本发明涉及包装复合膜,尤其涉及一种清洁剂包装复合膜及其制备方法。其依次包括:第一尼龙层、第一粘合层、第一基材层、第二粘合层、第二尼龙层、第三粘合层、第二基材层、第三基材层和第四基材层,其中,所述第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的材料包括PA,所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料包括TIE和PE的混合物,所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料为HDPE和LLDPE的混合物,所述第三基材层和第四基材层的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的混合物。本发明通过对原料进行预处理以及多层膜的复合,使材料的防腐是耐老化性能大幅提高,各项指标均远远高于国家标准。

一种清洁剂包装复合膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装复合膜,尤其涉及一种清洁剂包装复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯是结构最简单的高分子有机化合物,当今世界应用最广泛的高分子材料之一。聚乙烯由乙烯聚合而成,可制成各种各样应用材料。聚乙烯也是包装材料的主要材料。其作为包装材料具有以下优点:聚乙烯抗多种有机溶剂、抗多种酸碱腐蚀,但是不抗氧化性酸,例如硝酸;结晶料,吸湿小,不须充分干燥。但也存在一些缺点,收缩范围和收缩值大,方向性明显,易变形翘曲。
聚乙烯根据密度的不同可分为高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯。其中,高密度聚乙烯具有刚性、硬度和机械强度大,低温抗冲击性能好,抗应力开裂性好,耐磨性好,耐老化的特性。高密度聚乙烯树脂价格低廉、加工性能优异,物理及化学性能俱佳,同时对水等极性溶剂具有良好的阻隔性,因此被广泛用于包装材料。
随着人们对商品包装要求的不断提高,新包装材料的开发也越来越重要,在包装膜领域,对膜的强度和功能性要求也越来越高。市场上用于清除重油等顽固污渍的清洁剂具有一定腐蚀性和渗透性,一般采用硬质包装容器承装。硬质包装容器成本高、浪费社会资源,软包装成本低,但是抗腐蚀性达不到。此项功能膜采用特殊材料和工艺生产,突破了这一难题,实现了清洁剂包装的软化,降低企业成本、减少社会资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洁剂包装复合膜及其制备方法,解决现有的包装膜容易被腐蚀、容易发生泄露等问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种清洁剂包装复合膜,依次包括:第一尼龙层、第一粘合层、第一基材层、第二粘合层、第二尼龙层、第三粘合层、第二基材层、第三基材层和第四基材层,其中,所述第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的材料包括PA(聚酰胺),所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料包括TIE和PE(聚乙烯)的混合物,所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料为HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)和LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)的混合物,所述第三基材层和第四基材层的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和MPE(茂金属聚乙烯)的混合物。其中,TIE为粘合树脂,可商购得到,如陶氏、杜邦、三井等公司均有生产销售。
进一步地,所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料中TIE与PE的质量比为1∶2。
进一步地,所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料中HDPE和LLDPE的质量比为1∶3。
进一步地,所述第三基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶3;所述第四基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶4。
一种上述复合膜的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将PA用质量浓度为2-3%的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的甲醇溶液浸泡5-10小时,然后于60-80℃干燥12-18小时,备用;(2)将MPE用质量浓度为2-3%的氟硅烷的甲醇溶液中浸泡8-25小时,再将其于50-100℃干燥1-5小时,备用;(3)将各层原料按比例配料,分别加入各层挤出机进行熔融塑化、挤出,然后在吹胀比为1∶1.5-2,模头温度为220-230℃的条件下进行共挤吹膜,制得复合膜。
进一步地,各层挤出机的温度分别为:第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的塑化温度为120-180℃,第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的塑化温度为150-200℃,第一基材层和第二基材层的塑化温度为160-180℃,第三基材层和第四基材层的塑化温度为190-210℃。
此外,生产此产品时室内为必须在25℃以上,湿度在30以上在这样的条件下才可以加工此产品。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供的方法制备得到的复合材料具有优良的防腐、防渗和耐老化性能,使清洁剂产品在生产加工,运输,贮存和使用过程中不受污染,腐蚀,从而提高产品的质量及市场竞争力。
2、本发明通过对原料进行预处理以及多层膜的复合,对MPE的预处理使材料的防腐防渗性能大大改善,对PA的预处理使材料的耐老化性能大幅提高,各项指标均远远高于国家标准。

