本发明公开了一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,其组分的质量百分含量为:玉米58~60%、豆粕24~28%、米糠4~6%、菜籽粕2~3%、大豆油1~3%、碳酸氢钙0.5~1%、碳酸钙0.5~2%、赖氨酸0.1~0.3%、蛋氨酸0.15%、食盐0.31%、沸石粉0.48%、植酸酶0.02%、预混料0.5~2%。使用本发明的麻鸭低磷饲料后,饲料磷表观消化率较商业饲料的提高了9.28%‑9.94%,胫骨磷沉积率提高了4.85%‑15.0%,料肉比降低了1.2%‑1.5%;一定程度上提高了生产,也减轻了畜禽养殖磷排放对环境造成的负担。

鸭具有生长速度快,抗病力强的特点,与其它禽类相比,更能耐粗饲料。在我国,鸭饲养量在3亿只以上,在畜产品中占有较大的比重。
为保障动物的生长与健康,一般在饲料中均添加无机磷如磷酸氢钙等含磷的化合物,以满足动物生长与发育的磷需要。但由于动物消化吸收能力的原因,饲喂后,部分饲料磷没有为动物所吸收利用,随着动物的粪便排放到自然环境,造成环境的富营养化,影响环境与水质。
在我们的日常生活中,食物需要多元化。不但要营养全面,而且要有猪肉、牛肉等肉食,在生活中鸭肉也成为人们生活的重要肉食。麻鸭一种生活中逐步养殖的鸭类动物,能耐粗饲料,对环境的适应性强,抗病性好,肉品质好、味道鲜美,在养殖中的经济效益较高,是我国优良蛋肉兼用型养殖品种。麻鸭养殖占地方品种鸭饲养量的60%。麻鸭鸭蛋营养丰富,富含蛋白质、磷脂、多种维生素及矿物营养元素,适合各类消费人群。
为提高其生产性能和健康水平,提供人们需要的食物,在目前养殖生产中多以商品饲料饲养,有较高总磷含量。饲料中大量植物源性原料含有较高植酸磷,但利用率低,未被利用的磷随***物***掉,***物中含高磷会加剧环境污染,而无机矿物磷资源有限。为减少饲料中磷对环境的影响,急需能研究出一种新的饲料,要求其磷含量较低、利用率高,同时饲喂效果较好的低磷饲料。因此,减少无机矿物磷的用量和提高磷的有效利用率是畜禽养殖和饲料行业健康持续发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,以合理利用资源,减少麻鸭养殖中磷的排放。
本发明低磷配方的麻鸭饲料的原料组成及配比为:玉米58~65%、豆粕23~28%、米糠4~5%、菜籽粕2~3%、大豆油1~2%、碳酸氢钙0.5~1%、碳酸钙0.5~1.2%、赖氨酸0.1~0.3%、蛋氨酸0.15%、食盐0.31%、沸石粉0.48%、植酸酶0.02%、预混料0.5~2%。植酸酶的活性为:5000U/g,包被型。
预混料每1kg中含有:维生素A7000000IU,维生素D3 1000000IU,维生素E 18000IU,维生素K3 2.2g,维生素B1 1.3g,维生素B2 3.1g,维生素B6 2.2g,维生素B12 0.02g,烟酸40g,泛酸11g,生物素0.1g,叶酸0.68g,氯化胆碱100g,铜10g,铁100g,锌80g,锰50g,硒0.2g,碘0.5g,防霉剂150g,抗氧化剂10g,统糠作载体补足。
优选的方案有,按重量百分比,一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,配比的原料玉米59.40、豆粕26.30、米糠5.50、菜籽粕2.70、大豆油1.77、碳酸氢钙0.82、碳酸钙1.42、赖氨酸0.13、蛋氨酸0.15、食盐0.31、沸石粉0.48、植酸酶0.02、预混料1.00,混合均匀,得麻鸭饲料。
一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,有以下重量配比的原料制成:玉米59.40kg、豆粕26.30kg、米糠5.50kg、菜籽粕2.70kg、大豆油1.77kg、碳酸氢钙0.82kg、碳酸钙1.42kg、赖氨酸0.13kg、蛋氨酸0.15kg、食盐0.31kg、沸石粉0.48kg、植酸酶0.02kg、预混料1.00kg,混合均匀,得100.00kg麻鸭饲料。
优选的方案有:一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,有以下重量配比的原料制成:玉米594.0kg、豆粕263.0kg、米糠55.0kg、菜籽粕27.0kg、大豆油17.7kg、碳酸氢钙8.20kg、碳酸钙14.2kg、赖氨酸1.30kg、蛋氨酸1.50kg、食盐3.10kg、沸石粉4.85kg、植酸酶0.15kg、预混料10.0kg,混合均匀,得1000.00kg麻鸭饲料。
优选的方案有,一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,有以下重量配比的原料制成:玉米59.40kg、豆粕26.30kg、米糠5.50kg、菜籽粕2.70kg、大豆油1.77kg、碳酸氢钙0.82kg、碳酸钙1.42kg、赖氨酸0.13kg、蛋氨酸0.15kg、食盐0.31kg、沸石粉0.49kg、植酸酶0.01kg、预混料1.00kg,混合均匀,得100.00kg麻鸭饲料。
以上述的低磷配方的麻鸭饲料在麻鸭养殖中的应用。
按照配方制成颗粒饲料。按饲料配方,称取各组分,用饲料颗粒机制成颗粒饲料。
对本发明的饲料进行了试验。试验设置3个试验组,1个对照组,试验组分别饲喂低磷饲料,对照组饲喂正常磷水平商品饲料,每组5个重复(5*14),各组饲料等能等蛋白含量。试验期间麻鸭自由采食饮水,饲养试验56天。试验结束时测定生长性能及磷的利用情况。试验结果见下表1。

