The embodiment of the invention provides a dispatch management system of a dustbin, which comprises a carriage detachable dustbin with a networking function, a networking dustbin capable of automatically forecasting and clearing, a WeChat public platform and a plurality of mobile phone terminals provided with WeChat APP. The WeChat public platform is realized as a network service platform and is divided into: weChat service number and WeChat enterprise number. The micro-letter enterprise number is bound with the micro-letter service number.
The mobile phone terminal comprises a plurality of types of: the request terminal is a mobile phone of a property manager, the dispatch terminal is a mobile phone of a dispatch manager, and the transportation terminal is a mobile phone of a transportation driver. For example, in an underground parking garage in a residential district, a property manager may subscribe to a service via a WeChat public platform, make a request, and then the company schedules the corresponding driver to go to the district to place an empty box. The networking dustbin is provided with dustbin position, weight and capacity information to a server in real time, particularly, when the weight or the capacity reaches a set value, alarm information to be cleaned is sent to the server, a network service platform is notified to a dispatching terminal, a dispatching manager obtains cell position information through the server, a vehicle is arranged to go to the cell through a micro-letter enterprise number, the dustbin filled with the dustbin is transported away, and the information is fed back to a physical manager through a micro-letter service number. The dispatching terminal sends feedback information to the request terminal, the dispatching terminal sends an instruction to the transportation terminal, a transportation vehicle driver receives a task through the WeChat APP, the transportation vehicle driver goes to a destination to pull the dustbin full of the dustbin away, and the dustbin is transported to a digestion site to complete the task and feed back the task to the WeChat enterprise number.

The networked dustbin capable of automatically forecasting and clearing provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a dustbin body, a first weighing sensor, a capacity sensor and a main control unit, wherein the main control unit is respectively connected with the first weighing sensor and the capacity sensor and used for receiving detection information of the first weighing sensor and the capacity sensor, the weighing sensor is positioned at a supporting roller at the rear end of the dustbin, and the capacity sensor is positioned at the upper end or the top cover of the front side plate of the dustbin body.
For example, the garbage can body can be 3-3.5m long, 1.5-2 m wide, 1.5-1.2 m high and 7-8 m 3 in volume.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the main control unit includes a first weight signal conditioning circuit, a capacity signal conditioning circuit, a first a/D conversion circuit, a first microprocessor, a first wireless communication module, a first positioning module, and a first power supply. The first weight signal conditioning circuit is used for denoising and amplifying a weight detection signal of the first weighing sensor; the capacity signal conditioning circuit is used for denoising and amplifying capacity detection signals of the capacity sensor; the first A/D conversion circuit is a multi-input analog/digital conversion switch circuit, and the first microprocessor selectively determines the analog/digital conversion; the first microprocessor is connected with the first wireless communication module; the first positioning module adopts network or satellite positioning.
The capacity sensor is an ultrasonic sensor or an electromagnetic wave sensor, detects the garbage accumulation amount in the garbage can through ultrasonic waves or electromagnetic waves, and inputs a detection signal as a capacity signal to the capacity signal conditioning circuit. The first wireless communication module adopts a GSM communication module or a 3G communication module or a 4G communication module, and the detection signals of the first weighing sensor and the capacity sensor received by the first microprocessor and the positioning information are sent to the network service platform for automatically forecasting and cleaning information of the dustbin through the wireless communication function of the first wireless communication module. The first power supply comprises a digital power supply and an analog power supply, and the digital power supply is supplied to the first A/D conversion circuit, the first microprocessor, the first wireless communication module and the first positioning module; the analog power supply is supplied to the first weight signal conditioning circuit and the capacity signal conditioning circuit.
Next, a description will be given of a carriage-detachable garbage truck with a networking function provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the carriage-detachable garbage truck includes: the second weighing sensor and the OBD intelligent box are arranged on an OBD interface of the carriage detachable garbage truck, are connected with the second weighing sensor, receive detection information of the second weighing sensor, and are positioned at the rear end supporting roller of the carriage detachable garbage truck.
For example, the carriage detachable garbage truck has a truck height of 1.8-2.15 m and a truck body length of 5-5.5m, wherein the truck head is 1-1.2m and the truck body is 1.5-2m wide.
