Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in parts by weight, 12 parts of bletilla striata, 8 parts of polygonatum sibiricum, 8 parts of asparagus cochinchinensis, 8 parts of dendrobium nobile, 8 parts of adenophora stricta, 10 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 9 parts of cortex mori, 10 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 8 parts of loquat leaves, 8 parts of flos farfarfarae, 6 parts of aster and 6 parts of liquorice are included.
The formula of the traditional Chinese medicine extract paste in the bletilla striata cough relieving granule follows the rule of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' in the traditional formula of the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein monarch medicines are rhizoma polygonati, dendrobium nobile and asparagus cochinchinensis; the ministerial drugs are bletilla striata and adenophora stricta; the adjuvant drugs are cortex Lycii, cortex Mori, folium Eriobotryae, radix Paeoniae alba, flos Farfarae, and radix Asteris; the guiding drug is liquorice.
The book of Jingyue (the book of Jingyue): "cough is abundant, but without non-lung disease. It is the explanation of "the cause of cough is mainly lung". Therefore, the formula mainly aims at tonifying qi and nourishing yin, clearing away lung-heat and reducing internal heat, and promoting the production of body fluid to relieve cough, and has obvious curative effect on treating chronic cough.
Wherein, the sealwort tonifies qi and nourishes yin, strengthens spleen and moistens lung; radix asparagi has effects of nourishing yin, moistening dryness, clearing lung-heat and promoting fluid production; herba Dendrobii has effects of nourishing yin, clearing heat, promoting fluid production, and quenching thirst; the compatibility of the three herbs can tonify lung qi, so they are the monarch drugs.
Bletilla striata, good for entering lung, combined with qi tonics, can assist in tonifying lung qi, and at the same time, bletilla striata can astringe qi, so that lung qi is collected in the lung, and the curative effects of tonifying qi and nourishing yin are enhanced; radix Adenophorae has the effects of nourishing yin and clearing away lung-heat; auxiliary monarch drugs are used for tonifying lung qi, so the Chinese medicinal composition is used as a ministerial drug. Wherein, the bletilla striata is bitter and sweet in taste and cool in nature, white in color and enters the lung, so that the bletilla striata can astringe to stop bleeding, relieve swelling and promote tissue regeneration for the former, and the bletilla striata is found to be good at relieving cough, especially has good effect on cough due to yin deficiency, cough due to lung heat, pertussis and phthisis cough.
Cortex Lycii, clearing lung-heat and purging fire, is sweet and cold, enters blood system, clears heat and cools blood; cortex Mori has effects in purging lung-fire and relieving asthma; loquat leaves can clear away the lung-heat, relieve cough, check adverse rise of qi and arrest vomiting; the white peony root has the effects of nourishing blood, astringing yin, calming liver yang and enhancing the immunity of the organism; flos Farfarae and radix Asteris have effects of moistening lung, descending qi, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm; the six medicines are combined to clear lung and remove toxicity, reduce swelling and dissipate stagnation, and are adjuvant medicines with the functions of assisting ministerial medicines, eliminating dampness and turbidity and strengthening dispersing wind evil.
Licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae, as a guiding drug, has the effects of tonifying spleen and qi, expelling phlegm to arrest coughing, relieving spasm and pain, and harmonizing the drugs in the recipe.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine raw material medicine also comprises 2-5 parts by weight of bitter apricot seeds. Preferably, the bitter almond is 4 parts. Bitter apricot kernel has the function of dispersing wind-cold, and has the functions of descending qi and relieving asthma; can diffuse lung qi when being combined with qi tonics; it excels in relieving cough and resolving phlegm, and has strong pertinence to cough, which is the main disease of lung system. Modern pharmacology considers that the bitter almond contains amygdalin and amygdalin, the amygdalin can be hydrolyzed by the amygdalin, and the generated hydrocyanic acid and benzaldehyde have inhibition effect on the respiratory center, so that the respiration can be deepened, and the cough can be relieved; however, excessive hydrocyanic acid and benzaldehyde are harmful to the body, so the use or dosage of bitter apricot seeds needs to be controlled, and the bitter apricot seeds have the effect of adjuvant therapy.
Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the root of straight ladybell is radix glehniae. Radix Adenophorae is divided into radix Glehniae and radix Adenophorae, which can nourish yin and clear away lung-heat; the actions of Bei Sha Shen are stronger than nan Sha Shen, which is slightly weaker.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the bletilla striata cough relieving granules, which adopts supercritical CO2The fluid extraction method comprises the steps of extracting bletilla striata at 55-60 ℃ under the condition of 10-35 MPa, wherein ethanol or acetone is selected as an entrainer used for extraction, and an extract liquid is obtained;
pulverizing rhizoma polygonati, radix asparagi, radix adenophorae, cortex lycii radicis, cortex mori radicis and liquorice into powder of 20-100 meshes, decocting the powder with 1.5-5 times of water, precipitating with ethanol, and recovering the ethanol to obtain first liquid medicine;
after refining the honey from the common coltsfoot flower and the tatarian aster root, decocting the mixture by using water to obtain a second liquid medicine;
extracting volatile oil of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae with water, and recovering residue of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae; decocting the residue with water to obtain a third medicinal liquid;
mixing the extract, the first liquid medicine, the second liquid medicine and the third liquid medicine, concentrating and drying to obtain an extract with the relative density of 1.25-1.65, and mixing the extract with volatile oil to prepare a traditional Chinese medicine extract;
mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extract paste, 60-75% of the total mass of the filler and 40-55% of the total mass of the flavoring agent for the first time, then adding the binder, the rest part of the filler and the rest part of the flavoring agent, mixing, granulating, and preparing the bletilla striata cough relieving granule.
Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the particle size of the powder is 20 to 100 mesh.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before extracting the bletilla striata, a step of drying the bletilla striata at 45-50 ℃ is further included.

The embodiment provides a bletilla striata cough relieving granule, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8 part of Chinese medicine extract, 20 parts of starch, 1 part of polyethylene glycol, 0.2 part of saccharin sodium and 0.2 part of magnesium oxide.
0.8 part of traditional Chinese medicine extract paste is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 6 parts of bletilla striata, 7 parts of sealwort, 5 parts of asparagus, 6 parts of adenophora stricta, 7 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 6 parts of cortex mori radicis, 6 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 5 parts of loquat leaf, 5 parts of dendrobe, 5 parts of coltsfoot flower, 5 parts of radix asteris, 2 parts of liquorice and 2 parts of bitter almond.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) drying rhizoma Bletillae at 45 deg.C;
(2) by using supercritical CO2Extracting rhizoma Bletillae with ethanol at 58 deg.C under 10MPa to obtain extractive solution;
(3) pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati, radix asparagi, radix Adenophorae, cortex Lycii, cortex Mori, Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Armeniacae amarum into 20 mesh powder, decocting the powder with 4 times of water, precipitating with ethanol, and recovering ethanol to obtain first medicinal liquid;
(4) after refining the honey from the common coltsfoot flower and the tatarian aster root, decocting the mixture by using water to obtain a second liquid medicine;
(5) extracting volatile oil of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae with water, and recovering residue of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae; decocting the residue with water to obtain a third medicinal liquid;

The embodiment provides a bletilla striata cough relieving granule, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract paste; 40 parts of lactose, 0.6 part of carboxypropyl cellulose, 0.5 part of stevioside, 0.3 part of magnesium stearate and 0.1 part of microcrystalline cellulose.
1.2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract paste is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 12 parts of bletilla striata, 8 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 8 parts of asparagus cochinchinensis, 8 parts of radix glehniae, 10 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 9 parts of cortex mori radicis, 10 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 8 parts of folium eriobotryae, 8 parts of dendrobe, 8 parts of flos farfarfarae, 6 parts of radix asteris, 6 parts of radix glycyrrhizae preparata and 4 parts of bitter almond.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

The embodiment provides a bletilla striata cough relieving granule, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of Chinese medicine extract, 50 parts of lactose, 3 parts of starch slurry, 0.1 part of stevioside and 0.4 part of talcum powder.
1 part of the traditional Chinese medicine extract paste is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 10 parts of bletilla striata, 9 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 9 parts of asparagus, 9 parts of radix glehniae, 9 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 8 parts of cortex mori radicis, 7 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 8 parts of loquat leaves, 9 parts of dendrobe, 7 parts of flos farfarae, 7 parts of radix asteris and 7 parts of liquorice.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) drying rhizoma Bletillae at 48 deg.C;
(2) by using supercritical CO2Extracting rhizoma Bletillae with fluid extraction method at 60 deg.C under 30MPa, wherein the entrainer is acetone to obtain extractive solution;
(3) pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati, radix asparagi, radix Glehniae, cortex Lycii, cortex Mori, and Glycyrrhrizae radix into 45 mesh powder, decocting the powder with 2.5 times of water, precipitating with ethanol, and recovering ethanol to obtain first medicinal liquid;
(4) after refining the honey from the common coltsfoot flower and the tatarian aster root, decocting the mixture by using water to obtain a second liquid medicine;
(5) extracting volatile oil of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae with water, and recovering residue of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae; decocting the residue with water to obtain a third medicinal liquid;
(6) mixing the extractive solution, the first medicinal liquid, the second medicinal liquid and the third medicinal liquid, concentrating, drying to obtain extract with relative density of 1.65, mixing the extract with volatile oil, and making into Chinese medicinal extract;
(7) mixing the Chinese medicinal extract, 65% lactose (32.5 parts), 55% stevioside (0.055 part) and pulvis Talci for the first time, adding starch slurry, mixing with the rest part of lactose and stevioside, and wet granulating to obtain rhizoma bletilla granule for relieving cough.

