技术领域
本发明涉及一种健康食品,具体涉及到一种萃取天然草本精华,用以减缓与改善退化性眼疾的新型游离型叶黄素护眼保健食品及工艺。
背景技术
眼睛被称为“灵魂之窗”是人类感官中最重要的器官。随着现代科技的迅速发展,智能手机、电脑、电视及各种流媒体与视频设备琳琅满目,在提高与丰富人们工作生活的同时,光照、光污染、光危害,已严重影响人类的视觉健康。临床显示:长期的视觉疲劳,发生率已达70%左右,这一比值比正常视觉疲劳患者高出30%。视觉疲劳由多种原因引起,其中一部分人乃是由屈光不正、干眼症、隐斜等引起,有部分人是由于多种病因引起诱发的眼部器质性病变所致,如白内障、青光眼、视网膜病变,老人黄斑性病变(视网膜退化病变)、高度近视。研究显示:许多眼部疾病包括白内障形成和黄斑出现退化的来源,最终归结于自由基对眼部的损害,金盏花提取物提升夜间视力敏锐度的改善、黑视调解速度加快和闪光后视力恢复速度的提高。保护眼睛免受自由基伤害。叶黄素是一种重要的抗氧化剂,为类胡萝卜素家族的成员。人类的眼睛含有高含量的叶黄素,其是人眼视网膜黄斑区域的重要色素,这种元素是人体无法制造的,必须靠摄入叶黄素来补充,否则会造成患者失明。叶黄素对视网膜中的黄斑有重要保护作用,缺乏时易引起黄斑退化及实力模糊、导致视力退化、近视、失明等症。叶黄素的摄入不足或过度损耗所形成的“光”伤害发病率已接近60%。叶黄素对眼睛的主要生理功能是作为抗氧化剂和光保护作用,视神经不可再生,且极易受到有害自由基的伤害,叶黄素的抗氧化作用可抑制有害自由基的形成。叶黄素可吸收大量蓝光。蓝光可见光的波长和紫光相近,是能达到视网膜的可见光中潜在危害性最大的一种光,在到达视网膜上敏感的细胞前,光先经过叶黄素的最高集聚区,这时如果视黄斑处的叶黄素含量丰富就能将这种伤害减至最小。
酯化型叶黄素产品,需经肠道醇素分解为游离态才能吸收,而游离型叶黄素能于肠道直接吸收,人体转换吸收率较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是立足解决现有技术存在的缺陷不足,依据中医“同病异治”与“异病同治”医学理念,及我国数千年传统中药配伍理论炮制工艺,从调解人的“神经—内分泌—免疫”中枢***入手,提供一种主要成分为药食同源的蓝莓多酚提取物、金盏花叶黄素提取物、玉米黄质提取物、山楂黄酮提取物、葛根黄酮提取物和β-胡萝卜素、紫米粉提取物、菠菜粉提取物、核桃粉提取物、樱桃粉提取物、猕猴桃粉提取物、硬脂酸镁、啤酒酵母、木薯粉提取物、赤藓糖醇、果蔬复合分(玉米粉)提取物为主要原料组成及营养元素组分配伍的,具有改善及保护视力、减缓退化性眼疾的复合性眼睛保健食品,如片剂、胶囊、冲剂、休闲食品或饮料,本产品性状优化效果显著,安全无副作用、口感良好。

所述的金盏花叶黄素提取物采用如下步骤制备:将金盏花花朵破碎后,用体积比为3:2的正乙烷和乙醇混合溶液、以料液体积比1:5提取,提取液过滤后收集滤液,于80℃浓缩后去正乙烷和乙醇,冷冻干燥后研磨得到金盏花叶黄素提取物;
所述的蓝莓多酚提取物和紫米粉提取物采用如下步骤制备:将蓝莓和紫米粉碎分别至120目以上,用乙醇、以料液体积比为1:8提取,提取液过滤后收集滤液,于80℃浓缩后去乙醇,冷冻干燥后研磨分别得到蓝莓多酚提取物和紫米粉提取物;
