目前线缆电连接器的速度接近25G。然而满足不了现在网络对速度的需求,因此一个新的电连接器结构可达到更高频率和更高速度被迫切的需要,那么该新结构的电连接器在更高频与更高速的情况下产生的散热也需要及时处理。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电连接***,该电连接***能达到更高的频率与更快的传输速度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电连接***,其包括设有第一区域和与第一区域相反的第二区域的主电路板、中央处理器安装于第一区域、附加板安装于第二区域、一个跳线连接于第一区域与第二区域之间、一个插座连接器安装于附加板上及一个插头连接器与插座连接器互配相连。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电连接器组件,使使用该电连接器组件的电连接***能达到更高的频率与更快的传输速度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电连接器组件,其包括插座连接器及与插座连接器对接的插头连接器,所述插头连接器包括内电路板,安装于内电路板上的对接端子模组,位于内电路板后方的线缆及理线块,所述内电路板在前方设有对接区域及与前方相反的后方设有连接区域,第一安装面和第二安装面设置在垂直于前后方向的两相反的竖直方向上,所述对接端子模组安装于安装区域,所述线缆包括若干焊接于内电路板第一安装面的发射差分对及若干焊接于内电路板第二安装面的接收差分对,所述理线块设有若干供发射差分对和接收差分对延伸穿过的穿孔,所述发射差分对和接收差分对在竖直方向上分若干层向前延伸,且在前后方向上延伸至不同的位置。

所述端子模组220包括若干嵌入式成型于一绝缘套223内的导电端子221,所述导电端子221的尾部225与内电路板220表面对应的导电片焊接电性相连。上壳体230的上表面设有散热结构231,该散热结构231是与壳体一体成型垂直于壳体上表面,且为间隔排列相互平行的若干片状体。热传导材料292与壳体的内表面接触发生热传递,且热传导材料292在竖直方向夹持于壳体与对于的电子元件290之间。
每束线缆250包括若干发射差分对252和若干接收差分对254,所述发射差分对252设置成前后两排焊接于内电路板210的上表面2101,所述接收差分对254设置成前后两排焊接于内电路板210的下表面2102。所述发射差分对252的前排和后排间隔一段距离,接收差分对254的前排和后排间隔一段距离。所述插头连接器200还包括理线块组件260,该理线块组件260包括一个设有上下两排第二通孔264的中间部262、一个设有一排第一通孔267的上部266及一个设有一排第三通孔269的下部268。所述前排的发射差分对252延伸穿过对应的第一通孔267,后排的发射差分对252延伸穿过对应的上排的第二通孔264;所述前排的接收差分对254延伸穿过对应的第三通孔269,后排的接收差分对254延伸穿过对应的下排的第二通孔264。所述中间部262设有两个固持孔270,272,上部266和下部268都设有两个固持柱274,276,该固持柱274,276分别收容于固持孔270,272内。所述中间部262的前端面上设有不同尺寸的凸出部,凸出部上设有槽278,280,所述内电路板210一侧的两端设有两个不同尺寸的切口214,213,所述槽278,280与对应尺寸的切口214,213卡合。所述中间部262、上部266及下部268均设有通道282,该通道282可供胶水灌入其中将中间部262、上部266及下部268黏合在一起。
下面详细的描述将线缆250安装到内电路板210上的过程。先将若干发射差分对252和若干接收差分对254延伸穿过对应的第二通孔264且通过从通道282灌入的胶水使其固定在对应的第二通孔264内。然后中间部262通过槽278,280对齐的安装到内电路板210上,使得发射差分对252和接收差分对254分别焊接到内电路板210的上表面2101和下表面2102的对应的焊接位置。接下来将上部266和下部268组装到中间部262上。再将剩余的发射差分对252和接收差分对254延伸穿过对应的第一通孔267和第三通孔269。最后,在内电路板210上先覆盖一块后保护胶286,将发射差分对252和接收差分对254及发射差分对252和接收差分对254后排焊接在内电路板210上的焊接部覆盖在后保护胶286内;接着自后保护胶286往前覆盖有一个前保护胶288,该前保护胶288将发射差分对252和接收差分对254前排焊接到内电路板210的焊接部分固持在前保护胶288内,这样的设计有效的保护和固定了发射差分对252和接收差分对254。在本实施例中,第二通孔264与第一、第三通孔267、269交错设置。
如图16-39所示,连接***500包括一安装有中央处理器520的主电路板510和一个卡边缘连接器550安装于中央处理器520相反的一侧区域。一个电连接器540安装在中央处理器520边上的主电路板510上,一个排除区域结构(keep-out-zone)530安装在电连接器540的边上。
所述连接***500还包括跳线组件,所述跳线组件包括连接线640、安装在连接线640第一端的第一电连接器620与电连接器540电性相连、安装在连接线640的第二端的第二连接器650与一卡模组660电性相连。更进一步看图23-26所示,第一电连接器620包括第一绝缘体625、包覆于第一绝缘体625外的第一金属壳体622、若干安装在第一绝缘体625内的第一端子626及一个基本上位于第一绝缘体625后方的第一主体621。所述第一绝缘体625设有一收容槽627、一对定位槽628及一对设于绝缘体625两端的定位柱630。所述第一金属壳体622设有若干弹片624及对应定位槽628设有一对定位狭缝623。所述第一端子626的接触部延伸入第一绝缘体625的收容槽627内。所述第一主体621设有一内室,一个扁平板629收容于该内室内,如图34所示,连接线640与扁平板629电性相连。相应地,电连接器540与第一电连接器620对接,所述电连接器540包括一个第二绝缘体542、包覆于第二绝缘体542外的第二金属壳体548、若干安装在第二绝缘体542内的第二端子546及一个基本上位于第二绝缘体542后方且安装于主电路板510的第二主体549。所述第二绝缘体542设有一收容有对接部544的收容腔543、一对设于第二绝缘体542两端的校准柱545,当连接器540与第一电连接器620对接时,对接部544***收容槽627内,校准柱545与定位柱630配合。第二金属壳体548设有一对对齐卡547收容于对应的定位槽628或定位狭缝623内。第二端子546的对接部分暴露于对接部544上。
本质上第二连接器650相当于一个理线块,使对应的连接线640延伸穿过以不同的层次和位置焊接到卡模块660如图38中所示.
