Abstract
本发明涉及中药制药领域,具体涉及一种清肺养肺的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。所述组合物包括组分:北沙参,枇杷果,山药,芦根,海松子,茯苓,苏叶,乌梅,余甘子,车前子,草珊瑚,牛蒡子,天花粉,射干,百部,紫菀。所述组合物按验收、预处理、浸提、包装、检验、入库工艺制备,可应用于呼吸***的疾病防治与保健。本发明所述中药组合物科学配伍,与多种原料的相互之间协同作用,不添加任何添加剂,具有润肺滋养、清新降火、生津除烦、降血压、抗菌消炎、清热解毒之功效,可作为饮品长期饮用,能增强免疫力、调节内分泌、预防心脑血管疾病;也可通过雾化机进行雾化清吸,可清洁肺部;使用方便,操作便捷。

本发明涉及中药制药领域,具体涉及一种清肺养肺的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着工业的迅速发展,空气污染日益严重,被污染空气中有成千上万的病毒和病菌,损害着我们的生命健康,比如:工业废气、汽车尾气、二氧化碳、甲醛、二手烟等每天都在侵袭我们的肺部,生命的健康主要起源并维持于心肺功能。每天的呼吸让我们吸入大量的垃圾毒素,这些垃圾毒素进入呼吸道中时在呼吸道表层的纤毛和黏膜处产生反应在于呼吸道形成鼻涕,在下呼吸道形成痰,当人的黏膜和纤毛的功能受到伤害时,免疫和清洁能力下降导致这些毒素不能够排出体外,从而引起呼吸道的各种问题,比如:鼻咽炎、感冒、支气管炎、肺炎、咽喉肿痛、哮喘甚至肺癌。生活中,多数人都是有病才到医院治疗,往往会错过疾病的最佳治疗时间,故长期生活在雾霾下或长期吸烟的人们,在前期肺部还没有发生实质性病变时采取养护保健措施尤其重要。目前市场上也存在少数保健饮品,但因为成分配方不合理,以及加工工艺的不完善,导致产品的药用价值和营养价值不高,甚至出现配伍后药效不增反减的情况。
可见现有技术还存在较大不足。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种清肺养肺的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,本发明的中药组合物具有清肺养肺、提升呼吸***的清除与防御能力的作用,且一物多用,操作便捷。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种清肺养肺的中药组合物,包括组分:北沙参5-12份,枇杷果5-12份,山药15-30份,芦根15-30份,海松子5-10份,茯苓10-15份,苏叶5-9份,乌梅6-12份,余甘子3-9份,车前子5-10份,草珊瑚9-15份,牛蒡子5-10份,天花粉10-15份,射干3-10份,百部3-9份,紫菀2.5-15份。
进一步的,所述组合物包括:北沙参7-10份,枇杷果7-10份,山药19-26份,芦根19-26份,海松子6-9份,茯苓11-14份,苏叶6-8份,乌梅8-11份,余甘子5-8份,车前子6-9份,草珊瑚11-14份,牛蒡子6-9份,天花粉11-14份,射干5-8份,百部5-8份,紫菀6-12份。
进一步的,所述组合物包括:北沙参8.5份,枇杷果8.5份,山药22.5份,芦根22.5份,海松子7.5份,茯苓12.5份,苏叶7份,乌梅9份,余甘子6份,车前子7.5份,草珊瑚12份,牛蒡子7.5份,天花粉12.5份,射干6.5份,百部6份,紫菀8.7份。
本发明还提供一种清肺养肺的中药组合物的雾化液的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)验收:在10万级洁净区条件下,将原料按饮料加工原料验收标准进行;
(2)预处理:将北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、草珊瑚、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀进行超微粉碎并过2000目筛,备用;
(3)浸提:按照各组分质量份数将预处理后的北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀加水进行煎煮浸提,煎煮浸提1.8-2.2h,煎煮浸提后,将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提10-20min,重复煎煮浸提过程2次,结束后,离心过滤后进行低温真空浓缩,即得饮品浓缩液,储存至储药罐中备用;
(4)包装:将饮品浓缩液进行稀释并无菌包装;
(5)检验:按照GB7101-2015《食品安全国家标准:饮料》和GB/T4789.24-2003《食品卫生微生物检验》进行抽样检验;
(6)入库:将检验合格的产品贮藏在相对湿度≤30%,氧气浓度≤5%,温度4℃的条件下。