As shown in fig. 8, the OBD smart box includes a second weight signal conditioning circuit, a second a/D conversion circuit, a second microprocessor, a second wireless communication module, a second positioning module, and a second power supply. The second weight signal conditioning circuit is used for denoising and amplifying a weight detection signal of the second weighing sensor; the second A/D conversion circuit is a multi-input analog/digital conversion switch circuit, and the second microprocessor selectively determines the analog/digital conversion; the second microprocessor is connected with the second wireless communication module; the second positioning module adopts network or satellite positioning. The OBD intelligent box can also increase vehicle fuel consumption, mileage, fault information code reading and other expansion functions according to the needs. The second wireless communication module adopts a GSM communication module or a 3G communication module or a 4G communication module, and the second weighing sensor and the positioning information received by the second microprocessor are sent to the network service platform for the dispatching management of the carriage detachable garbage truck through the wireless communication function of the second wireless communication module.
The second power supply is provided by an OBD interface or an internal battery of the OBD intelligent box and comprises a digital power supply and an analog power supply, and the digital power supply supplies power to the second A/D conversion circuit, the second microprocessor, the second wireless communication module and the second positioning module; the analog power supply is supplied to the second weight signal conditioning circuit.
The network service platform can receive the information sent by the carriage detachable garbage truck, process the information and send a corresponding dispatching instruction to the transportation terminal, thereby carrying out centralized optimization management.
The transportation terminal is a terminal which is in wireless communication with the network service platform, displays and interacts information in real time, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, an embodiment of the invention discloses a networked dustbin capable of automatically forecasting and clearing, which comprises a dustbin body 1, a first weighing sensor 2, a capacity sensor 3, a main control unit 4 and a network service platform 5 connected with the main control unit 4 in a signal manner, wherein the first weighing sensor 2, the capacity sensor 3 and the main control unit 4 are arranged on the dustbin body 1; the main control unit 4 is respectively in signal connection with the first weighing sensor 2 and the capacity sensor 3, the first weighing sensor 2 monitors the garbage weight of the garbage can body 1 and timely transmits monitoring information to the main control unit 4, the capacity sensor 2 monitors the garbage capacity in the garbage can body 1 and timely transmits monitoring information to the main control unit 4, the main control unit 4 transmits the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor 2 and the capacity sensor 3 to the network service platform 5, and when one of the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor 2 or the capacity sensor 3 reaches a preset value, the network service platform 5 sends out the garbage truck 10 with the empty garbage can body 1 to replace the full garbage can body 1.

The main control unit of the embodiment of the invention comprises a first weight signal conditioning circuit 41, a capacity signal conditioning circuit 42, a first A/D conversion circuit 43, a first microprocessor 44, a first wireless communication module 45, a first positioning module 46 and a first power supply 47; the first weight signal conditioning circuit 41 denoises and amplifies the garbage weight signal monitored by the first weighing sensor 2; the capacity signal conditioning circuit 42 denoises and amplifies the garbage capacity signal of the capacity sensor 3; the first a/D conversion circuit 43 is a multiple-input analog/digital conversion switch circuit and is respectively connected with the first weight signal conditioning circuit 41, the capacity signal conditioning circuit 42 and the first microprocessor 44, the first positioning module 46 is connected with the first microprocessor 44, and the first microprocessor 44 is connected with the network service platform 5 through the first wireless communication module 45 and sends the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor 2 and the capacity sensor 3 and the positioning information of the first positioning module 46 to the network service platform 5; the main control unit 4 receives the garbage weight information transmitted by the first weight sensor 2 and the garbage capacity information transmitted by the capacity sensor 3, processes the garbage weight information and the garbage capacity information, and transmits the garbage weight information, the garbage capacity information and the positioning information to the network service platform 5 in time through the first wireless communication module 45, so that unified management and garbage can cleaning are facilitated.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the weight of the garbage sensed by the first weighing sensor 2 is smaller than the self weight of the garbage can body 1, the main control unit 4 sends the state information of the garbage can to the network service platform 5 through the first wireless communication module 45 as "in transportation", otherwise, when the weight of the garbage sensed by the first weighing sensor 2 is greater than or equal to the self weight of the garbage can body 1, the state information is sent to "in collection"; when the weight and capacity information monitored by the first weighing sensor 2 or the capacity sensor 3 reach one or two preset conditions, the main control unit 4 sends the information to be cleaned of the full dustbin to the network service platform 5, and cleaning staff can select and process the dustbin according to the requirement through the information on the network service platform 5.
