Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂板机在线压辊调节装置,包括有涂板机,板栅在涂板机内进行进行涂膏,所述涂板机的左右两端均设置有导向轴来将涂板纸导入到板栅的上下面,在所述涂板机的出料端设置有辊压座,所述辊压座上设置有雕花辊和平滑辊,所述导向轴将涂板纸导入到雕花辊下,由雕花辊将涂板纸压实到板栅上面,所述雕花辊包括有上辊和下辊,板栅在上辊和下辊中间移动,所述平滑辊与雕花辊一样也具有两个辊轮;通过添加有雕花辊来提高涂板纸与板栅的结合性能,同时设置有调节座来在线调节间隙,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了涂板纸的压制效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池板栅涂板技术领域,尤其涉及一种涂板机的压辊调节装置。
背景技术
板栅是蓄电池中的重要零部件,在蓄电池生产中,板栅的表面需要涂膏,并且在膏料的表面上需要添加涂板纸,以方便后续加工,但是现有板栅上的涂板纸大多只用一个平滑的辊轮进行压实,导致涂板纸与板栅的结合性能不强,且滚轮的实时调节功能较差,无法实时进行调解,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种涂板机在线压辊调节装置,通过添加有雕花辊来提高涂板纸与板栅的结合性能,同时设置有调节座来在线调节间隙,以解决现有涂板纸压制效率低下的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种涂板机在线压辊调节装置,包括有涂板机,板栅在涂板机内进行涂膏,所述涂板机的左右两端均设置有导向轴来将涂板纸导入到板栅的上下面,在所述涂板机的出料端设置有辊压座,所述辊压座上设置有雕花辊和平滑辊,所述雕花辊位于平滑辊的前面,所述导向轴将涂板纸导入到雕花辊下,由雕花辊将涂板纸压实到板栅上面,所述雕花辊包括有上辊和下辊,板栅在上辊和下辊中间移动,所述平滑辊与雕花辊一样也具有两个辊轮。
进一步改进在于:所述雕花辊和平滑辊的上辊的一端均安装在调节座上,所述调节座内设置有升降块,所述调节座上设置有气缸,由所述气缸带动升降块上的辊移动升降。
进一步改进在于:所述调节座上设置有间隙显示表来显示上辊和下辊之间的间隙大小。
进一步改进在于:所述下辊的外端设置有定位挡板,所述定位挡板与下辊的表面相接触用来清理下辊上的膏料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置有上下两个雕花辊来配合平滑辊可以很好的将涂板纸压制到板栅上,且不会脱落,同时可以根据板栅上膏料的厚度来在线调节两个雕花辊或两个平滑辊的间隙,防止间隙过下或过大造成板栅上的膏料受挤压或者涂板纸压不紧,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了涂板纸的压制效率。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种涂板机在线压辊调节装置,包括有涂板机1,板栅在涂板机1内进行涂膏,所述涂板机1的左右两端均设置有导向轴2来将涂板纸导入到板栅的上下面,在所述涂板机1的出料端设置有辊压座3,所述辊压座3上设置有雕花辊4和平滑辊5,所述导向轴2将涂板纸导入到雕花辊4下,由雕花辊4将涂板纸压实到板栅上面,所述雕花辊4包括有上辊411和下辊412,板栅在上辊411和下辊412中间移动,所述平滑辊与雕花辊一样也具有两个辊轮。所述雕花辊4和平滑辊5的上辊的一端均安装在调节座6上,所述调节座6内设置有升降块7,所述调节座6上设置有气缸8,由所述气缸8带动升降块7上的辊移动升降。所述调节座6上设置有间隙显示表9来显示上辊和下辊之间的间隙大小。所述下辊412的外端设置有定位挡板10,所述定位挡板10与下辊的表面相接触用来清理下辊上的膏料。
本发明通过设置有上下两个雕花辊4来配合平滑辊5可以很好的将涂板纸压制到板栅上,且不会脱落,同时可以根据板栅上膏料的厚度来在线调节两个雕花辊4或两个平滑辊5的间隙,防止间隙过下或过大造成板栅上的膏料受挤压或者涂板纸压不紧,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了涂板纸的压制效率。

1.一种涂板机在线压辊调节装置,包括有涂板机(1),板栅在涂板机(1)内进行进行涂膏,所述涂板机(1)的左右两端均设置有导向轴(2)来将涂板纸导入到板栅的上下面,其特征在于:在所述涂板机(1)的出料端设置有辊压座(3),所述辊压座(3)上设置有雕花辊(4)和平滑辊(5),所述导向轴(2)将涂板纸导入到雕花辊(4)下,由雕花辊(4)将涂板纸压实到板栅上面,所述雕花辊(4)包括有上辊(411)和下辊(412),板栅在上辊(411)和下辊(412)中间移动,所述平滑辊与雕花辊一样也具有两个辊轮,所述雕花辊(4)和平滑辊(5)的上辊的一端均安装在调节座(6)上,所述调节座(6)内设置有升降块(7),所述调节座(6)上设置有气缸(8),由所述气缸(8)带动升降块(7)上的辊移动升降。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂板机在线压辊调节装置,其特征在于:所述调节座(6)上设置有间隙显示表(9)来显示上辊和下辊之间的间隙大小。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂板机在线压辊调节装置,其特征在于:所述下辊(412)的外端设置有定位挡板(10),所述定位挡板(10)与下辊的表面相接触用来清理下辊上的膏料。