The embodiment provides a bletilla striata cough relieving granule, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract; 60 parts of cane sugar, 0.8 part of sodium methyl cellulose, 0.4 part of stevioside, 0.3 part of magnesium stearate, 0.2 part of starch and 0.1 part of sodium benzoate.
1.5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract paste is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 15 parts of bletilla striata, 12 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 11 parts of asparagus, 10 parts of adenophora tetraphylla, 12 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 12 parts of cortex mori radicis, 14 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 10 parts of loquat leaves, 10 parts of dendrobe, 9 parts of tussilago farfara, 9 parts of radix asteris, 10 parts of radix glycyrrhizae preparata and 5 parts of bitter apricot seeds.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) by using supercritical CO2Extracting rhizoma Bletillae with ethanol at 55 deg.C under 25MPa to obtain extractive solution;
(2) pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati, radix asparagi, radix Adenophorae, cortex Lycii, cortex Mori, Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Armeniacae amarum into 100 mesh powder, decocting the powder with 1.5 times of water, precipitating with ethanol, and recovering ethanol to obtain first medicinal liquid;
(3) after refining the honey from the common coltsfoot flower and the tatarian aster root, decocting the mixture by using water to obtain a second liquid medicine;
(4) extracting volatile oil of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae with water, and recovering residue of radix Paeoniae alba and folium Eriobotryae; decocting the residue with water to obtain a third medicinal liquid;
(5) mixing the extractive solution, the first medicinal liquid, the second medicinal liquid and the third medicinal liquid, concentrating, drying to obtain extract with relative density of 1.45, mixing the extract with volatile oil, and making into Chinese medicinal extract;
(6) mixing the Chinese medicinal extract, 75% sucrose (45 parts) and 45% stevioside (0.18 part), adding sodium methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, starch, sodium benzoate, the rest part of sucrose and the rest part of stevioside, mixing, wet granulating, and making into granule.
Comparative example 1
A cough relieving medicine is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 12 parts of bletilla striata, 8 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 8 parts of asparagus cochinchinensis, 8 parts of radix glehniae, 10 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 9 parts of cortex mori radicis, 10 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 8 parts of folium eriobotryae, 8 parts of dendrobe, 8 parts of flos farfarfarae, 6 parts of radix asteris, 6 parts of radix glycyrrhizae preparata and 4 parts of bitter almond.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the Chinese medicinal raw materials are prepared into decoction.
Comparative example 2
A cough relieving medicine is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials: 8 parts of sealwort, 8 parts of asparagus fern, 8 parts of radix glehniae, 10 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 9 parts of white mulberry root-bark, 10 parts of white paeony root, 8 parts of loquat leaf, 8 parts of dendrobium, 8 parts of common coltsfoot flower, 6 parts of radix asteris, 6 parts of liquorice and 4 parts of bitter apricot seed.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the Chinese medicinal raw materials are prepared into decoction.
Comparative example 3
A cough relieving medicine is prepared from the following raw material medicines: 5 parts of Chinese date, 2 parts of hawthorn, 2 parts of fructus forsythiae, 1 part of ephedra, 3 parts of poria cocos, 1 part of cassia twig, 2 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 2 parts of dried orange peel, 3 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 1 part of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 1 part of periostracum cicada, 1 part of fritillaria, 4 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 2 parts of herba epimedii, 5 parts of medlar, 1 part of flos farfarae, 3 parts of mint, 2 parts of bletilla striata, 3 parts of radix stemonae, 2 parts of angelica sinensis and 2 parts of radix angelicae.
The preparation method comprises the steps of putting the raw materials into a container, adding cold water to overflow the surface of the raw materials, soaking for 12-20 minutes, adding water to submerge the surface of the raw materials by about 8 cm, and decocting. Before boiling, the raw materials are decocted for 20-20 minutes by strong fire; and (4) carrying out second decoction, wherein after the water is boiled, the decoction is carried out for 15-20 minutes by slow fire. Decocting twice, removing residue, collecting decoction, and mixing.
Test example 1 examination of antitussive Effect
(1) Test animals: 80 mice were collected and used for both male and female, with a body mass (20. + -.2) g.