进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提15min。

本发明有益效果:
北沙参:性微寒,味甘、微苦。养阴清肺,益胃生津,祛痰止咳。治肺热燥咳,虚痨久咳,胃阴不足,阴伤咽干、口渴。
枇杷果:味甘酸、性平;入肺、胃经。能润肺止咳,生津止渴,和胃降逆。主要用于治疗肺热和咳嗽、久咳不愈、咽干口渴及胃气不足等病症。《本经逢原》:必极熟,乃有止渴下气润五脏之功。若带生味酸,力能助肝伐脾,食之令人中满泄泻。孟诜:利五脏。崔禹锡《食经》:下气,止哕呕逆。《日华子》:治肺气,润五脏,下气,止呕逆,并渴疾。《滇南本草》:治肺痿痨伤吐血,咳嗽吐痰,哮吼。又治小儿惊风发热。
山药:甘平,无毒,入脾肺肾经。滋肾益精,益肺止咳。《本草纲目》:山药治诸虚百损,疗五劳七伤,去头面游风,止腰痛,除烦热,益肾气,健脾胃。《日华子本草》:助五脏、治筋骨,长志安神,主治泄精健忘。《神农本草经》:主健中补虚,补中益气力。
芦根,性味甘,寒,具有清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿的功效,用于热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,热淋涩痛。
海松子:性温,味甘,入肝、肺、大肠经。海松子含有脂肪油(约占74%,其中以油酸酯、亚油酸脂为主)、蛋白质、挥发油、糖、磷、铁、钙等。海松子的主要排毒功效是清除肺部的毒素,能滋阴、润肺、止咳,祛风通络,散寒除湿,补血养肝,滋阴潜阳,益气补血。
茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
苏叶:味辛,微温,无毒,归脾、肺经。推陈之温剂,轻剂也。故主气下者,可使之宣发,气上者,可使之宣摄,乃治气之神药也,能散血脉之邪。散寒解表,理气宽中。用于风寒感冒,头痛,咳嗽,胸腹胀满。
乌梅:味酸、涩,性平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。
余甘子:甘、酸、涩,凉。归肺、胃经。清热凉血,消食健胃,生津止咳。主治血热血瘀,消化不良,腹胀,咳嗽,喉痛,口干。
车前子:性味甘寒,入肾、膀胱、肝、肺经,功能利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰。
草珊瑚:性味苦、辛、平。归心经、肝经。可抗菌消炎、祛风除湿、活血止痛。
牛蒡子:味辛、苦、性寒。归肺、胃经。疏散风热,清热解毒透疹,宣肺利咽散肿。用于风热感冒、温病初起,风热或肺热咳嗽、咯痰不畅,咽喉肿痛,斑疹不透,麻疹初期,疹出不畅及风疹瘙痒,疮疡肿毒及痄腮等。生用可润肠通便,热毒咽喉红肿疼痛,兼有热结便秘尤宜。
天花粉:甘、微苦,微寒。归肺、胃经。可清热生冿,润肺燥,降火,治咳嗽,涤痰结,利咽喉,止消渴,用治热毒引起的咽喉肿痛。
射干:味苦、性寒、微毒。归肺经。能清热解毒、散结消炎、消肿止痛、止咳化痰,用于痰涎壅盛,咳嗽气喘等症。咽喉肿痛,喉痹不通,二便不通,诸药不效,腹部积水,皮肤发黑,乳痈初起。
百部:味甘、苦,微温。归肺经。可润肺下气止咳,杀虫。用于新久咳嗽,肺痨咳嗽,百日咳;外用于头虱,体虱,蛲虫病,***骚痒。蜜百部润肺止咳。用于阴虚劳嗽。
紫菀:味苦,温。温肺,下气,消痰,止咳。治风寒咳嗽气喘,虚劳咳吐脓血,喉痹,小便不利。
本发明组合物将上述中药配伍,综合清肺润肺、祛湿排痈、解毒补益等作用,提升呼吸***乃至整个机体的自身清除修复功能和抵抗力,针对性强,安全性高,除了作为治疗用药外,还可作为保健或预防用药,保证全家人的身体健康。
本发明组合物可以制成雾化液,利用加湿器、雾化仪、空气过滤装置等设备,在家就可以使用,且可以多人同时使用。本发明组合物也可作为饮品直接饮用,长期坚持饮用可增强免疫力、调节内分泌、预防心脑血管疾病,通过雾化机进行雾化清吸,对于现在的雾霾严重的可清肺清洁肺部。
本发明产品的优势在于科学配伍和多种原料的相互之间协同作用,不添加任何添加剂,具有润肺滋养、清新降火、生津除烦、降血压、抗菌消炎、清热解毒之功效,对于现在的雾霾严重的影响可达到清除肺部内毒素垃圾、修复受损组织和细胞的功能,长期使用可增强免疫力、调节内分泌、预防心脑血管疾病,对轻度尘肺患者肺部的清除和修复效果也显著。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明所解决的问题、所采用的技术方案和所达到的效果,现结合具体实施例和相关资料进一步阐述。需要说明的是,本发明内容包含但不限于以下实施例及其组合实施方式。
实施例1一种清肺养肺的中药组合物
包括组分:北沙参5份,枇杷果12份,山药19份,芦根26份,海松子5份,茯苓15份,苏叶9份,乌梅11份,余甘子3份,车前子5份,草珊瑚11份,牛蒡子10份,天花粉10份,射干8份,百部9份,紫菀6份。
制备方法:
(1)验收:在10万级洁净区条件下,将原料按饮料加工原料验收标准进行;
(2)预处理:将北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、草珊瑚、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀进行超微粉碎并过2000目筛,备用;

