In order to bag while sleeving, the rotating frame 62 is driven to rotate by the rotating mechanism, so that the bagging hand 61 positioned below is separated from the pushing mechanism 66 and the bag opening is kept in an open state all the time under the action of the tension spring 64, the effect of simultaneous operation of double stations is realized, the working efficiency is improved, and the pushing mechanism and the bagging hand are arranged separately, so that the pushing mechanism is not required to be rotated together, and the structural complexity is reduced. In addition, a bag pressing mechanism 8 for pressing the bag opening is arranged above the rotating frame 62.
In the working process of the bagging machine of the embodiment, food to be bagged is added to the starting end of the first horizontal conveying belt 11, the position of adjacent food can be pulled open in the process of conveying the food to the second horizontal conveying belt 12, the food can be accelerated to smoothly enter the twisting conveying belt 21, the food can be turned over laterally and conveyed to the material-dividing conveying device 3 when passing through the twisting conveying belt 21, the material-dividing conveying device 3 conveys the arranged food to the material-pushing bagging device 4 through double-station operation, the bag-taking and bag-opening device 5 also performs bag-taking and bag-opening actions during conveying, a bag-opening packaging bag is used for bagging the bagging hand 61, after bagging is completed, and then bagging operation is performed on a plurality of food under the action of the material-pushing hand of the material-pushing bagging device 4, so that full-automatic bagging is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

the side-turning device comprises a third horizontal conveying belt, a twisted conveying belt and a side blocking mechanism, the third horizontal conveying belt, the twisted conveying belt and the side blocking mechanism jointly enclose a side-turning conveying channel, the bottom end of the side-turning conveying channel is provided with the third horizontal conveying belt, one side of the third horizontal conveying belt is provided with the twisted conveying belt, and the twisted conveying belt turns the food on the side and is matched with the third horizontal conveying belt to convey the food to the distributing and conveying device;
the material distribution and conveying device comprises at least two trays with a plurality of material accommodating grooves arranged side by side and at least two tray driving devices for driving the trays, and each tray driving device correspondingly drives one tray to independently move forwards to the next station;
the material pushing and bagging device comprises a material mixing channel and a material pushing hand, wherein the material mixing channel is positioned on one side of an opening at the end part of the material placing groove of the tray, and the material pushing hand pushes food to leave the tray and penetrate through the material mixing channel;
the bag taking and opening device comprises a bag taking device capable of adsorbing a packaging bag, an opener capable of absorbing from the side surface of the opening of the packaging bag and opening the packaging bag, a bag opening mechanism positioned at the discharge port of the material combining channel, a pusher for driving the bag taking device and the opener to move so that the packaging bag is sleeved in the bag opening mechanism, and a swing driving device for driving the bag opening mechanism to open and close, wherein the bag opening mechanism comprises at least two swinging bag containing hands in a tank shell shape, and the swing driving device comprises a rotating mechanism for switching the position of the bag opening mechanism, a pushing mechanism for changing the folding state or the opening state of the bag containing hands and an opening resetting mechanism;
the width of each material accommodating groove is larger than or equal to the width and the length of the food after the food turns on one side.

The food bagging machine according to claim 1, wherein the differential conveying device further comprises a failure recovery mechanism, the failure recovery mechanism comprises a recovery cylinder arranged on one side of the second horizontal conveying belt/the first horizontal conveying belt, a blocking and guiding member for blocking and guiding the conveying direction of the food is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the recovery cylinder, and a recovery member for collecting the food is arranged on the opposite side of the second horizontal conveying belt/the first horizontal conveying belt.