注:同一列数据中不同小写字母间表示差异显著(P<0.05)。
以上试验结果表明:试验组饲料磷表观消化率较商业饲料的提高了9.28%-9.94%,胫骨磷沉积率提高了4.85%-15.0%,料肉比降低了1.2%-1.5%。实施例1-3使用效果能够达到并优于对照商品饲料效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
使用本发明的麻鸭低磷饲料后,饲料磷表观消化率较商业饲料的提高了9.28%-9.94%,胫骨磷沉积率提高了4.85%-15.0%,料肉比降低了1.2%-1.5%;一定程度上提高了生产,也减轻了畜禽养殖磷排放对环境造成的负担。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,有重量百分比配比的原料制成:玉米59.40、豆粕26.30、米糠5.50、菜籽粕2.70、大豆油1.77、碳酸氢钙0.82、碳酸钙1.42、赖氨酸0.13、蛋氨酸0.15、食盐0.31、沸石粉0.48、植酸酶0.02、预混料1.00,混合均匀,得100.00麻鸭饲料。
实施例2:
一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,有以下重量配比的原料制成:玉米594.0kg、豆粕263.0kg、米糠55.0kg、菜籽粕27.0kg、大豆油17.7kg、碳酸氢钙8.20kg、碳酸钙14.2kg、赖氨酸1.30kg、蛋氨酸1.50kg、食盐3.10kg、沸石粉4.85kg、植酸酶0.15kg、预混料10.0kg,混合均匀,得1000.00kg麻鸭饲料。
实施例3:
一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,由以下重量配比的原料制成:玉米59.40kg、豆粕26.30kg、米糠5.50kg、菜籽粕2.70kg、大豆油1.77kg、碳酸氢钙0.82kg、碳酸钙1.42kg、赖氨酸0.13kg、蛋氨酸0.15kg、食盐0.31kg、沸石粉0.49kg、植酸酶0.01kg、预混料1.00kg,混合均匀,得100.00kg麻鸭饲料。
以上实施例中,所用植酸酶活为:5000U/g。
所用预混料每1kg中含有:维生素A 7000000IU,维生素D3 1000000IU,维生素E18000IU,维生素K3 2.2g,维生素B1 1.3g,维生素B2 3.1g,维生素B6 2.2g,维生素B120.02g,烟酸40g,泛酸11g,生物素0.1g,叶酸0.68g,胆碱100g,铜10g,铁100g,锌80g,锰50g,硒0.2g,碘0.5g,防霉剂150g,抗氧化剂10g,统糠作载体补足。
实施例4:养殖试验
按所述配方配制饲料,遵循配料加工工艺制成颗粒饲料,进行养殖试验。
试验在湖南省畜牧兽医研究所水禽养殖***内进行,设置4个试验组,分别饲喂实施例1-3的低磷饲料以及一个对照组饲喂正常磷水平商品饲料,每组5个重复(5*14),各组饲料等能等蛋白含量。试验期间麻鸭自由采食饮水,饲养试验56天。试验结束时测定生长性能及磷的利用情况。试验结果见下表1。

Claims (4)
1.一种低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,其特征在于,该饲料组分质量百分含量为:玉米58~65%、豆粕23~28%、米糠4~5%、菜籽粕2~3%、大豆油1~2%、碳酸氢钙0.5~1%、碳酸钙0.5~1.2%、赖氨酸0.1~0.3%、蛋氨酸0.15%、食盐0.31%、沸石粉0.48%、植酸酶0.02%、预混料0.5~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,其特征在于,所述植酸酶的活性为:5000U/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低磷配方的麻鸭饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料每1kg中含有:维生素A 7000000 IU,维生素D3 1000000 IU,维生素E 18000 IU,维生素K3 2.2g,维生素B1 1.3g,维生素B2 3.1g,维生素B6 2.2g,维生素B12 0.02g,烟酸40g,泛酸11g,生物素0.1g,叶酸0.68g,胆碱100g,铜10g,铁100g,锌80g,锰50g,硒0.2g,碘0.5g,防霉剂150g,抗氧化剂10g。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的低磷配方的麻鸭饲料在麻鸭养殖中的应用。
