背景技术:
并纱机,用于将棉、毛、绢、化纤等宝塔筒子单纱及细纱管纱并成股纱供捻线用。并纱是指2条纱线以上合并为一股纱线的工作步骤。
现有的并纱机在断纱后还会继续工作,工作时的尾砂是一样长的,这样使成品率降低,机器在工作时需工人守在纱筒旁,当满筒时,需手动止停,使劳动强度加大,浪费原材料。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种并纱机,它能电子定长、满筒自停、电子防叠、变频调速、断纱自停、各绽清零度,有数据记忆功能,具有40赫兹以下无尾纱性能,能节约原材料,降低劳动强度。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含供纱筒子1、气圈导纱环2、探丝器3、张力器4、切线器5和导纱滚轮6;气圈导纱环2均设置在供纱筒子1的后方,数个探丝器3均设置在气圈导纱环2和张力器4的中间,切线器5设置在数个张力器4的后方,导纱滚轮6设置在成品与切线器5之间。
所述的探丝器3的两个安装孔3-1之间的距离h为37mm。
在并纱情况过程中如1股纱断既自动停机切断,在此情况下其余1股以上的纱线同不正常断纱的1股为同样长度,从而改变了原来尾纱一样长的状态,在纱线通过探丝器时,并纱机正常运行安全,1股纱线来通过时,自动停机,切断其纱线。既改变了原来浪费原材料,又改变了原来的劳动力强度。
本发明能电子定长、满筒自停、电子防叠、变频调速、断纱自停、各绽清零度,有数据记忆功能,具有40赫兹以下无尾纱性能,能节约原材料,降低劳动强度。

参照图1和图2,本具体实施采用以下技术方案:它包含供纱筒子1、气圈导纱环2、探丝器3、张力器4、切线器5和导纱滚轮6;气圈导纱环2均设置在供纱筒子1的后方,数个探丝器3均设置在气圈导纱环2和张力器4的中间,切线器5设置在数个张力器4的后方,导纱滚轮6设置在成品与切线器5之间。
所述的探丝器3的两个安装孔3-1之间的距离h为37mm。
