24 penetrating the first end 21 of the speaker 2, the second direction is a direction of a center line of the through hole 24 penetrating the second end 22 of the speaker 2, and a portion of the through hole 24 between two ends thereof may be linear or curved. For example, referring to fig. 5, when the angle between the first direction and the second direction is 180 °, the through hole 24 may be a straight line type, and both ends of the through hole 24 penetrate both ends of the speaker 2 in opposite directions, respectively, in which case both ends of the speaker 2 may be adjacent both ends, i.e., one end faces the sound outlet 111 on the terminal device middle frame 11, and the other end faces the rear cover 12 of the terminal device. For example, referring to fig. 4, when the angle between the first direction and the second direction is 90 °, the shape of the through hole 24 may be a right-angle fold line shape, or may be a quarter circular arc shape, or may be any other shape, as long as it is ensured that the directions of the two ends of the through hole 24 penetrating the corresponding end surfaces of the speaker 2 form 90 °. In addition, the included angle between the first direction and the second direction may be 45 °, 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, and the shape of the through hole 24 and the penetrating direction of the through hole 24 through the second end 22 of the speaker 2 may be set according to the space environment around the speaker 2, so that the design of the through hole 24 may have a relatively strong flexibility.
As a specific implementation manner, fig. 6 is a side view of an electronic device, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6, the housing 1 includes a middle frame 11, and the sound outlet 111 and the pressure relief 112 are both disposed on the same side of the middle frame 11. The middle frame 11 may be a frame structure on the peripheral direction of the terminal device, and illustratively, taking the terminal device as a mobile phone, the mobile phone may be a cuboid, and the frame with a narrower peripheral width of the mobile phone may be the middle frame 11, so that setting of a volume key, an on-off key, a mute key, a charging hole, an earphone hole and the like may be convenient on the middle frame 11. In this embodiment, the sound outlet 111 and the pressure relief 112 may be disposed on the middle frame 11, and may be located on the same side of the middle frame 11, for example, when the mobile phone is in an upright state, the sound outlet 111 and the pressure relief 112 are located on the middle frame 11 at the bottom of the mobile phone.
The sound outlet hole 111 and the pressure relief hole 112 are located on the middle frame 11, so that the pressure relief hole 112 and the sound outlet hole 111 are also communicated in the thickness direction perpendicular to the terminal device, and therefore the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 can be arranged in the thickness direction perpendicular to the terminal device to perform waterproof treatment, so that the space in the thickness direction of the terminal device is not occupied, and the thin design of the terminal device is facilitated. In addition, the sound outlet hole 111 and the pressure relief hole 112 are located on the same side of the middle frame 11, so that the structure of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 can be simplified, and for example, a planar waterproof and breathable film can be used to cover the sound outlet hole 111 and the pressure relief hole 112 simultaneously.
In addition, after the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 is installed, two ends of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 can be respectively in sealing fit with the surface of the loudspeaker 2 and the surface of the middle frame 11, so that on one hand, external moisture can be prevented from entering the terminal equipment through a gap between the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 and the middle frame 11 or the loudspeaker 2, and the device is prevented from working abnormally; on the other hand, it is ensured that the sound emitted from the sound outlet 23 of the speaker 2 can be transmitted to the outside only from the sound outlet 111 on the center 11, thereby ensuring the sound output quality.
As a specific implementation manner, referring to fig. 6, a plurality of sound outlet holes 111 are provided, a first distance is provided between the pressure release hole 112 and an adjacent sound outlet hole 111, a second distance is provided between two adjacent sound outlet holes 111, and the first distance is equal to the second distance.
Wherein, the distances between two adjacent sound outlet holes 111 are the same, thereby ensuring uniform sound output and improving sound output quality. The pressure release holes 112 may be located at one side of all the sound outlet holes 111, and a first distance between the pressure release hole 112 and an adjacent sound outlet hole 111 is identical to a second distance between two adjacent sound outlet holes 111, and the apertures of the pressure release holes 112 and the sound outlet holes 111 may be the same, so that the pressure release holes 112 and the sound outlet holes 111 have the same appearance and the same arrangement, so that the sound outlet holes 111 and the pressure release holes 112 may exhibit an integral effect in appearance, and the appearance refinement of the terminal device may be improved.
As a specific implementation manner, fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view at A-A in fig. 6, fig. 8 is a front view of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3, and referring to fig. 7 and 8, the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 includes a first film 31, a second film 32, and a spacer 33, and in the thickness direction of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3, both ends of the spacer 33 are respectively abutted against the speaker 2 and the middle frame 11; the first film 31 and the second film 32 are located on both sides of the barrier rib 33, respectively, in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3.
The first film 31 and the second film 32 may be made of the same material, for example, the first film 31 and the second film 32 may be made of a porous resin film or a hydrophobic nanofiber, and of course, may be made of other materials having water resistance and air permeability. The first film 31 and the second film 32 can be adhered to the spacer ribs 33, and the spacer ribs 33 have a certain supporting strength, so that the first film 31 and the second film 32 can be supported, and can be reliably fixed to the speaker 2 and the center 11. After the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 is connected between the speaker 2 and the middle frame 11, the separation rib 33 can realize that a sound outlet channel formed between the sound outlet 23 and the sound outlet 111 is not communicated with a pressure release channel formed between the through hole 24 and the pressure release hole 112, so that sound transmitted from the sound outlet 23 can only be transmitted from the sound outlet 111, and the problem of sound mixing and noise caused by the fact that the sound is transmitted back into the speaker 2 through the through hole 24 can be avoided.
As a specific implementation, referring to fig. 8, the first waterproof and breathable membrane assembly 3 further includes a first frame glue 34, where the first frame glue 34 is disposed at edges of the first film 31 and the second film 32.
Among them, the first film 31 and the second film 32 are thin and flexible, which are disadvantageous for separate fixation. By arranging the first frame glue 34 at the edges of the first film 31 and the second film 32, after the first frame glue 34 is solidified, a frame structure with relatively high hardness and stable structure can be formed at the edges of the first film 31 and the second film 32, so that the first film 31 and the second film 32 can be conveniently installed and fixed on the loudspeaker 2 and the middle frame 11, and meanwhile, the installation reliability and the sealing performance can be ensured.
As a specific implementation manner, the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3 further includes a first back adhesive, and along the thickness direction of the first waterproof and breathable film assembly 3, the first back adhesive is disposed on two sides of the first frame adhesive 34, and the first waterproof and breathable film assembly is adhered to the speaker 2 and the middle frame 11 through the first back adhesive.
