本发明涉及一种建筑阻燃涂料。
背景技术
阻燃涂料是现代工程中应用最广、适应性最强、施工最为方便的建筑涂料,在保障建筑物安全方面发挥了巨大的作用。随着人们生活品味的提高,人们对木质结构、钢结构等建筑材料更加青睐。阻燃涂料对上述材料一方面具有涂饰美观作用,另一方面当发生火灾或受高温作用时,阻燃涂料对木材、钢结构具有良好的保护作用,是良好的阻燃隔热建筑涂料。

本发明提供了一种建筑阻燃涂料。
本发明提供一种建筑阻燃涂料,所述建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯35-45份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯6-8份、纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份、二甲苯1-3份、环氧树脂15-20份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、聚丙烯酰胺1-3份、丙烯酸钠2-4份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯3-5份、引发剂0.1-0.3份。
作为优选,所述建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯40份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯7份、纳米二氧化硅0.6份、二甲苯2份、环氧树脂18份、聚乙烯醇8份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、丙烯酸钠3份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯4份、引发剂0.2份。
作为优选,所述引发剂为过氧化二叔丁基。
本发明还提供上述建筑阻燃涂料的制备方法,将配方量的各组分混合,升温至55-58℃,搅拌速度为460-480转/分钟,保温5-6小时,降温至室温,即得。
本发明的阻燃涂料既可以用普通的刷子刷涂,也可以喷涂在建筑或装潢表面,生产成本低、制备方法简单、使用方便,耐高温性强、阻燃效果好,属于环境友好型装饰涂料。

以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸丁酯40份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯7份、纳米二氧化硅0.6份、二甲苯2份、环氧树脂18份、聚乙烯醇8份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、丙烯酸钠3份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯4份、引发剂0.2份。
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,升温至55-58℃,搅拌速度为470转/分钟,保温5.5小时,降温至室温,即得。
实施例2
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸丁酯35份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯8份、纳米二氧化硅0.5份、二甲苯3份、环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯醇10份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、丙烯酸钠4份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯3份、引发剂0.3份。
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,升温至58℃,搅拌速度为460转/分钟,保温6小时,降温至室温,即得。
实施例3
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:
甲基丙烯酸丁酯45份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯6份、纳米二氧化硅0.8份、二甲苯1份、环氧树脂20份、聚乙烯醇5份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、丙烯酸钠2份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯5份、引发剂0.1份。
本发明的建筑阻燃涂料的制备方法为:
将配方量的各组分混合,升温至55℃,搅拌速度为480转/分钟,保温5小时,降温至室温,即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述建筑阻燃涂料由以下质量份数的各组分组成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯40份、丙烯酸-2,4,6- 三溴苯酯7份、纳米二氧化硅0.6份、二甲苯2份、环氧树脂18份、聚乙烯醇8份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、丙烯酸钠3份、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯4份、引发剂0.2份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的建筑阻燃涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将配方量的各组分混合,升温至55-58℃,搅拌速度为460-480转/分钟,保温5-6小时,降温至室温,即得。
