Abstract

一种塑料内胆压力罐内置隔板的制造工艺,属于水处理压力罐的制造技术领域。本发明为克服目前在塑料内胆压力罐制造过程中难于在内胆内设置滤水隔板的技术难题,提供了一种生产制作工艺,有效地解决了这个难题。其所采用的技术方案是:将预制好的滤水隔板预先挂载在吹塑或滚塑的模具中,等完成内胆制作后,再将已被内置在内胆内的滤水隔板用螺栓紧固在预设好了的支承凸沿之上,最后通过卸料口在隔板上安装过滤水帽,通过罐体下水出口和卸料口安装支承柱,用支承柱螺栓把滤水隔板和支承柱与罐体底部牢牢地拴在一起。本发明的有益效果是,实现了在塑料内胆的内部设置滤水隔板,从而使得塑料内胆压力罐增添了新的使用功能。

本发明涉及一种塑料内胆压力罐内置隔板的制造工艺,属于水处理压力罐的制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在采用吹塑或滚塑工艺生产制作压力罐的塑料内胆时,由于一次整体成型的工艺特点,还未能实现在内胆内设置滤水隔板,所以这种塑料内胆的压力罐就缺失了一种使用功能。
发明内容
为了克服目前塑料内胆压力罐制造过程中难于在内胆内设置滤水隔板的技术难题,本发明提供了一种生产制作工艺,有效地解决了这个难题。其所采用的技术方案是:将预制好的滤水隔板预先挂载在吹塑或滚塑的模具中,等完成内胆制作后,再将已被内置在内胆内的滤水隔板用螺栓紧固在预设好了的支承凸沿之上,最后通过卸料口在隔板上安装过滤水帽,通过罐体下出水口和卸料口安装滤水隔板支承柱。
本发明的有益效果是,实现了在压力罐的塑料内胆内设置滤水隔板,从而使得塑料内胆压力罐增添了新的使用功能。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,滤水隔板(2)是横向水平置于压力罐罐体(1)内的下部封头截圆处,由支承凸沿(5)将其托平;由人工从卸料口(3)处旋转着滤水隔板(2)把水帽(4)安装在滤水隔板(2)上;再用紧固螺丝(6)将滤水隔板(2)固定在支承凸沿(5)上;再从压力罐体(1)的下出水口把支承柱(7)安装在柱脚凸台(9)上,从卸料口(3)把支承柱螺栓(8)***支承柱(7)内,将滤水隔板(2)与压力罐罐体(1)牢牢紧固在一起。
如附图2所示,在塑料内胆(10)的下封头截圆处设置出一个环形凸沿(5),并在其上对称分设数个用于紧固滤水隔板(2)的紧固螺丝孔(11),在塑料内胆(10)的侧壁上靠近下封头截圆处设置一个卸料口(3)。
如附图3所示,在滤水隔板(2)上对称分设了数个用于紧固滤水隔板(2)的紧固螺丝孔(11),并在其上设置有合适数量的水帽丝孔(12)。
如附图4所示,在内胆的滚塑生产过程中,首先把隔板挂载杆(15)装配在上模(13)上,再把滤水隔板(2)用挂载插销(16)固定在隔板挂载杆(15)上,最后再进行上模(13)与下模(14)的合模操作,等待内胆成型后,再从内胆的上进水口和下出水口分别卸掉挂在插销(16),从出水口抽出隔板挂载杆(15),让滤水隔板任意掉落在内胆内即可。
如附图5所示,在内胆的吹塑生产过程中,首先把隔板挂载杆(15)装配在隔板挂载杆基座(19)上,再把滤水隔板(2)用挂载插销(16)固定在隔板挂载杆(15)上,最后再进行右半模(17)与左半模(18)的合模操作,等待内胆成型后,再从内胆的上进水口和下出水口分别卸掉挂在插销(16),从出水口抽出隔板挂载杆(15),让滤水隔板任意掉落在内胆内即可。

1.一种水处理用塑料内胆压力罐内置隔板的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆中设置了滤水隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:塑料内胆是采用吹塑或滚塑工艺一次整体成型的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆上设置有卸料口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆下封头截圆处设置有一个环形支承凸沿,并在其上对称分布着数个用于紧固滤水隔板的紧固螺丝孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在滤水隔板上对称设置了数个紧固螺丝孔,并在其上设置有合适数量的水帽丝孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆下封头的底部设置有数个支承柱的柱脚凸台,并在其上设有紧固螺丝孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在滤水隔板与罐体底部之间设有数根支承柱,并使用螺栓把滤水隔板、支承柱和罐体底部栓紧在一起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在内胆的吹塑或滚塑模具内设置有滤水隔板挂载杆。