(2) Grouping: mice are preselected, qualified mice are bred for 3 days, and then randomly divided into 8 groups, which respectively correspond to examples 1-4, comparative examples 1-3 and a blank control group (physiological saline 0.2ml/10g), wherein each group contains 10 mice.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps:
the cough suppressing granules of bletilla striata provided in examples 1 to 4 were dissolved in warm water of 40 ℃ and the same volume to obtain a drug solution (concentration was 2 g/ml).
The liquid medicine of each example and the decoction of comparative examples 1-3 (the concentration is 2g/ml) are administered to the mice by intragastric administration for 1 time/d according to the weight of 0.2ml/10g (body mass) and are administered for 3 days by continuous intragastric administration. After the last administration for 1h, the mice are respectively placed in an inverted 5L closed glass bell one by one, a power switch is turned on, a vacuum pump is started, a pressure gauge is adjusted to 160mmHg, the mice receive constant-pressure ammonia water spray stimulation, the stimulation is stopped after 15s (the ammonia water spray is carried out for 10 ml/time, 1 mouse is carried out every time, 1 ammonia water exchange is carried out for 1 time), the mice are immediately taken out, and the cough induction incubation period of the mice and the cough frequency within 2min are observed.
Note: the mice were judged to cough by strongly contracting the abdominal muscles and opening the mouth, sometimes with a slight cough sound, with the latency indicating the time from the start of the spray until the onset of cough, as shown in table 1.

The results in table 1 show that the mice corresponding to examples 1 to 4 all cough less frequently within 2min than the mice corresponding to the blank control group and comparative examples 1 to 3, which indicates that the granules provided by examples 1 to 4 have better antitussive effect and significant difference (p <0.05, p <0.01) compared with the blank control group.
Test example 2 clinical test
1. Case selection
350 patients, sex randomized; the age is 15 years minimum and 77 years maximum, all patients have a history of upper respiratory tract infection, the disease course is over 8 weeks, and most of the cases are treated by various antibiotics, hormones and Chinese traditional medicines and are ineffective. The patients were divided into 7 groups of 50 patients each, corresponding to examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively.
2. Method of treatment
Each group of patients respectively takes the bletilla striata cough relieving granules provided in examples 1-4 and the cough relieving granules provided in comparative examples 1-3 according to a conventional method, 3 times a day and three days as a course of treatment.
3. Criteria for efficacy assessment
And (3) healing: cough and clinical symptoms disappear, physical examination has no positive signs, blood routine and X chest radiography review are normal, and relapse does not occur after stopping taking the medicine.
The effect is shown: cough and clinical symptoms are relieved, physical examination is normal, and mild attack still occurs after peculiar smell stimulation.
And (4) invalidation: after 3 courses of treatment, no improvement was observed in cough and concurrent symptoms.
The clinical efficacy results are shown in table 2.
4. Results and analysis

As can be seen from table 2, the total clinical effective rate of patients using the granules for relieving cough prepared from bletilla striata provided in examples 1 to 4 is greater than that of patients corresponding to comparative examples 1 to 3. It is demonstrated that the efficacy of the granule for relieving cough of bletilla striata provided in examples 1 to 4 is better than that of the granules in comparative examples 1 to 3.
Compared with the comparative example 1, in the examples 1 to 4, when the granules are prepared, appropriate auxiliary materials are selected, and the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials with different drug properties are extracted by different methods to prepare the granules, so that the cough-relieving efficacy of the bletilla striata cough-relieving granules in the examples 1 to 4 is better.
Compared with the comparative example 2, the bletilla striata traditional Chinese medicine is used in the examples 1-4, the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 3, so that more cases of patients suffering from chronic cough are cured. It is indicated that bletilla striata is an important raw material in treating cough.
It can be seen from the combination of tables 1 and 2 that, compared with example 3, the cough-relieving time of examples 1, 2 and 4 is relatively short, and the total effective rate of the corresponding patients is higher, mainly because of the addition of a small amount of bitter apricot seeds, thereby enhancing the cough-relieving capacity.
Finally, the mice in example 2 had the shortest cough-relieving time and the corresponding total effective rate of the patients was 100%, which indicates that the bletilla striata cough-relieving granules provided in example 2 have the best curative effect. The proportion and the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine raw material medicine provided by the embodiment 2 are most scientific and reasonable.
In conclusion, the bletilla striata cough relieving granules and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention have an obvious cough relieving effect.
Typical case 1
Plum, male, 67 years old, Guizhou people, have unhealed cough all the year round, and the patient has continuous cough, itching throat, namely cough, little sticky phlegm, difficult cough and aggravation after smelling peculiar smell. After taking a plurality of Chinese patent medicines, the treatment effect is poor, the cough is obviously relieved after 3 days of using the bletilla striata cough relieving granules provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention, the symptoms are obviously improved, the granules are continuously taken, and the cough is cured after 4 weeks without relapse after follow-up for half a year.
Typical case 2
