Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保水性涂料及其制备方法,包括如下质量份的组分:改性水性环氧树脂60‑100份,二氧化钛10‑40份,硫酸钡10‑40份,去离子水10‑50份,二丙二醇丁醚2‑10份,丙二醇正丁醚2‑10份,消泡剂0.1‑1.5份,润湿分散剂1‑5份,防锈颜料5‑20份,固化剂10‑20份。本发明提供的一种环保水性涂料,绿色环保,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性;操作性能好,施工工具可用水直接清洗,可以重复使用,涂料的配制和施工操作安全方便;固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感较好;兼具防腐性和储存稳定性,具有极好的、耐水性、高固含、无溶剂等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保水性涂料,具体涉及一种兼具防腐性和储存稳定性的环保水性涂料。
背景技术
随着信息、生命、空间、海洋、新材料、新能源和可再生能源、环保、软(管理)科学等八大高科技的发展,对涂料的环保、装饰,防腐,耐温耐寒,耐污等性能的要求越来越高。并且,随着人类社会文明的不断进步,又引导世界涂料工业由溶剂型向高性能、无污染、环境友好型的水性涂料方向飞速发展。
目前市场上流通的水性涂料存在抗腐蚀性差,储存稳定性差的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具防腐性和储存稳定性的环保水性涂料。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种环保水性涂料,包括如下质量份的组分:改性水性环氧树脂60-100份,二氧化钛10-40份,硫酸钡10-40份,去离子水10-50份,二丙二醇丁醚2-10份,丙二醇正丁醚2-10份,消泡剂0.1-1.5份,润湿分散剂1-5份,防锈颜料5-20份,固化剂10-20份。
上述改性水性环氧树脂为通过非离子乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚改性水性环氧树脂。
进一步的,上述水性环氧树脂的固含量为40-60%,环氧当量为450-600g/eq,常温下粘度为325-450mPa.S,环氧树脂的粒径为0.1-0.5μ。
上述二丙二醇丁醚,丙二醇正丁醚为共溶剂,质量份数比为1:1。共溶剂具有较悦人的气味,安全性极高,是一种绿色环保型高级溶剂,有利于固化凝结成膜,同时调节涂料体系的粘度,改善涂料的流平性和最终涂膜的外观。
上述润湿分散剂与防锈颜料的质量份数比为1:1-1:5;润湿分散剂作用于颜料,将颜料均匀的分散在溶液中。
上述防锈颜料为铁红、云母氧化铁、铝粉、玻璃鳞片等的一种或多种。
上述固化剂为聚酰胺、叔胺、双氰胺、脲催化剂和咪唑中的一种或多种。
上述的环保水性涂料的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
S1、将二氧化钛、硫酸钡、去离子水、二丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇正丁醚、消泡剂、润湿分散剂、防锈颜料、固化剂,按照配方称料混合,室温下,使用砂磨机研磨制得混合液;
S2、向上述步骤中的混合液中加入改性水性环氧树脂,室温下,使用砂磨机研磨制得环保水性涂料。
上述步骤S1中的砂磨机的转速为600-1400rpm,研磨时间为30-50min。
上述步骤S2中的砂磨机的转速为800-1800rpm,研磨时间为5-20min。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供的一种环保水性涂料,以水作为分散介质,不含甲苯、二甲苯之类的挥发性有机溶剂,不会造成环境污染,绿色环保,对大多基材具有良好的附着力,即使是潮湿的基材表面同样有良好的粘结性;操作性能好,施工工具可用水直接清洗,可以重复使用,涂料的配制和施工操作安全方便;固化后的涂膜光泽柔和,质感较好;本发明提供的一种环保水性涂料兼具防腐性和储存稳定性,具有极好的、耐水性、高固含、无溶剂等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
本发明中所有化学原料的来源都是市购。
本发明中的改性水性环氧树脂为通过非离子乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚改性水性环氧树脂,其步骤为:
A1、将环氧树脂利用球磨机预先研磨为微米级别,制得环氧树脂粉末;
A2、将非离子乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚以1-10%的质量百分比分散在水溶液中,加热到50-70℃搅拌,制得改性溶液;
A3、以环氧树脂粉末:水的质量百分比为40-60%的比例,将步骤A1制得的环氧树脂粉末加入步骤A2中的改性溶液中,保持温度,搅拌机转速为6000-10000rpm,搅拌时间1-3h,制得乳液;
A4、冷却步骤A3制得的乳液,制得改性水性环氧树脂。
