本发明属于保健饮料技术领域,涉及一种具有口感好、提高免疫力、清理肠道病毒的中药饮料。
背景技术
羊乳,学名轮叶党参,为桔梗科党参属的多年蔓生草本植物,是我国民间喜食的山野菜之一。其地下根茎为轮叶党参,因具有补虚润肺,通乳生乳,解毒疗疮等功效,地下茎肉质肥大产量高,加之药食两用,近年来栽培面积国内达到百万亩以上。广州部队《常用中草药手册》载:轮叶党参,滋补强壮,祛痰润肺,排脓解毒,治肺脓肿,乳腺炎,痈疮肿毒,蛇咬伤。《中药大辞典》载:其具养阴清热、润肺化痰、益胃生津之功效。
现代研究证实,轮叶党参含有丰富的多糖、脂肪、蛋白质、多种维生素、氨基酸和许多微量元素。经农业部特种经济动植物及产品质量监督检验测试中心测定,轮叶党参含有天冬氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸等17种氨基酸,含钙、镁、锌、铁等多种微量元素。轮叶党参中人体必需微量元素的含量在126种中草药微量元素含量范围的上限,维生素的含量也较高。其还具有抗氧化及抗衰老、以及提高人体免疫功能的作用。
保健食品源于我国食疗,中医食疗是在中医理论指导下研究食品健身养生、防病治病的,食疗除了具备一般健康功能外,还有其独特的药养功效,保健食品能起到很好的整体调理治疗的效果,食疗具备药物的功效,但异于药物,特别是改善体质方面。
现有技术中的饮料品种繁多,有功能性饮料、碳酸饮料等,主要消费者为青少年,长期饮用会伤及脾胃,导致人体内垃圾增多,给健康带来隐患。至今未见口感好,又有营养同时的适合脾胃虚弱、血气不足的女性以及普通中老年人饮用的保健饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决现有饼干保质期不长的缺陷而提供一种具有口感好、保质期长、提高免疫力、清理肠道病毒的中药饮料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种中药饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:刺角瓜20-30份、桑葚20-30份、蜂蜜10-15份、羊乳水解物5-10份、淫羊藿20-30份、肉苁蓉5-10份、金银花5-10份、山牛蒡1-3份、川贝枇杷膏3-5份与水120-145份。
作为优选,所述的羊乳水解物的制备方法为:取新鲜羊乳地下根茎,清洗干净后破碎过400目网筛,然后加入羊乳根茎重量1.2%的果胶酶、1.5%的纤维素酶,加热至50℃,水解60mnin,制得羊乳水解物。
作为优选,所述饮料的制备方法如下:将刺角瓜、桑葚、肉苁蓉、金银花、淫羊藿、山牛蒡与川贝枇杷膏置于85℃的纯化水中,浸泡90min后煎煮,水开后保持压力在0.5MPa微沸45min,然后将上述煎煮液通过0.05微米的过滤器过滤,得到的滤液在0.03MPa条件下浓缩得到浓缩物;将羊乳水解物分散于水中,在磁场条件下加热至120℃,保持3-5min后降温至65℃,然后加入上述浓缩物,冷却至15℃,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀得到成品,包装灭菌后入库。
作为优选,所述灭菌为紫外线灭菌。
作为优选,所述磁场条件为磁感应强度0.05-1.2T。

一种中药饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:刺角瓜22份、桑葚24份、蜂蜜13份、羊乳水解物7份、淫羊藿26份、肉苁蓉6份、金银花8份、山牛蒡2份、川贝枇杷膏4份与水135份。
所述的羊乳水解物的制备方法为:取新鲜羊乳地下根茎,清洗干净后破碎过400目网筛,然后加入羊乳根茎重量1.2%的果胶酶、1.5%的纤维素酶,加热至50℃,水解60mnin,制得羊乳水解物。

一种中药饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:刺角瓜30份、桑葚30份、蜂蜜15份、羊乳水解物10份、淫羊藿30份、肉苁蓉10份、金银花10份、山牛蒡3份、川贝枇杷膏5份与水145份。
所述的羊乳水解物的制备方法为:取新鲜羊乳地下根茎,清洗干净后破碎过400目网筛,然后加入羊乳根茎重量1.2%的果胶酶、1.5%的纤维素酶,加热至50℃,水解60mnin,制得羊乳水解物。

1.一种中药饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:刺角瓜20-30份、桑葚20-30份、蜂蜜10-15份、羊乳水解物5-10份、淫羊藿20-30份、肉苁蓉5-10份、金银花5-10份、山牛蒡1-3份、川贝枇杷膏3-5份与水120-145份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药饮料,其特征在于,所述的羊乳水解物的制备方法为:取新鲜羊乳地下根茎,清洗干净后破碎过400目网筛,然后加入羊乳根茎重量1.2%的果胶酶、1.5%的纤维素酶,加热至50℃,水解60mnin,制得羊乳水解物。
