Abstract

本发明涉及涂布机上使用的一种涂布柔性刮刀,它由倾入胶箱的涂胶辊,涂胶辊中前部装有带孔状柔性海绵刮刀和控制柔性刮刀松紧的压杆构成。本装置涂布均匀,不漏涂,由其是所需涂层较薄时涂层质量更高,该产品结构简单易行。

Description

一种涂布柔性刮刀
本发明涉及一种用于涂布机上的刮刀,特别是能使涂布机在工作中,使其涂布非常均匀的一种涂布柔性刮刀。
目前,所使用的生产外包装易拆封压敏胶拉线(俗称金拉线)的设备是涂布机,图1为现有涂布机结构框图,由基材送料装置至涂布装置至干燥装置再至基材收卷装置组成。在压敏胶拉线的生产工艺中,首先要对基材塑料薄膜涂布防粘层处理,在进行涂布压敏胶处理,这两道工序直接影响产品的质量好坏,而涂布机的涂布装置起着决定性的作用,现有涂布装置由图2、图3给出主要部件的两种结构视图,第一种图2所示,由胶箱2、涂胶辊3和金属刮刀组成。涂胶辊逆时针带胶旋转,塑料薄膜基材4顺时针贴涂胶辊行走,金属刮刀将带胶的涂胶辊胶层刮匀。第二种图3所示,同样由胶箱2、涂胶辊3和金属刮刀1组成。涂胶辊逆时针带胶旋转,塑料薄膜基材4顺时针贴涂胶辊行走,金属刮刀1将粘有胶的塑料薄膜基材4胶层刮匀。上述两种结构,由于机械精度不高产生震动和塑料薄膜基材行走不平稳,由其是所需涂层厚度教薄时,常常会产生涂布不均及漏涂等现象。
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种涂布柔性刮刀。它不仅结构简单,安装调整也很方便,更突出是提高了产品涂布的质量。
由此可见,上述涂布机存在有诸多的缺陷,而丞待加以改进,本设计人基于丰富的实务经验及专业知识,经过不断研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出本发明。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的,它包括内装齿轮、轴承的两侧壁、与侧壁连接的两支柱支撑的拖板,拖板上放有胶箱,其特征在于:涂胶辊连接两侧壁,涂胶辊下端部倾入胶箱内,涂胶辊中部装有带孔状或非孔状的柔性刮刀,柔性刮刀与连接两侧壁的压杆连接,两侧壁前中部装有带螺纹的调节钮,调节钮顶住压杆调节柔性刮刀与涂胶辊的松紧。
前所述的柔性刮刀选用海棉、橡胶或无纺布材料。
前所述的柔性刮刀为长方形状、半圆形状或圆形中央开有圆孔的圆形状。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和积极效果。由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,用柔性刮刀取代金属刮刀,解决了由涂布机机械震动和基材行走不平稳,造成压敏胶拉线产品质量差的不足。使现在的产品涂布均匀,不产生漏涂,提高了涂布胶层厚度的精度,使其产品的质量大大得到了提高。本发明的结构简单,使用方便。
本发明的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。

在图4中,内装齿轮、轴承(现有技术未画出)两侧壁7连接由支柱10支撑的拖板9,拖板9上放有一长方形胶箱2,两侧壁7之间接涂胶辊3,涂胶辊3下部倾入胶箱2,涂胶辊3中前部装有孔状柔性长方形海棉柔性刮刀5,柔性刮刀5与压杆6连接压杆6两端分别接两侧壁7,侧壁7中前部装有两个带螺纹的调节钮8,调节钮8顶住压杆6,调节调节钮8控制柔性刮刀5与涂胶辊3之间的松紧。
图5是图4A-A剖视图,涂胶辊3倾入胶箱2,涂胶辊3逆时针旋转,柔性刮刀5将涂胶辊3滚粘上的胶刮均匀,涂胶辊3与顺时针行走的塑料薄膜基材4接触,将涂胶辊3上的胶均匀涂复在塑料薄膜基材4上。

Claims (3)

1、一种涂布柔性刮刀,它包括内装齿轮、轴承的两侧壁、与侧壁连接的两支柱支撑的拖板,拖板上放有胶箱,其特征在于:涂胶辊连接两侧壁,涂胶辊下端部倾入胶箱内,涂胶辊中部装有带孔状或非孔状的柔性刮刀,柔性刮刀与连接两侧壁的压杆连接,两侧壁前中部装有带螺纹的调节钮,调节钮顶住压杆调节柔性刮刀与涂胶辊的松紧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布柔性刮刀,其特征在于所述的柔性刮刀选用海棉、橡胶或无纺布材料。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种涂布柔性刮刀,其特征在于所述的柔性刮刀为长方形状。
