背景技术
凸轮轴是活塞发动机里的一个部件。它的作用是控制气门的开启和闭合动作。虽然在四冲程发动机里凸轮轴的转速是曲轴的一半(在二冲程发动机中凸轮轴的转速与曲轴相同),不过通常它的转速依然很高,而且需要承受很大的扭矩,因此设计中对凸轮轴在强度和支撑方面的要求很高,其材质一般是优质合金钢或合金钢。由于气门运动规律关系到一台发动机的动力和运转特性,因此凸轮轴设计在发动机的设计过程中占据着十分重要的地位。现有的汽车凸轮轴存在强度不够大、重量不够轻、耐热性能不够好等缺点。

一种优质汽车凸轮轴,由以下原料制成:冰晶石、碳酸钡、硫酸钙、酚醛树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂、铁、碳纤维、聚乙二醇、多异氰酸酯、氟化钠、三氧化二锑、顺丁橡胶、尼龙和磷酸三丁脂;所述原料按以下重量份数配比组成:冰晶石18-22份、碳酸钡16-18份、硫酸钙12-16份、酚醛树脂16-18份、松香树脂10-14份、萜烯树脂16-20份、铁20-24份、碳纤维16-20份、聚乙二醇10-12份、多异氰酸酯16-18份、氟化钠12-18份、三氧化二锑12-16份、顺丁橡胶10-12份、尼龙16-20份和磷酸三丁脂12-18份。
进一步的,所述酚醛树脂的粘度为30-35g/cm³。
进一步的,所述萜烯树脂的粘度为40-50g/cm³。