所述连接***500还包括一安装至主电路板510的附加卡700,所述附加卡700设有一收容于卡边缘连接器550的对接底边缘702及与一金属支架710通过螺丝712相连的前边缘,所述该支架710被组装到电脑机箱的后面板上,这是一个传统的附加板的安装形式。具体的如图30所示,所述卡边缘连接器550包括一个设有第三收容槽554的第三绝缘体552及若干对接部延伸入第三收容槽554的第三端子556。所述卡模块660通过若干相互平行的铆钉662组装到附加板700上,附加板700与卡模块660之间夹设有若干垫片661。一个连接器装置被夹持于附加卡700与卡模组660之间。该连接器装置可能是一个安装于卡模块660上的第一BGA连接器670和一个安装于附加卡700上的第二BGA连接器720,所述第一BGA连接器670和第二BGA连接器720对接实现卡模块660和附加卡700之间的电性相连,如图22,36所示的。另外,如图39所示的一种LGA***式连接器可代替第一BGA连接器670和第二BGA连接器720。在本实施例,所述插座连接器100被安装至卡模块660上,附加板700上设有一缺口703用以收容该插座连接器100和对应的插头连接器200,如图16,31-33和17-22所示。
如图16、22、28-29所示的是另一个实施例,在该实施例中卡模组660被省略了,连接线640通过末端的第二连接器650’和另一安装在附加卡800上的连接器810直接与附加卡800电性相连。另一方面,附加卡800上没有设置缺口,因此插座连接器100被直接安装到附加卡800上,而对应的插头连接器200与附加卡800间隔一段距离平行延伸。对应的支架710’设有一开口供对应的线缆250穿过。与前一个实施例相似,附加卡800设有一个对接底边缘820收容于卡边缘连接器550。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接***,其包括设有第一区域和与第一区域相反的第二区域的主电路板、中央处理器安装于第一区域、附加板安装于第二区域、一个跳线连接于第一区域与第二区域之间、一个插座连接器安装于附加板上及一个插头连接器与插座连接器互配相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接***,其特征在于:所述跳线通过一卡模块被连接至附加板,所述插座连接器安装于卡模块上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接***,其特征在于:所述附加板设有一缺口,所述插座连接器与插头连接器收容于缺口内。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接***,其特征在于:所述跳线机械及电性地连接于附加卡。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接***,其特征在于:所述附加板上固持有一金属支架,所述金属支架可安装至电脑机箱的后面板上,所述金属支架设有可供插头连接器延伸***的开槽。
6.一种电连接器组件,其包括插座连接器及与插座连接器对接的插头连接器,所述插头连接器包括内电路板,安装于内电路板上的对接端子模组,位于内电路板后方的线缆及理线块,所述内电路板在前方设有对接区域及与前方相反的后方设有连接区域,第一安装面和第二安装面设置在垂直于前后方向的两相反的竖直方向上,所述对接端子模组安装于安装区域,所述线缆包括若干焊接于内电路板第一安装面的发射差分对及若干焊接于内电路板第二安装面的接收差分对,所述理线块设有若干供发射差分对和接收差分对延伸穿过的穿孔,所述发射差分对和接收差分对在竖直方向上分若干层向前延伸,且在前后方向上延伸至不同的位置。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括可导热的壳体,所述壳体设有收容内电路板的收容空间。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括安装于内电路板上的电子元件,及热传导材料,所述热传导材料在竖直方向上夹持于电子元件与壳体之间,将电子元件产生的热传递到壳体上。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述理线块包括中间部、上部及下部,所述中间部设有上、下两排穿孔,上部和下部分别设有一排穿孔。
10.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述发射差分对包括排列于前方的前排及排列于后方的后排,所述发射差分对的前排和后排间隔一段距离,所述接收差分对也包括排列于前方的前排及排列于后方的后排,所述接收差分对的前排和后排也间隔一段距离。
