技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金铸造产品技术领域,特别是一种基于固体润滑剂的锌基合金轴承。
背景技术
自润滑轴承是通过在轴承基体上加工若干排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再向孔穴中嵌入固体润滑材料,从而代替传统依靠油膜润滑轴承的一种新型轴承;其具有摩擦系数低、使用寿命长、便于维护以及在低速重载下耐磨性能好的优点。现有技术中的自润滑轴承中所采用的固体润滑剂在湿度较大的环境中劣化较快,使用寿命较干燥环境中严重缩短,即抗水性较差,给实际生产作业带来较多的不确定性。
锌基合金是在纯锌中加入合金元素后制成的一种高强度耐磨材料,其主要由铝元素、铜元素、硅元素、镁元素、钛元素、硼元素以及稀土元素等构成;由于合金元素的固溶强化以及第二相强化作用,使得锌基合金既提高了强度,又因为各种元素的结构不同而产生硬质特点,从而形成独特的既耐磨又亲油的特性,从而在机械工业中可以被广泛地应用,可以用于制造轴瓦、轴套、滑块以及涡轮等耐磨器件;其优点在于:可以提高机械传动零部件的使用寿命,保持机械加工的精度;可以延长机械维护的周期,提高生产效率;对润滑油的亲和性好,且导热率高、散热快、抗咬合性好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于固体润滑剂的锌基合金轴承,具有较好的抗水性,且具有组装方便、机械强度高、润滑效果好的特点,满足实际使用要求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种基于固体润滑剂的锌基合金轴承,包括自润滑轴承外圈和自润滑轴承内圈,所述自润滑轴承外圈和所述自润滑轴承内圈同轴套装设置,且所述自润滑轴承外圈和所述自润滑轴承内圈之间设置有自润滑轴承滚珠,所述自润滑轴承外圈和所述自润滑轴承内圈的轴向两端还分别设置有第一自润滑轴承封装盖和第二自润滑轴承封装盖;所述自润滑轴承外圈的内侧面设置有配合所述自润滑轴承滚珠的外圈滚珠限位安装槽,所述自润滑轴承内圈的外侧面设置有配合所述自润滑轴承滚珠的内圈滚珠限位安装槽;所述自润滑轴承外圈和所述自润滑轴承内圈上均设置有若干固体润滑剂嵌入孔,每个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔中均填充有固体润滑剂,所述固体润滑剂包括以下质量百分数的组分:石墨41.0~43.0%、二硫化钼1.7~1.9%、钙钠基润滑脂7.5~10.0%、和余量的黏度指数为115~125的高密度矿物基础油;若干所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔的轴线均沿所述自润滑轴承外圈和所述自润滑轴承内圈的径向设置,所述自润滑轴承外圈上的所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔围绕所述外圈滚珠限位安装槽设置,且所述自润滑轴承外圈上的所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔连接所述外圈滚珠限位安装槽;所述自润滑轴承内圈上的所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔围绕所述内圈滚珠限位安装槽设置,且所述自润滑轴承内圈上的所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔连接所述内圈滚珠限位安装槽。
