本发明公开了一种棉织物冷轧堆前处理工艺,其按照工艺顺序,包括布样准备,浸轧工作液,打卷堆置24小时,95℃以上热水洗至少3分钟,冷水洗至少3分钟,自然晾干,其特征在于,所述工作液为膨润土中加入0.5‑2%烧碱、0.5‑2%过氧化氢和水搅拌得到的混合液。本发明采用的工艺,不使用氧漂稳定剂,其工艺不存在沉淀,对织物无影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,尤其涉及一种棉织物冷轧堆前处理工艺。
背景技术
通常用于棉织物的漂白剂有过氧化氢、亚氯酸钠和次氯酸钠。漂白过程是通过氧化作用将天然色素的发色体系被氧化剂破坏而除去。亚氯酸钠漂白的白度好,使织物不但手感好,还达到了洁白晶莹透亮的程度,而且对纤维的损伤也很小,适用于较高档棉织物的漂白,但是漂白过程中会放出有害气体CLO2。
次氯酸钠漂白织物,设备简单,成本较低,但对退浆、煮练工序的要求较高,因此目前国内外很少使用亚氯酸钠和次氯酸钠漂白。由于过氧化氢漂白的织物成本低、白度高、去杂能力强、不易泛黄、手感好,且分解产物之一是水,无公害,在棉织物的漂白工艺中得到了广泛应用。但是过氧化氢漂白过程中漂液的pH值、温度和含杂情况都会致使双氧水过快分解,在漂白过程中,为了使织物获得良好的灌白效果,减少纤维的损伤,除了适当控制漂液的pH值外,漂液中需要加入一定童的稳定剂。
硅酸钠(水玻璃)是用于双氧水漂白常用的稳定剂,其稳定作用佳,织物白度好,且其本身呈碱性,对漂液的pH值有缓冲作用。目前我国中、小型企业大多仍使用硅酸钠作为过氧化氢稳定剂。硅酸钠虽然价格低,稳定性能好,但其致命缺点是容易在设备上沉积,形成硅垢。如果硅垢沉积在织物上,还会导致织物皱条、擦伤和手感粗硬,在后序染色及整理时布面容易产生疵点,使产品品质下降。因此未来趋势是研发新型的氧漂稳定剂来代替传统的水玻璃。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种棉织物冷轧堆前处理工艺,能够不采用水玻璃氧漂稳定剂。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种棉织物冷轧堆前处理工艺,其按照工艺顺序,包括布样准备,浸轧工作液,打卷堆置24小时,95℃以上热水洗至少3分钟,冷水洗至少3分钟,自然晾干,其特征在于,所述工作液为膨润土中加入0.5-2%烧碱、0.5-2%过氧化氢和水搅拌得到的混合液。
本发明采用的工艺,不使用氧漂稳定剂,其工艺不存在沉淀,对织物无影响。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种棉织物冷轧堆前处理工艺,其按照工艺顺序,包括布样准备,浸轧工作液,打卷堆置24小时,95℃以上热水洗至少3分钟,冷水洗至少3分钟,自然晾干,其特征在于,所述工作液为膨润土中加入0.5-2%烧碱、0.5-2%过氧化氢和水搅拌得到的混合液。