制备方法:

实施例4一种清肺养肺的中药组合物
包括组分:北沙参7份,枇杷果10份,山药30份,芦根15份,海松子9份,茯苓14份,苏叶8份,乌梅12份,余甘子8份,车前子6份,草珊瑚9份,牛蒡子6份,天花粉11份,射干10份,百部5份,紫菀2.5份。
制备方法:
(1)验收:在10万级洁净区条件下,将原料按饮料加工原料验收标准进行;
(2)预处理:将北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、草珊瑚、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀进行超微粉碎并过2000目筛,备用;
(3)浸提:将预处理后的北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀加水进行煎煮浸提,煎煮浸提2.2h,煎煮浸提后,将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提20min,重复煎煮浸提过程2次,结束后,离心过滤后进行低温真空浓缩,即得饮品浓缩液,储存至储药罐中备用;
(4)包装:将饮品浓缩液进行稀释并无菌包装;
(5)检验:按照GB7101-2015《食品安全国家标准:饮料》和GB/T4789.24-2003《食品卫生微生物检验》进行抽样检验;
(6)入库:将检验合格的产品贮藏在相对湿度≤30%,氧气浓度≤5%,温度4℃的条件下。
实施例5一种清肺养肺的中药组合物
按照重量份的原料包括:北沙参8.5份,枇杷果8.5份,山药22.5份,芦根22.5份,海松子7.5份,茯苓12.5份,苏叶7份,乌梅9份,余甘子6份,车前子7.5份,草珊瑚12份,牛蒡子7.5份,天花粉12.5份,射干6.5份,百部6份,紫菀8.7份。
制备具体步骤为:
(1)验收:在10万级洁净区条件下,将原料按饮料加工原料验收标准进行;
(2)预处理:将北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、草珊瑚、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀进行超微粉碎并过2000目筛,备用;
(3)浸提:将预处理后的北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀加水进行煎煮浸提,煎煮浸提2.2h,煎煮浸提后,将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提20min,重复煎煮浸提过程2次,结束后,离心过滤后进行低温真空浓缩,即得饮品浓缩液,储存至储药罐中备用;