实施例1
一种清洁剂包装复合膜,依次包括:第一尼龙层、第一粘合层、第一基材层、第二粘合层、第二尼龙层、第三粘合层、第二基材层、第三基材层和第四基材层,其中,所述第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的材料包括PA,所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料包括TIE和PE的混合物,TIE与PE的质量比为1∶2,所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料为HDPE和LLDPE的混合物,HDPE和LLDPE的质量比为1∶3,所述第三基材层和第四基材层的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的混合物,所述第三基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶3;所述第四基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶4。
上述复合膜的制备方法为:(1)将PA用质量浓度为2%的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的甲醇溶液浸泡10小时,然后于60℃干燥18小时,备用;(2)将MPE用质量浓度为2%的氟硅烷的甲醇溶液中浸泡25小时,再将其于50℃干燥5小时,备用;(3)将各层原料按比例配料,分别加入各层挤出机进行熔融塑化、挤出,然后在吹胀比为1∶1.5,模头温度为230℃的条件下进行共挤吹膜,制得复合膜;其中,各层挤出机的温度分别为:第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的塑化温度为120℃,第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的塑化温度为200℃,第一基材层和第二基材层的塑化温度为160℃,第三基材层和第四基材层的塑化温度为210℃。
实施例2
复合膜的层结构以及各层材料组成同实施例1。
其制备方法为:(1)将PA用质量浓度为3%的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的甲醇溶液浸泡5小时,然后于80℃干燥128小时,备用;(2)将MPE用质量浓度为3%的氟硅烷的甲醇溶液中浸泡8小时,再将其于100℃干燥1小时,备用;(3)将各层原料按比例配料,分别加入各层挤出机进行熔融塑化、挤出,然后在吹胀比为1∶2,模头温度为220℃的条件下进行共挤吹膜,制得复合膜;其中,各层挤出机的温度分别为:第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的塑化温度为180℃,第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的塑化温度为150℃,第一基材层和第二基材层的塑化温度为180℃,第三基材层和第四基材层的塑化温度为190℃。
实施例3
复合膜的层结构以及各层材料组成同实施例1。
其制备方法为:(1)将PA用质量浓度为2.5%的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的甲醇溶液浸泡8小时,然后于70℃干燥16小时,备用;(2)将MPE用质量浓度为2.5%的氟硅烷的甲醇溶液中浸泡20小时,再将其于80℃干燥4小时,备用;(3)将各层原料按比例配料,分别加入各层挤出机进行熔融塑化、挤出,然后在吹胀比为1∶1.8,模头温度为225℃的条件下进行共挤吹膜,制得复合膜;其中,各层挤出机的温度分别为:第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的塑化温度为150℃,第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的塑化温度为180℃,第一基材层和第二基材层的塑化温度为170℃,第三基材层和第四基材层的塑化温度为200℃。
对比例1
复合膜的层结构以及各层材料组成同实施例1。
其制备方法为:不经过步骤(1)和步骤(2)原料预处理步骤,直接进行步骤(3),各个参数同实施例3。
以下是实施例1-3和对比例1所得复合膜的机械物理性能检测结果。

从上表可以看出,本发明实施例所得产品与对比例相比,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、落镖冲击强度均明显优于对比例。

Claims (5)

1.一种清洁剂包装复合膜,其特征在于依次包括:第一尼龙层、第一粘合层、第一基材层、第二粘合层、第二尼龙层、第三粘合层、第二基材层、第三基材层和第四基材层,其中,所述第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的材料包括PA,所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料包括TIE和PE的混合物,所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料为HDPE和LLDPE的混合物,所述第三基材层和第四基材层的材料包括HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的混合物;
所述复合膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将PA用质量浓度为2-3%的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的甲醇溶液浸泡5-10小时,然后于60-80℃干燥12-18小时,备用;(2)将MPE用质量浓度为2-3%的氟硅烷的甲醇溶液中浸泡8-25小时,再将其于50-100℃干燥1-5小时,备用;(3)将各层原料按比例配料,分别加入各层挤出机进行熔融塑化、挤出,然后在吹胀比为1∶1.5-2,模头温度为230-250℃的条件下进行共挤吹膜,制得复合膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于:所述第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的材料中TIE与PE的质量比为1∶2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于:所述第一基材层和第二基材层的材料中HDPE和LLDPE的质量比为1∶3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合膜,其特征在于:所述第三基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶3;所述第四基材层的材料中HDPE、LLDPE和MPE的质量比为1∶2∶4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的复合膜,其特征在于:各层挤出机的温度分别为:第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的塑化温度为120-180℃,第一粘合层、第二粘合层和第三粘合层的塑化温度为150-200℃,第一基材层和第二基材层的塑化温度为160-180℃,第三基材层和第四基材层的塑化温度为190-210℃。
