Abstract

本发明一种去毛刺的柔性装置,由机架(1)、下法兰(2)、导柱(3)、推力气缸(4)、导套(5)、推力轴(6)、套筒(7)、活动板(8)、上法兰(9)、防尘板(10)、气缸罩壳(11)等组成。本发明在使用中能满足一台毛刺机刷两种不同尺寸的车轮毛刺,并且效果理想、效率高、工作安全可靠,自动化程度高,特别适合生产线上的批量生产。

一种去毛刺的柔性装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种去毛刺的柔性装置,具体地说是一种能够去除不同尺寸车轮背腔毛刺的装置。
背景技术
对于汽车车轮加工企业,机加工后对车轮上产生的毛刺需要去除,目前现在车轮刷毛刺机的功能单一,一台毛刺机只能刷一个尺寸的车轮背腔毛刺,由于生产线自动化程度的提高,机加工后车轮背腔刷毛刺的工序压力也随之增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种去毛刺的柔性装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种去毛刺的柔性装置,由机架、下法兰、导柱、推力气缸、导套、推力轴、套筒、活动板、上法兰、防尘板、气缸罩壳、销轴Ⅰ、间隔环Ⅰ、气缸、连接头、销轴Ⅱ、卡簧、毛刷、支具、压块、销轴Ⅲ、间隔环Ⅱ、联轴器、电机组成。
防尘板设置在机架上,下法兰和上法兰分别固定在机架和防尘板上,导柱固定在下法兰和上法兰,导套通过导柱固定在活动板上,推力气缸固定在机架上,推力轴与推力气缸螺纹连接固定在套筒,罩壳固定在机架上,气缸通过销轴Ⅰ和间隔环Ⅰ固定在罩壳上,气缸杆和连接头通过销轴Ⅱ和卡簧连接在一起,压块通过销轴Ⅱ、销轴Ⅲ和间隔环Ⅱ连接在一起可以转动,毛刷固定在支具上,支具通过联轴器和电机连接在一起,电机通过螺栓和活动板固定在一起。
当大尺寸车轮放在机架上时,气缸通过销轴Ⅰ、销轴Ⅱ,推动连接头做平面运动,和销轴Ⅱ连接的压块,以销轴Ⅲ为中心做周向运动,实现大尺寸车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能。
当小尺寸车轮放在机架上时,气缸推动连接头向右运动,压块以销轴Ⅲ为中心做周向运动,最终实现小尺寸车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能。
推力气缸的气缸杆推动活动板做直线运动,活动板推动电机,实现毛刷上下运动。电机输出轴通过联轴器使支具做周向运动,支具和毛刷通过螺栓连接,最终实现毛刷周向旋转刷车轮功能。
实际使用时,机械手将车轮放到机架地板上,气缸通压缩空气,通过压块压住轮唇,实现轮子的定心和定位,然后推力气缸通过推力轴将活动板向上推动,然后电机通过联轴器、支具,带动毛刷做周向旋转运动,实现车轮刷毛刺功能。
本发明在使用中能满足一台毛刺机刷两种不同尺寸的车轮毛刺,并且效果理想、效率高、工作安全可靠,自动化程度高,特别适合生产线上的批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
一种柔性去毛刺装置,由机架1、下法兰2、导柱3、推力气缸4、导套5、推力轴6、套筒7、活动板8、上法兰9、防尘板10、气缸罩壳11、销轴Ⅰ12、间隔环Ⅰ13、气缸14、连接头15、销轴Ⅱ16、卡簧17、毛刷18、支具19、压块20、销轴Ⅲ21、间隔环Ⅱ22、联轴器23、电机24组成。
防尘板10焊接在机架1上,下法兰2和上法兰9分别固定在机架1和防尘板10上,导柱3固定在下法兰2和上法兰9,导套5通过导柱3固定在活动板8上,推力气缸4通过螺栓固定在机架1上,推力轴6与推力气缸4螺纹连接固定在套筒7,罩壳11通过螺栓固定在机架1上,气缸14通过销轴Ⅰ和间隔环Ⅰ13固定在罩壳11上,气缸杆14和连接头15通过销轴Ⅱ16和卡簧17连接在一起,压块20通过销轴Ⅱ16、销轴Ⅲ21和间隔环Ⅱ22连接在一起可以转动,毛刷18通过螺栓固定在支具19上,支具19通过联轴器23和电机24连接在一起,电机24通过螺栓和活动板8固定在一起。
当大尺寸车轮放在机架1上时,气缸14通过销轴Ⅰ12、销轴Ⅱ16,推动连接头15做平面运动,和销轴Ⅱ16连接的压块20,以销轴Ⅲ21为中心做周向运动,实现大尺寸车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能。
当小尺寸车轮放在机架1上时,气缸14推动连接头15向右运动,压块20会以销轴Ⅲ21为中心做周向运动,最终实现小尺寸车轮的同步抱紧和居中的功能。
推力气缸4的气缸杆推动活动板8做直线运动,活动板8推动电机24,实现毛刷上下运动;电机24输出轴通过联轴器23使支具19做周向运动,支具19和毛刷18通过螺栓连接,实现毛刷周向旋转刷车轮功能。
实际使用时,机械手将车轮放到机架1地板上,气缸14通压缩空气,通过压块20压住轮唇,实现轮子的定心和定位,然后推力气缸4通过推力轴6将活动板8向上推动,然后电机24通过联轴器23、支具19,带动毛刷18做周向旋转运动,实现车轮背腔刷毛刺功能。

1.一种去毛刺的柔性装置,由机架(1)、下法兰(2)、导柱(3)、推力气缸(4)、导套(5)、推力轴(6)、套筒(7)、活动板(8)、上法兰(9)、防尘板(10)、气缸罩壳(11)、销轴Ⅰ(12)、间隔环Ⅰ(13)、气缸(14)、连接头(15)、销轴Ⅱ(16)、卡簧(17)、毛刷(18)、支具(19)、压块(20)、销轴Ⅲ(21)、间隔环Ⅱ(22)、联轴器(23)、电机(24)组成,其特征在于:防尘板(10)焊接在机架(1)上,下法兰(2)和上法兰(9)分别固定在机架(1)和防尘板(10)上,导柱(3)固定在下法兰(2)和上法兰(9),导套(5)通过导柱(3)固定在活动板(8)上,推力气缸(4)固定在机架(1)上,推力轴(6)与推力气缸(4)螺纹连接固定在套筒(7),罩壳(11)固定在机架(1)上,气缸(14)通过销轴Ⅰ和间隔环Ⅰ(13)固定在罩壳(11)上,气缸杆(14)和连接头(15)通过销轴Ⅱ(16)和卡簧(17)连接在一起,压块(20)通过销轴Ⅱ(16)、销轴Ⅲ(21)和间隔环Ⅱ(22)连接在一起可以转动,毛刷(18)固定在支具(19)上,支具(19)通过联轴器(23)和电机(24)连接在一起,电机(24)通过螺栓和活动板(8)固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去毛刺的柔性装置,其特征是:当大尺寸车轮放在机架(1)上时,气缸(14)通过销轴Ⅰ(12)和销轴Ⅱ(16)连接推动连接头(15)做平面运动,和销轴Ⅱ(16)连接的压块(20),以销轴Ⅲ(21)为中心做周向运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种去毛刺的柔性装置,其特征是:当小尺寸车轮放在机架(1)上时,气缸(14)推动连接头(15)向右运动,压块(20)以销轴Ⅲ(21)为中心做周向运动。
