上述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,丙酮是反应溶剂,不规定其用量,根据具体操作确定其用量。
本发明的制备方法为:将改性聚氨酯乳液、水、竹炭粉、改性硅藻土、聚四氟乙烯、消泡剂、白色颜料、防霉剂、磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠混匀得到聚氨酯组合物;将聚氨酯组合物均匀涂覆在基布上,烘干得到棒球用合成革。
本发明选用的竹炭粉、改性硅藻土、聚四氟乙烯具有良好的耐磨性和抗冲击性,三者相互配合,可以大大增加聚氨酯组合物的耐磨性和抗冲击性;不同粒径的竹炭粉、改性硅藻土、聚四氟乙烯相互配合,可以进一步增加聚氨酯组合物的机械性能;碳化硅具有优异的耐磨性,质量较轻且强度高,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅可以与4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮均匀分散,并通过氨基与异氰酸酯基反应,将碳化硅接枝到聚氨酯预聚体中,大大增加聚氨酯耐磨性和强度;然后通过季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯与异氰酸酯基反应,将碳碳双键接枝到聚氨酯两端,再与甲基丙烯酸丁酯在引发剂偶氮二异丁腈作用下发生双键缩合,从而将甲基丙烯酸丁酯接枝到聚氨酯中,形成交联网络,大大增加聚氨酯的机械性能和粘结性,且可以使得本发明的颜色保持不变,不泛黄;碳化硅、甲基丙烯酸丁酯和聚氨酯在分子内相互配合,并结合竹炭粉、改性硅藻土、聚四氟乙烯的外在配合,从而大大增加本发明的耐磨性和机械性能,并且使得聚氨酯组合物具有良好的粘度,与基布紧密粘结,从而进一步增加本发明的韧性和强度;竹炭粉、硅藻土与防霉剂相互配合,可以增加本发明的防霉性能;磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠可以促进聚氨酯组合物凝固干燥;聚氨酯组合物未用到有机溶剂,可以减少对环境的污染;上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的机械性能和耐磨性。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种棒球用合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液125份,水15份,竹炭粉12份,改性硅藻土30份,聚四氟乙烯5份,消泡剂0.8份,白色颜料5份,防霉剂0.7份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1.5份。
实施例2
一种棒球用合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100份,水20份,800目竹炭粉15份,400目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土35份,1000目聚四氟乙烯6份,消泡剂0.5份,白色颜料8份,防霉剂0.5份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠2份;
其中,消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温至48℃,保温搅拌2h,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅,继续搅拌2h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌90min,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌40min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌2h,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅、1,4-丁二醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈和水的重量比为20:60:1.6:0.06:1.2:1.5:0.6:2.4:0.06:60。
实施例3
一种棒球用合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液150份,水10份,1000目竹炭粉10份,600目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土25份,2000目聚四氟乙烯4份,消泡剂1份,白色颜料2份,防霉剂1份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1份;
其中,消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温至52℃,保温搅拌1h,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅,继续搅拌3h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌60min,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌60min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌1h,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅、1,4-丁二醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈和水的重量比为30:40:2.4:0.04:1.8:1:0.9:1.6:0.09:50。
实施例4
一种棒球用合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液120份,水17份,800目竹炭粉13份,400目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土32份,1000目聚四氟乙烯5.5份,消泡剂0.7份,白色颜料6份,防霉剂0.6份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1.8份;
其中,消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温至49℃,保温搅拌1.7h,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅,继续搅拌2.2h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌80min,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌45min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌1.8h,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅、1,4-丁二醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈和水的重量比为22:55:1.8:0.055:1.4:1.3:0.7:2.2:0.07:58。
实施例5
一种棒球用合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液130份,水13份,1000目竹炭粉11份,500目γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土28份,2000目聚四氟乙烯4.5份,消泡剂0.9份,白色颜料4份,防霉剂0.8份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1.2份;
其中,消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温至51℃,保温搅拌1.3h,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅,继续搅拌2.8h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌70min,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌55min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌1.2h,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅、1,4-丁二醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈和水的重量比为28:45:2.2:0.045:1.6:1.1:0.8:1.8:0.08:52。

Claims (9)
1.一种棒球用合成革,其特征在于,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100-150份,水10-20份,竹炭粉10-15份,改性硅藻土25-35份,聚四氟乙烯4-6份,消泡剂0.5-1份,白色颜料2-8份,防霉剂0.5-1份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液120-130份,水13-17份,竹炭粉11-13份,改性硅藻土28-32份,聚四氟乙烯4.5-5.5份,消泡剂0.7-0.9份,白色颜料4-6份,防霉剂0.6-0.8份,磺基琥珀酸双十三烷基酯钠1.2-1.8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,竹炭粉为800-1000目,聚四氟乙烯为1000-2000目。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,改性硅藻土为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性硅藻土,其为400-600目。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入改性碳化硅,继续搅拌,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、丙酮、二月桂酸二丁锡混匀,升温至48-52℃,保温搅拌1-2h,加入改性碳化硅,继续搅拌2-3h,然后加入1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌60-90min,接着加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌40-60min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈,搅拌1-2h,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,改性碳化硅为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性碳化硅。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述棒球用合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁锡、改性碳化硅、1,4-丁二醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偶氮二异丁腈和水的重量比为20-30:40-60:1.6-2.4:0.04-0.06:1.2-1.8:1-1.5:0.6-0.9:1.6-2.4:0.06-0.09:50-60。
