本发明公开了一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其坯料组成为:高岭土40~60wt%、煅烧高岭土10~30wt%、长石5~10wt%、宁村瓷石10~20wt%、三宝瓷石5~15wt%、透锂长石3~10wt%、石英3~10wt%、熟滑石1~3wt%、氧化铝微粉3~10wt%;所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为0.2~1.0μm。此外还公开了上述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法。本发明在保留景德镇传统陶瓷白里泛青等特点的同时,有效提高了其高温抗变形性及强度,从而解决了现有景德镇传统瓷坯所存在的缺陷,使得具有传统艺术价值的景德镇瓷器能够更好地应用于日常生活中。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用陶瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体及其制备方法。
背景技术
“薄如纸、白如玉、明如镜、声如磬”是景德镇瓷器誉满全球的灿烂亮点,随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对于日用陶瓷制品也提出了更高的要求,兼具艺术价值与实用价值的陶瓷制品已成为日益广泛及迫切的需求。然而,由于景德镇本地制瓷原料的特点以及传统高岭-瓷石二元配方的限制,存在器型容易变形的缺陷,导致制造过程中成品率不高;同时,由于景德镇传统日用瓷属于绢云母质瓷,其中的玻璃相高达70%,瓷坯虽然能有较好的半透光性,但由于玻璃相过多使得强度较低(≈50MPa),在运输装卸过程中遇碰撞易破碎,在使用过程中由于不慎操作极易造成破损,从而限制了景德镇传统瓷器在日常生活中的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,以解决现有景德镇传统瓷坯所存在的缺陷,在保留景德镇传统陶瓷白里泛青等特点的同时,提高其高温抗变形性及强度,使得具有传统艺术价值的景德镇瓷器能够更好地应用于日常生活中。本发明的另一目的在于提供上述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其坯料组成为:高岭土40~60wt%、煅烧高岭土10~30wt%、长石5~10wt%、宁村瓷石10~20wt%、三宝瓷石5~15wt%、透锂长石3~10wt%、石英3~10wt%、熟滑石1~3wt%、氧化铝微粉3~10wt%;所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为0.2~1.0μm。
本发明通过优化景德镇传统瓷坯高岭-瓷石二元体系,并在体系中引入氧化铝微粉,在保留瓷坯透光性的基础上,提高了产品的抗变形能力,同时强化了坯体的强度。氧化铝是一种高模量的金属氧化物,当它引入以低模量为主的绢云母瓷坯时,可以改善坯体高温结构强度而减少变形。尤其是当氧化铝微粉达到一定细度(约≤1μm)后,在高温下可溶于玻璃相反应,形成高模量的刚玉、以及针状莫来石相,增加了坯体中玻璃相的高温黏度,显著地提高了坯体的抗折强度,拉宽了坯体的烧成范围。并且,本发明坯料体系加入氧化铝后,提高了坯体的耐火度,使得高温下产生玻璃相的速度减缓,从而有利于提高坯体的高温抗变形能力。
进一步地,本发明所述煅烧高岭土的煅烧温度为700~1200℃。
上述方案中,本发明所述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其化学组成为:SiO259~64%、Al2O331~38%、Fe2O30.25~0.5%、CaO 0.15~0.6%、MgO 0.4~1%、K2O 1.5~3%、Na2O 0.5~2%、Li2O 0.15~0.5%。
本发明的另一目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的上述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:所述坯料组成按照比例混合球磨,过筛后依次进行注浆成型、脱模、修坯、烘干,然后在还原焰下烧成,烧成温度为1290~1380℃,制得高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷。
进一步地,本发明制备方法所述坯料组成按质量比原料∶球∶水=1∶1.5~2.5∶0.3~1进行球磨混合,所述球磨时间为10~13h。所述烧成采用还原焰慢烧工艺进行,即在氧化气氛下经过10~11h从室温升至1000~1020℃后,转换为强还原气氛烧成1~1.5h;最后转换为弱还原气氛烧成0.5~1h,最高烧成温度在1290~1380℃。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过优化景德镇传统瓷坯体系,并在体系中添加氧化铝微粉,高温烧结时形成高模量的刚玉、莫来石相,增加了坯体的高温结构强度,提高了坯体的耐火度,并具有宽泛的烧结范围,改善了坯体的烧成变形性,制品具有高强度、且热稳定性能好,使得具有传统艺术价值的景德镇瓷器能够更好地应用于日常生活中。