动物实验
对本发明雾化液化痰作用的研究
1、分组及给药:
18-22g昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,按体重、性别均衡随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、给药组(分高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组),每组10只。其中空白对照组给予蒸馏水10ml/kg,阳性对照组给予盐酸氦溴索100mg/kg,给药组所用药物为本发明雾化液,只是浓度不同,高剂量组给予16ml/kg,中剂量组给予8ml/kg,低剂量组给予4ml/kg。
2、方法:
(1)酚红溶液的配制:
(1)NaOH的配制,精密称取NaOH结晶体2g,少量蒸馏水稀释后,定容至50ml,配成1mol/L的NaOH溶液备用。
(2)7.05mmol/L(0.25g/dl)酚红溶液的配制,精密称取苯酚红粉末0.5g,以配好的NaOH溶液5ml溶解,加生理盐水稀释至200ml,摇匀备用。
(2)2.24mmol/L(5g/dl)NaHCO3溶液的配制:
精密称取NaHCO3结晶体5g,以50ml蒸馏水溶解,稀释至100ml,摇匀备用。
(3)目测标准管的配制:
分析天平精密称取苯酚红0.1mg,以100mlNaHCO3溶液(5g/dl)稀释,配制成1000μg/ml的酚红溶液,作为一号管溶液;取一号管内溶液0.1ml,稀释至100ml,作为1ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.1ml,稀释至50ml,作为2ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.3ml,稀释至100ml,作为3ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.2ml,稀释至50ml,作为4ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.25ml,稀释至50ml,作为5ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.3ml,稀释至50ml,作为6ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.35ml,稀释至50ml,即为7ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.4ml,稀释至50ml,即为8ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.45ml,稀释至50ml,即为9ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.5ml,稀释至50ml,即为10ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液0.75ml,稀释至50ml,即为15ng/ml标准管;取一号管内溶液1ml,稀释至50ml,即为20ng/ml标准管。配制好的标准管编号密封保存备用(3ml/管)。
(4)实验过程:
各组按上述剂量连续喷雾给药4d,各组喷雾速度固定,并保持匀速,给药时间均为30min。经腹腔注射7.05mmol/L(0.25g/dl)酚红溶液0.5ml,注射30min后脱颈处死小鼠,仰位固定于手术板上,剪开颈部中正皮肤,分离皮下组织,暴露气管,于喉头下将头磨平的7号针头***气管内约0.3cm,用丝线结扎固定,用1ml注射器吸取2.24mmol/L(5g/dl)NaHCO3溶液0.5ml,通过针头来回冲洗呼吸道4次。将洗涤液收集到试管中,重新吸取NaHCO3溶液0.5ml,如上述再盥洗4次,收集洗涤液,如此共重复4次,收集4次洗涤液混匀,3000r/min离心10min,取上清液与步骤(3)所制的目测标准管自然光下进行比色,结果如下表。
对小鼠祛痰试验的影响(n=10)
注:与对照组比较:“*”P<0.05。
3、结论:
从上述实验结果可以看出,本发明雾化液三个剂量组不同程度增高冲洗液中酚红含量,且呈现量效依赖关系,作用以高剂量组最为明显,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示本发明雾化液在较高剂量下可以减少痰液的产生。
临床试验
对呼吸科临床症状的治疗实验
选择2016年11月16日-2016年12月15日(期间包含有几次重污染过程)呼吸科就医患者60人。其中男30例,女30例;临床症状咽部不适、鼻腔干燥、咳嗽痰多、呼吸道炎症等。将男、女患者平均分为给药组、空白对照组和阳性对照组三组,每组10人,给药组用本发明雾化液,阳性对照组用痰易净(NAC)雾化液10%溶液,空白对照组用生理盐水(NS)。上述3种制剂均分别置于超声雾化器中,每次雾化1~3ml,并记录雾化治疗前后的15、30分钟的临床病情变化。按雾化治疗后60分钟内的疗效作为近期疗效判定内容。对原发疾病按原发病治疗,但在雾化当日均不予应用止咳及化痰药物。
评价标准:痊愈:临床症状消失。有效:临床症状好转。无效:临床症状无变化。
治疗结果:见下表。空白对照组痊愈0例,有效0例,无效20例;阳性对照组痊愈7例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为75%。给药组痊愈9例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率为95%。

以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种清肺养肺的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括组分:北沙参5-12份,枇杷果5-12份,山药15-30份,芦根15-30份,海松子5-10份,茯苓10-15份,苏叶5-9份,乌梅6-12份,余甘子3-9份,车前子5-10份,草珊瑚9-15份,牛蒡子5-10份,天花粉10-15份,射干3-10份,百部3-9份,紫菀2.5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括:北沙参7-10份,枇杷果7-10份,山药19-26份,芦根19-26份,海松子6-9份,茯苓11-14份,苏叶6-8份,乌梅8-11份,余甘子5-8份,车前子6-9份,草珊瑚11-14份,牛蒡子6-9份,天花粉11-14份,射干5-8份,百部5-8份,紫菀6-12份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括:北沙参8.5份,枇杷果8.5份,山药22.5份,芦根22.5份,海松子7.5份,茯苓12.5份,苏叶7份,乌梅9份,余甘子6份,车前子7.5份,草珊瑚12份,牛蒡子7.5份,天花粉12.5份,射干6.5份,百部6份,紫菀8.7份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的清肺养肺的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:具体步骤为:
(1)验收:在10万级洁净区条件下,将原料按饮料加工原料验收标准进行;
(2)预处理:将北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、草珊瑚、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀进行超微粉碎并过2000目筛,备用;
(3)浸提:按照各权利要求1中各组分质量份数将预处理后的北沙参、枇杷果、山药、芦根、海松子、茯苓、苏叶、乌梅、余甘子、车前子、牛蒡子、天花粉、射干、百部、紫菀加水进行煎煮浸提,煎煮浸提1.8-2.2h,煎煮浸提后,将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提10-20min,重复煎煮浸提过程2次,结束后,离心过滤后进行低温真空浓缩,即得饮品浓缩液,储存至储药罐中备用;
(4)包装:将饮品浓缩液进行稀释并无菌包装;
(5)检验:按照GB7101-2015《食品安全国家标准:饮料》和GB/T4789.24-2003《食品卫生微生物检验》进行抽样检验;
(6)入库:将检验合格的产品贮藏在相对湿度≤30%,氧气浓度≤5%,温度4℃的条件下。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中煎煮浸提2.0h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中将草珊瑚加入进行蒸煮浸提15min。
7.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的中药组合物,在呼吸***疾病的防治与保健中的应用。
8.一种权利要求4-6任一项所述制备方法所制得的中药组合物,在呼吸***疾病的防治与保健中的应用。