所述的玉米黄质提取物采用如下步骤制备:将玉米籽粉碎后用乙醇提取,料液质量比为1:3,于80℃浓缩去乙醇,冷冻干燥后研磨得到玉米黄质提取物;
所述的山楂黄酮提取物、葛根黄酮提取物、菠菜粉提取物、樱桃粉提取物、木薯粉提取物和猕猴桃粉提取物采用如下步骤制备:将鲜果打浆,采用70%乙醇提取,料液体积比为1:8,于80℃浓缩去乙醇,冷冻干燥后研磨分别得到山楂黄酮提取物、山楂黄酮提取物和猕猴桃粉提取物;
所述的β-胡萝卜素采用如下步骤制备:将榨完果汁的果渣用乙酸乙酯提取,料液体积比为1:8,滤液于78℃浓缩去乙酸乙酯,于30℃减压浓缩冷冻干燥后,研磨即得β-胡萝卜素提取物;
金盏花提取物(Pot marigold)主要有效成分为叶黄素(Lutein)及玉米黄素(Zeaxanthin)。金盏花中含有叶黄素,医学实验证明植物中所含的天然叶黄素是一种性能优异的抗氧化剂,在食品中加入一定量的叶黄素,可预防细胞衰老和机体器官衰老,同时还可预防老年性眼球视网膜黄斑退化引起的视力下降与失明。小鼠动物实验表明金盏花还可以屏蔽紫外线诱导的氧化肌肤,内消旋玉米黄素与叶黄素、玉米叶黄素共同构成视黄斑色素,视网膜黄斑色素能通过过滤和吸收高能量破坏性的蓝光而保护视网膜细胞。玉米黄素(Zeaxanthin)亦称“玉米黄质素”有护眼延缓衰老功效。
蓝莓为一种富含花青素、氨基酸、锌、钙、铁、铜、维生素的营养保健果品,不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化强心、抗癌软化血管,增强人体免疫功能。蓝莓中含有大量有利于视网膜的花青素,能够保护人体,免受自由基有害物质损伤。蓝莓中含有丰富的“花青素”(Anthocyanin)活性物质,是预防视力受损的重要元素,其功能在于保护眼睛的微血管,促进血液循环,同时还有加速视紫(Visuallpurple)再生的功能,蓝莓的花青素含量是所有水果与蔬菜之中最高的,花青素可增加人体胶蛋白,降低眼血,有益于防治青光眼和白内障,缓解疲劳。
紫米具有滋养强壮、强化脾肝脏、恢复视力、毛发黑化等作用,营养价值高,富含蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素,叶酸、铁、锌、钙、钾、镁、磷等微量元素及天然多酚、花青素、膳食纤维。
菠菜含有大量的植物粗纤维,其所含类胡萝卜素物质,可防止阳光引起的视网膜损害,降低视网膜退化。白内障与眼睛内晶状体的抗氧化剂减少相关,菠菜提取物能更新多种重要的晶状体、抗氧化剂(维他命E、C,钙、铁和榖胱甘肽),降低青光眼发生率,预防视网膜病变。
一种改善退化性眼疾的护眼保健食品的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:将权利要求1中重量组分的各个组分混合均匀,杀菌后包装即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:将具有药食同源的多种植物源提取物活性成分合理配伍,制备出游离型叶黄素,可以有效减少中老年人中AMD的发病。此外,叶黄素和玉米黄素、游离型叶黄素还可以预防白内障的发生,改善视觉功能。黄酮提取物具有较强抗氧化性,能够促进眼球毛细血管微循环,对光照引起的视网膜损伤具有保护作用,促进黄斑发育,预防黄斑及视网膜色素变性,减少玻璃疣的产生,延缓眼睛的老化及防治病变,为长期眼疲劳、眼疾患者提供了一种改善与减缓退化性眼疾、护眼保健、明目安神、性状优化、功效显著、安全可靠的保健食品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
