Abstract
The invention provides a plastic bottle conveying clamping finger suitable for two bottle necks, which comprises a left clamping finger and a right clamping finger which rotate around the center of the clamping finger, wherein the front ends of the left clamping finger and the right clamping finger form a clamping finger opening consisting of two sections of non-concentric arcs, the long line of the angular bisector of the front end arc passes through the center of the rear end arc, and the distance between the center of the front end arc and the center of the rear end arc and the center of the clamping finger is equal. The invention can realize the transmission of two plastic bottles with different bottleneck sizes without adding an additional mechanical structure, and has convenient manufacture and processing and low cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plastic bottle clamping tools, is applied to plastic bottle cleaning, sterilizing, filling and sealing equipment, and particularly relates to a plastic bottle conveying clamping finger suitable for two bottle necks.
Background
In the washing, sterilizing, filling and sealing of plastic bottles, the transfer of the bottles is generally carried out by gripping the neck of the bottle. The fingers holding the bottle are an essential part.
The most commonly used PET bottles on the market have two bottleneck diameters of 28mm and 38mm, most of the existing clamping fingers can only be suitable for one bottleneck at present, and few clamping fingers can be suitable for two bottlenecks, including a left clamping finger and a right clamping finger which are separated by a sliding block, and the sliding block moves to the left when the clamping fingers are used for a small bottleneck as shown in figure 1; when the bottle opener is used for a large bottle opening, the sliding block moves to the right. The disadvantages of such a finger are: a special mechanism is needed to control the left and right movement and positioning of the sliding block, and the structure is complex.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, provides the plastic bottle conveying clamping finger suitable for two bottlenecks, can realize the conveying of two plastic bottles with different bottleneck sizes without adding an additional mechanical structure, and has the advantages of convenient manufacturing and processing and low cost.
The invention comprises a left clamping finger and a right clamping finger which rotate around the center of the clamping finger, wherein the front ends of the left clamping finger and the right clamping finger form a clamping finger opening consisting of two sections of non-concentric arcs, the long line of the angular bisector of the arc at the front end passes through the center of the arc at the rear end, and the distance between the center of the arc at the front end and the center of the arc at the rear end and the center of the clamping finger is equal.
When the clamping fingers are opened, the left and right clamping fingers synchronously and reversely rotate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when clamping a plastic bottle with a small bottleneck, only the front end arc contacts the diameter of the bottle; when clamping a large bottleneck plastic bottle, the clamping fingers are opened at a certain angle, and at the moment, the circle center of the rear end circular arc rotates to the circle center position of the front end circular arc around the circle center of the clamping fingers. Therefore, the circle center of the plastic bottle is kept unchanged no matter the plastic bottle with a small bottleneck or the plastic bottle with a large bottleneck is clamped. The plastic bottles with two different bottleneck sizes can be conveyed without adding an additional mechanical structure, and the plastic bottle conveying device is convenient to manufacture and process and low in cost.

The structure of the invention is shown in figure 2, and comprises a left clamping finger and a right clamping finger which rotate around a clamping finger circle center o3, and when the clamping fingers are opened, the left clamping finger and the right clamping finger synchronously rotate in opposite directions. The front ends of the left clamping finger and the right clamping finger form a clamping finger opening consisting of two sections of arcs which are not concentric, the radius of the arc of the front end is R1, the radius of the arc of the rear end is R2, the long line of the angular bisector of the arc of the front end passes through the center o2 of the arc of the rear end, and the distance between the center o1 of the arc of the front end and the center o2 of the arc of the rear end and the center o3 of the clamping finger is equal.
The working mode of the invention is as shown in figure 3, when clamping a plastic bottle with a small bottleneck, only the front end arc contacts the bottle diameter; when clamping a large bottleneck plastic bottle, the clamping fingers are opened at a certain angle, and at the moment, the circle center of the rear end circular arc rotates to the circle center position of the front end circular arc around the circle center of the clamping fingers. Therefore, the circle center of the plastic bottle is kept unchanged no matter the plastic bottle with a small bottleneck or the plastic bottle with a large bottleneck is clamped.

A plastic bottle conveying clamping finger suitable for two bottle necks comprises a left clamping finger and a right clamping finger which rotate around a clamping finger circle center (o 3), and is characterized in that: the front ends of the left clamping finger and the right clamping finger form a clamping finger opening consisting of two sections of arcs which are not concentric, the long line of the angular bisector of the arc at the front end passes through the center (o 2) of the arc at the rear end, and the distance between the center (o 1) of the arc at the front end and the center (o 2) of the arc at the rear end and the center (o 3) of the clamping finger is equal.
