本发明涉及一种易碎物件的包装盒,包装盒造加工技术领域,包括内箱体、外箱体和设置在所述内箱体和所述外箱体之间的缓冲层,所述缓冲层内填充有相互之间具有间隔的缓冲单元,所述缓冲单元包括气囊单元和缓冲颗粒。采用上述方案提供提供更加稳定,且保护的更加全面的包装盒。

技术领域
本发明属于包装盒造加工技术领域,特别是一种易碎物件的包装盒。
背景技术
目前在公开号为CN203255422U的公开文件中公开了一种防撞包装盒,包括硬纸质的盒体,在盒体的上、下两端设有封闭盒体的上封口装置和下封口装置,在盒体内设有内盒体,所述的内盒体与所述的盒体之间形成环绕所述内盒体的缓冲间隔腔,所述的内盒体上设有将所述内盒体固定在所述盒体上的支撑结构。本发明可以避免在搬运过程中因碰撞发生容器破损,有效地保护了内盒体中的易碎物。
但是支撑结构并不能均匀的对易碎物品进行全方位的保护起来。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供更加稳定,且保护的更加全面的包装盒。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种易碎物件的包装盒,包括内箱体、外箱体和设置在所述内箱体和所述外箱体之间的缓冲层,所述缓冲层内填充有相互之间具有间隔的缓冲单元,所述缓冲单元包括气囊单元和缓冲颗粒。
作为优选,所述内箱体包括外壳和设置在所述外壳内且与所述易碎物件紧密贴合的缓冲物件。
作为优选,所述气囊单元为气囊条。
作为优选,所述外箱体呈长方体,底面上设置有所述外箱体的开口,在靠近所述底面四周的第一侧面附近填充有平行所述底面的至少四个所述气囊单元,与所述第一侧面相邻的第二侧面和第三侧面附近填充有垂直所述底面的所述气囊单元,与所述第一侧面相对的第四侧面附近填充有平行所述底面的所述气囊单元。四个气囊能让一个面的受力保持均匀
作为优选,所述第一侧面、所述第二侧面、所述第三侧面和所述第四侧面上至少排列有两层所述气囊单元。两层气囊的相互交错排列使得受力更加均匀。
作为优选,所述气囊单元之间嵌有所述缓冲颗粒,所述缓冲颗粒的直径为2-3cm。保证了缓冲的强度和缓冲颗粒之间的间隙。
作为优选,所述气囊单元的截面直径为1-1.8cm。
综上所述,本发明实现了对易碎更加稳定,且保护更加全面。且采用最少的成本实现全方位的保护。整个缓冲层内的缓冲单元间隔较小且保持有较高缓冲力。

具体实施方式
以下结合图1、图2和图3对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种易碎物件的包装盒,包括内箱体1、外箱体2和设置在内箱体1和外箱体2之间的缓冲层3,缓冲层3内填充有相互之间具有间隔的缓冲单元31,缓冲单元31包括气囊单元311和缓冲颗粒312,气囊单元311为气囊条。气囊单元311之间嵌有缓冲颗粒312,缓冲颗粒312的直径为2cm。气囊单元311的截面直径为1.2cm。
内箱体1包括外壳11和设置在外壳11内且与易碎物件紧密贴合的缓冲物件12。外箱体2呈长方体,底面上设置有外箱体2的开口,在靠近底面四周的第一侧面附近填充有平行底面的四个气囊单元311,与第一侧面相邻的第二侧面和第三侧面附近填充有垂直底面的气囊单元311,与第一侧面相对的第四侧面附近填充有平行底面的气囊单元311。第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面和第四侧面上排列有两层气囊单元311。
缓冲颗粒312采用弧面发泡材料,形成一个半包围的空腔,这种结构设置使得缓冲颗粒312之间的间隙可以缩短,而且可以比现有技术放置更多,保证了整个缓冲层3的缓冲力。

1.一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,包括内箱体(1)、外箱体(2)和设置在所述内箱体(1)和所述外箱体(2)之间的缓冲层(3),所述缓冲层(3)内填充有相互之间具有间隔的缓冲单元(31),所述缓冲单元(31)包括气囊单元(311)和缓冲颗粒(312)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述内箱体(1)包括外壳(11)和设置在所述外壳(11)内且与所述易碎物件紧密贴合的缓冲物件(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述气囊单元(311)为气囊条。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外箱体(2)呈长方体,底面上设置有所述外箱体(2)的开口,在靠近所述底面四周的第一侧面附近填充有平行所述底面的至少四个所述气囊单元(311),与所述第一侧面相邻的第二侧面和第三侧面附近填充有垂直所述底面的所述气囊单元(311),与所述第一侧面相对的第四侧面附近填充有平行所述底面的所述气囊单元(311)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述第一侧面、所述第二侧面、所述第三侧面和所述第四侧面上至少排列有两层所述气囊单元(311)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述气囊单元(311)之间嵌有所述缓冲颗粒(312),所述缓冲颗粒(312)的直径为2-3cm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种易碎物件的包装盒,其特征在于,所述气囊单元(311)的截面直径为1-1.8cm。