The capacity sensor 3 in the embodiment of the invention is an ultrasonic sensor or an electromagnetic wave sensor; the amount of garbage deposited in the garbage can is monitored by ultrasonic waves or electromagnetic waves and the monitored information is input as capacity information to the capacity signal conditioning circuit 42.
The first wireless communication module 45 in the embodiment of the present invention is a GSM communication module, a 3G communication module, or a 4G communication module; the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor 2 and the capacity sensor 3 received by the microprocessor 44 and the positioning information are sent to the network service platform 5 for automatically forecasting the cleaning information of the dustbin through the wireless communication function of the first wireless communication module 45.
The first positioning module 46 in the embodiment of the invention adopts network or satellite positioning, can accurately position the dustbin body 1, and is convenient to manage.
The first power supply 47 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a digital power supply for supplying power to the first a/D conversion circuit 43, the first microprocessor 44, the first wireless communication module 45 and the first positioning module 46, and an analog power supply for supplying power to the first weight signal conditioning circuit 41 and the capacity signal conditioning circuit 42.
The two sides of the rear end of the bottom of the dustbin body 1 are provided with supporting rollers 11, and the first weighing sensor 2 is arranged at the supporting rollers 11; the weight of the garbage in the garbage can body 1 can be accurately measured.
The capacity sensor 3 of the embodiment of the invention is arranged at the upper end or the top cover of the front side plate 12 of the dustbin body 1, so that the garbage accumulation capacity in the dustbin body 11 can be conveniently detected.
The outer side of the front side plate 12 of the dustbin body 1 is provided with a hook 13 for dragging the dustbin body 1 to the dustbin 10, so that the dustbin body 1 can be conveniently cleared.
By adopting the structure, the working principle of the networking dustbin for automatic forecasting and clearing is as follows: the first weighing sensor monitors the garbage weight of the garbage can body and timely transmits monitoring information to the main control unit, the capacity sensor monitors the garbage capacity in the garbage can body and timely transmits the monitoring information to the main control unit, the main control unit can transmit the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor and the capacity sensor to the network service platform, when one of the monitoring information of the first weighing sensor and the capacity sensor reaches a preset value, the network service platform sends out the garbage truck with the empty garbage can body to replace the full garbage can body, so that the condition that the garbage can body is not full or is full when a cleaning person removes the garbage can body is avoided, and the garbage removing efficiency is improved; the embodiment of the invention can monitor the garbage state in the garbage can body in real time, including the garbage weight and the garbage capacity, and timely send the monitoring information to the network service platform, so as to realize the automatic forecasting and cleaning function of the garbage can and the centralized management of the garbage can, and cleaning personnel can select and process the garbage can according to the requirement through the information on the network service platform; the inspection frequency of the dustbin is reduced, the public environment is improved, and energy conservation and environmental protection are realized.
The foregoing embodiment illustrates the networking type dustbin provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7 to 8, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a carriage-detachable type dustbin with networking function, which comprises a main body 100, a trailer frame 110 arranged on the main body 100, a second weighing sensor 200 arranged on the trailer frame 110, an OBD intelligent box 300 arranged on the main body 100, and a network service platform 400 connected with the OBD intelligent box 300 through signals; the OBD intelligent box 300 is inserted into the OBD interface of the vehicle body 100 and connected with the second weighing sensor 200, the trailer frame 110 is provided with a traction structure 120 for dragging the dustbin onto the trailer frame 110, and the second weighing sensor 200 is arranged on the trailer frame 110 and is used for monitoring weight information on the trailer frame 110; the weight information monitored by the second weighing sensor 200 is transmitted to the OBD intelligent box 300, and the OBD intelligent box 300 transmits the monitored information to the network service platform 400; the states of the garbage trucks are counted according to the weight information on each truck body 100 displayed by the network service platform 400 and the truck dispatching bodies 100 are uniformly managed.

