一种木质工艺品表面油渍清洁剂的制备方法,制备预乳化液,再将制备好的磷酸酯淀粉与50%预乳化液混合,将制备好的热胶与50%预乳化液混合,取30‑32份面粉,用冷水调成不干不稀的糊状,将混合物一与混合物二加入混合,搅拌,均匀,45℃保温,得到清洁剂。将清洁剂涂抹在木质工艺品上,冷却后,结成胶,撕掉即可吸附油渍,简单有效,不会渗透到木质品内部,同时,本产品无毒无害,对木质品表面无损害,结成胶后,还可以有效去除木质品表面的细小杂质。

一种木质工艺品表面油渍清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:启动反应釜的搅拌器,转速为30r/min,同时加入去离子水50-60份;
步骤2:5-10min后,加入1-2份乳化剂;
步骤3:5-10min后,加入3-6份的丙烯酸和2-3份的甲基丙烯酸;
步骤4:5-10min后,加入6-9份丙烯酸酯和1-2份甲基丙烯酸酯与丙烯酸丁酯的混合物;
步骤5:5-10min后,加入0.5-1份的链转移剂;
步骤6:加入1-2份的引发剂,加入引发剂后,转速增大至85r/min,时间30min,得到预乳化液;
步骤7:将60-70份水和10-12份磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,将70-80份玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;
步骤8:取50%预乳化液与磷酸酯淀粉搅拌混合,升温搅拌,温度控制在60-70℃,3min,加入10-12份去离子水,继续升温搅拌,温度控制在90-98℃,3min,后保温30min;
步骤9:保温结束后,降温至70℃,依次加入3-5份过氧化氢和1-2份抗坏血酸;
步骤10:继续降温,降温至60℃,依次加入3-6份渗透剂和1-2份消泡剂;
步骤11:继续降,温降温至50℃,1-2份增稠剂,得到混合物一;
步骤12:取13-15份蓖麻油和6-8份羧丙基纤维素,加入反应釜内,开动真空泵和搅拌器,使反应釜内压低于2666pa,在100-120℃抽气2小时,冷至室温,再加入1-3份二月桂酸二丁基锡、1-2份防霉剂,开动真空泵和搅拌器,使反应釜内压低于2666pa,加热至90℃,保持20分钟,冷至室温,得到热胶;
步骤13:取50%预乳化液与热胶搅拌混合,升温搅拌,温度控制在60-70℃,3min,加入10-12份去离子水,继续升温搅拌,温度控制在90-98℃,3min,后保温30min;
步骤14:保温结束后,降温至70℃,依次加入3-5份过氧化氢和1-2份抗坏血酸;
步骤15:继续降温,降温至60℃,依次加入3-6份渗透剂和1-2份消泡剂;

步骤3:5-10min后,加入3-6份的丙烯酸和2-3份的甲基丙烯酸;
步骤4:5-10min后,加入6-9份丙烯酸酯和1-2份甲基丙烯酸酯与丙烯酸丁酯的混合物;
步骤5:5-10min后,加入0.5-1份的链转移剂;
步骤6:加入1-2份的引发剂,加入引发剂后,转速增大至85r/min,时间30min,得到预乳化液;
步骤7:将60-70份水和10-12份磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,将70-80份玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;
步骤8:取50%预乳化液与磷酸酯淀粉搅拌混合,升温搅拌,温度控制在60-70℃,3min,加入10-12份去离子水,继续升温搅拌,温度控制在90-98℃,3min,后保温30min;
步骤9:保温结束后,降温至70℃,依次加入3-5份过氧化氢和1-2份抗坏血酸;
步骤10:继续降温,降温至60℃,依次加入3-6份渗透剂和1-2份消泡剂;
步骤11:继续降,温降温至50℃,1-2份增稠剂,得到混合物一;
步骤12:取13-15份蓖麻油和6-8份羧丙基纤维素,加入反应釜内,开动真空泵和搅拌器,使反应釜内压低于2666pa,在100-120℃抽气2小时,冷至室温,再加入1-3份二月桂酸二丁基锡、1-2份防霉剂,开动真空泵和搅拌器,使反应釜内压低于2666pa,加热至90℃,保持20分钟,冷至室温,得到热胶;
步骤13:取50%预乳化液与热胶搅拌混合,升温搅拌,温度控制在60-70℃,3min,加入10-12份去离子水,继续升温搅拌,温度控制在90-98℃,3min,后保温30min;
步骤14:保温结束后,降温至70℃,依次加入3-5份过氧化氢和1-2份抗坏血酸;
步骤15:继续降温,降温至60℃,依次加入3-6份渗透剂和1-2份消泡剂;
步骤16:继续降,温降温至50℃,1-2份增稠剂,得到混合物二;
步骤17:取30-32份面粉,用冷水调成不干不稀的糊状,将混合物一与混合物二加入混合,搅拌,均匀,45℃保温,得到清洁剂。