以金盏花叶黄素提取物、山楂黄酮提取物、葛根黄酮提取物和蓝莓多酚提取物各20份,玉米黄质提取物2份,β-胡萝卜素提取物2份,紫米粉提取物10份,菠菜粉提取物和樱桃粉提取物各2份,猕猴桃粉提取物3份,木薯粉提取物8份,啤酒酵母0.2份,硬脂酸镁和赤藓糖醇各0.5份的比例进行配伍,并配以其他辅料,通过称量、调配、干燥、制粒、压片、包装等生产工艺,即得片剂类护眼蓝莓和金盏花功能食品。

以金盏花叶黄素提取物40份,蓝莓多酚提取物28份,玉米黄质提取物2份,山楂黄酮提取物18份,葛根黄酮提取物15份,β-胡萝卜素1份,紫米粉提取物15份,菠菜粉提取物0.8份,樱桃粉提取物2份,猕猴桃粉提取物4份,硬脂酸镁2份,啤酒酵母0.1份,木薯粉提取物7份,赤藓糖醇0.5份的比例进行配伍,并配以其他辅料进行称量、调配、干燥、制成胶囊等生产工艺即得胶囊类护眼蓝莓、金盏花功能食品。

以金盏花叶黄素提取物30份,蓝莓多酚提取物35份,玉米黄质提取物0.1份,山楂黄酮提取物20份,葛根黄酮提取物10份,β-胡萝卜素0.1份,紫米粉提取物10份,菠菜粉提取物2份,樱桃粉提取物1份,猕猴桃粉提取物5份,硬脂酸镁2份,啤酒酵母0.1份,木薯粉提取物3份,赤藓糖醇0.2份的比例进行配伍并辅以其他配料,通过称量、复溶、乳化、调味、杀菌、包装等生产工艺,即得饮料类蓝莓与金盏花护眼保健食品。

以金盏花叶黄素提取物15份,蓝莓多酚提取物20份,玉米黄质提取物0.1份,山楂黄酮提取物20份,葛根黄酮提取物15份,β-胡萝卜素0.7份,紫米粉提取物10份,菠菜粉提取物0.5粉,樱桃粉提取物2份,猕猴桃粉提取物4份,硬脂酸镁0.5份,啤酒酵母0.4份,木薯粉提取物7份,赤藓糖醇0.5份的比例进行配伍并配以其他辅料,通过称量、调配、干燥、制粒、包装等生产工艺,即得冲剂类护眼蓝莓、金盏花功能保健品。
制备方法:将上述成分的金盏花提取物、蓝莓多酚提取物、玉米黄质提取物、山楂黄酮提取物、葛根黄酮提取物、β-胡萝卜素、紫米粉提取物、菠菜粉提取物、樱桃粉提取物、猕猴桃粉提取物、硬脂酸镁、啤酒酵母、木薯粉提取物、赤藓糖醇混合制备,充分调合均匀再配以辅料、明胶、甘油、亮蓝、按常用药片生产工艺,直接压成300~500毫克的片剂。
本发明的使用临床病例:
临床病例1:李先生,现年50岁,技术总监,半年前开始视力下降,检查后为早起黄斑病变。之后试食服用本发明片剂:每日早、晚各服用1吃,每次2~3粒,每粒2g,经过三个月的使用后,视网膜黄斑部色素含量明显增加,视力改善。
临床病例2:张女士,现年66岁,退休干部,常年视力不佳,视物出现变形,检查后确诊为老年性黄斑变形,视网膜毛细血管出现萎缩,推荐使用本产品口服片剂,每日早晚各1次,每次3粒,每粒2g,服用15周后,视网膜黄斑色素回复正常,受损视网膜组织得到修补。
临床病例3:赵先生,现年30岁,硬件开发工程师,视力近视,长期用眼过度,视觉疲劳、畏光、干眼症、角膜发炎、视力减退,严重影响到工作与正常生活。试食本产品后,每日早、中、晚各1次,一次1粒,每粒2g,服用三个月后,视力改善,视网膜黄斑色素含量增加,视力持久度提高。