When a certain garbage truck is flameout, the OBD intelligent box 300 stops working, or the network service platform 400 cannot receive the state information sent by the OBD intelligent box 300, the network service platform 400 defines the state information of the garbage truck as off-line, namely, when managing and dispatching the garbage truck, the garbage truck with the state of off-line is not placed in a dispatching range; the embodiment of the invention can monitor the loading state and the geographic position of the garbage truck in real time during working, realize the dispatching function through the network service platform 400, realize the unified management of the garbage truck, further realize the fixed-point selection processing of the garbage truck according to the requirement, reduce the inspection frequency of the garbage truck, improve the public environment, realize energy conservation and environmental protection, and realize the centralized management of the network service platform 400 on the garbage truck with detachable carriage.
The OBD smart box 300 of the present embodiment includes a second weight signal conditioning circuit 310, a second a/D conversion circuit 320, a second microprocessor 330, a second wireless communication module 340, a second positioning module 350, and a second power supply 360; the second weight signal conditioning circuit 310 denoises and amplifies the weight signal monitored by the second load cell 200; the second a/D conversion circuit 320 is a multiple-input analog/digital conversion switch circuit and is respectively connected to the second weight signal conditioning circuit 310 and the second microprocessor 330, the second positioning module 350 is connected to the second microprocessor 330, and the second microprocessor 330 is connected to the network service platform 400 through the second wireless communication module 340 and sends the monitoring information of the second weighing sensor 200 and the positioning information of the second positioning module 350 to the network service platform 400; the OBD smart box 300 receives the weight information transmitted by the second weight sensor 200, and the second weight signal conditioning circuit 310 processes the weight information and timely transmits the weight information and the positioning information of the second positioning module 350 to the network service platform 400 through the second wireless communication module 340, so as to facilitate unified management of the garbage truck.
The OBD intelligent box 300 of the embodiment of the invention further comprises a vehicle fuel consumption monitoring module, a mileage monitoring module and a fault information code reading module; the manager can monitor the vehicle fuel consumption, mileage and fault information of each garbage truck from the network service platform 400, so that the management is convenient.
The second wireless communication module 340 in the embodiment of the present invention is a GSM communication module, a 3G communication module, or a 4G communication module; the weight information and the positioning information monitored by the second weighing sensor 200 received by the second microprocessor 330 are transmitted to the network service platform 400 through the wireless communication function of the second wireless communication module 340, so that the management of the garbage truck is facilitated.
The second positioning module 350 in the embodiment of the invention adopts a network positioning mode or a satellite positioning mode, so that the garbage truck can be accurately positioned, and the management is convenient.
The second power supply 360 of the embodiment of the present invention is provided by an OBD interface or a battery inside the OBD smart box 300, and includes a digital power supply for supplying power to the second a/D conversion circuit 320, the second microprocessor 330, the second wireless communication module 340, and the second positioning module 350, and an analog power supply for supplying power to the second weight signal conditioning circuit 310.
The garbage truck of the embodiment of the invention further comprises a transportation terminal 500 connected with the network service platform 400, wherein the transportation terminal 500 receives a corresponding scheduling instruction sent by the network service platform 400; thereby performing centralized optimization management.
The transportation terminal 500 in the embodiment of the present invention is a mobile phone or tablet computer with wireless communication, information real-time display and interaction with the network service platform 400.
The two sides of the bottom rear end of the trailer frame 110 in the embodiment of the invention are provided with supporting rollers 111, the second weighing sensor 200 is arranged at the supporting rollers 111, and the second weighing sensor 200 can monitor the weight above the trailer frame 110; when the dustbin is not loaded on the trailer frame 110, the weight information monitored by the second load cell 2 is close to 0; when the dustbin is loaded on the trailer frame 110, the second weighing sensor 200 monitors that the weight information is close to the dead weight of the empty dustbin, which means that the empty dustbin is loaded; the second weighing sensor 200 monitors that the weight information is far greater than the empty bin dead weight of the dustbin, and the dustbin is full of the dustbin, so that the dustbin is convenient to manage.
The traction structure 120 of the present embodiment is a traction hook driven by a driving mechanism; the dustbin is conveniently towed and towed to the garbage truck, so that the dustbin can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