实施例1:
一种环保水性涂料,各组分组成及质量份数如下:改性水性环氧树脂89.2份,二氧化钛24份,硫酸钡24份,去离子水29.2份,二丙二醇丁醚3.2份,丙二醇正丁醚3.2份,消泡剂0.3份,润湿分散剂3份,防锈颜料12份,固化剂16.1份。
其中,水性环氧树脂的固含量为40%,常温下粘度为350mPa.S,环氧当量为450g/eq,环氧树脂的粒径为0.2μ。
制备过程如下:
S1、将二氧化钛,硫酸钡,去离子水,二丙二醇丁醚,丙二醇正丁醚,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,防锈颜料,固化剂,按照上述质量份称料混合,室温下,通过砂磨机1000rpm研磨30min制得混合液;
S2、向步骤S1中的混合液中加入改性水性环氧树脂,室温下,砂磨机1000rpm研磨5min制得环保水性涂料。
实施例2:
一种环保水性涂料,各组分组成及质量份数如下:改性水性环氧树脂80份,二氧化钛32份,硫酸钡32份,去离子水28份,二丙二醇丁醚3份,丙二醇正丁醚3份,消泡剂0.5份,润湿分散剂2.5份,防锈颜料8份,固化剂15份。
其中,水性环氧树脂的固含量为50%,常温下粘度为380mPa.S,环氧当量为500g/eq,环氧树脂的粒径为0.4μ。
制备过程如下:
S1、将二氧化钛,硫酸钡,去离子水,二丙二醇丁醚,丙二醇正丁醚,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,防锈颜料,固化剂,按照上述质量份称料混合,室温下,通过砂磨机600rpm研磨50min制得混合液;
S2、向步骤S1中的混合液中加入改性水性环氧树脂,室温下,砂磨机800rpm研磨20min制得环保水性涂料。
实施例3:
一种环保水性涂料,各组分组成及质量份数如下:改性水性环氧树脂100份,二氧化钛40份,硫酸钡40份,去离子水50份,二丙二醇丁醚8份,丙二醇正丁醚8份,消泡剂1.5份,润湿分散剂5份,防锈颜料20份,固化剂20份。
其中,水性环氧树脂的固含量为60%,常温下粘度为420mPa.S,环氧当量为550g/eq,环氧树脂的粒径为0.5μ。
制备过程如下:
S1、将二氧化钛,硫酸钡,去离子水,二丙二醇丁醚,丙二醇正丁醚,消泡剂,润湿分散剂,防锈颜料,固化剂,按照上述质量份称料混合,室温下,通过砂磨机1400rpm研磨30min制得混合液;
S2、向步骤S1中的混合液中加入改性水性环氧树脂,室温下,砂磨机1800rpm研磨15min制得环保水性涂料。

1.一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:改性水性环氧树脂60-100份,二氧化钛10-40份,硫酸钡10-40份,去离子水10-50份,二丙二醇丁醚2-10份,丙二醇正丁醚2-10份,消泡剂0.1-1.5份,润湿分散剂1-5份,防锈颜料5-20份,固化剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述改性水性环氧树脂为通过非离子乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚改性水性环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述水性环氧树脂的固含量为40-60%,常温下粘度为325-450mPa.S,环氧树脂的粒径为0.1-0.5μ。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述二丙二醇丁醚,丙二醇正丁醚为共溶剂,质量份数比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿分散剂与防锈颜料的质量份数比为1:1-1:5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述防锈颜料为铁红、云母氧化铁、铝粉、玻璃鳞片等的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为聚酰胺、叔胺、双氰胺、脲催化剂和咪唑中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种环保水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
S1、将二氧化钛、硫酸钡、去离子水、二丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇正丁醚、消泡剂、润湿分散剂、防锈颜料、固化剂,按照配方称料混合,室温下,使用砂磨机研磨制得混合液;
S2、向上述步骤中的混合液中加入改性水性环氧树脂,室温下,使用砂磨机研磨制得环保水性涂料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的砂磨机的转速为8000-1400rpm,研磨时间为30-50min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的砂磨机的转速为800-1500rpm,研磨时间为5-20min。