(2)本发明所得制品在保留了景德镇传统日用瓷白里泛青等特点的同时,其各项性能指标均有显著的提高,坯体变形优于现有景德镇传统瓷坯,抗折强度为90~110MPa,白度为81~90%,烧结温度范围为1290~1380℃,200~20℃水热交换一次不裂,透光效果达到景德镇当地现有传统陶瓷的平均水平(约≥40%)。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
1、本实施例一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其坯料组成为:高岭土44.5wt%、煅烧高岭土17.9wt%(煅烧温度为800℃)、长石8.5wt%、宁村瓷石10.3wt%、三宝瓷石5.5wt%、透锂长石3.7wt%、石英5wt%、熟滑石1wt%、粒径为1μm的氧化铝微粉3.6wt%。其中,宁村瓷石与三宝瓷石来自于江西省景德镇市浮梁县寿安乡宁村与竟城镇三宝村(下同)。
其化学组成为:SiO261.02%、Al2O334.65%、Fe2O30.43%、CaO 0.18%、MgO0.47%、K2O 1.95%、Na2O 1.14%、Li2O 0.16%。
2、本实施例上述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,其步骤如下:
按照上述坯料组成将原料投入球磨机内,按质量比原料∶球∶水=1∶1.5∶0.4,球磨12h,过80~100目筛后依次进行注浆成型、脱模、修坯、烘干,然后采用还原焰慢烧工艺进行烧成,即在氧化气氛下经过10.5h从室温升至1000℃后,转换为强还原气氛烧成1h;最后转换为弱还原气氛烧成0.6h,最高烧成温度为1310℃,制得高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷。
实施例二:
1、本实施例一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其坯料组成为:高岭土40wt%、煅烧高岭土11wt%(煅烧温度为1000℃)、长石9.3wt%、宁村瓷石11.6wt%、三宝瓷石10.5wt%、透锂长石5.5wt%、石英3.3wt%、熟滑石2.2wt%、粒径为0.5μm的氧化铝微粉6.6wt%。
其化学组成为:SiO259.79%、Al2O335.64%、Fe2O30.45%、CaO 0.28%、MgO0.92%、K2O 1.64%、Na2O 0.98%、Li2O 0.3%。
2、本实施例上述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,其步骤如下:
按照上述坯料组成将原料投入球磨机内,按质量比原料∶球∶水=1∶1.8∶0.45,球磨10h,过80~100目筛后依次进行注浆成型、脱模、修坯、烘干,然后采用还原焰慢烧工艺进行烧成,即在氧化气氛下经过11h从室温升至1000℃后,转换为强还原气氛烧成1h;最后转换为弱还原气氛烧成0.5h,最高烧成温度为1300℃,制得高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷。
本发明对坯体变形的测量,采用图1所示具有延伸段的石膏模型。由石膏模型所注坯体烧成后的样品如图2所示,由于烧成收缩后坯体会变形,因此制得的样品其延伸段会发生下弯。取注浆成型后的生坯的延伸段为水平面(0°角),测量烧成后样品延伸段与生坯延伸段水平面的夹角(α),以此来衡量坯体的变形量,角度α越小,坯体的抗变形性能越好。
以景德镇当地现有传统瓷坯为对比例,本发明实施例所制得产品的性能如表1所示。

1.一种高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体,其特征在于坯料组成为:高岭土40~60wt%、煅烧高岭土10~30wt%、长石5~10wt%、宁村瓷石10~20wt%、三宝瓷石5~15wt%、透锂长石3~10wt%、石英3~10wt%、熟滑石1~3wt%、氧化铝微粉3~10wt%;所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为0.2~1.0μm。

4.权利要求1-3之一所述高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:所述坯料组成按照比例混合球磨,过筛后依次进行注浆成型、脱模、修坯、烘干,然后在还原焰下烧成,烧成温度为1290~1380℃,制得高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述坯料组成按质量比原料∶球∶水=1∶1.5~2.5∶0.3~1进行球磨混合,所述球磨时间为10~13h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的高温抗变形景德镇传统陶瓷坯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烧成采用还原焰慢烧工艺进行,即在氧化气氛下经过10~11h从室温升至1000~1020℃后,转换为强还原气氛烧成1~1.5h;最后转换为弱还原气氛烧成0.5~1h,最高烧成温度在1290~1380℃。
