本发明公开了一种百香果饮料及其制备方法,所述百香果饮料由下述以重量份计的原料制备而成:百香果汁55~65份、柠檬汁10~20份、橙汁20~30份、蜂蜜20~30份。其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;4)将百香果汁、柠檬汁、橙汁、蜂蜜按一定比例混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;5)将百香果汁饮料在95‑100℃下进行高温灭菌,灭菌时间控制在10‑15秒;6)将经过高温灭菌的百香果饮料在10分钟内冷却至0℃,无菌灌装,即可得到成品百香果饮料。

本发明属于饮料技术领域,具体是一种百香果饮料;本发明还涉及这种百香果饮料的制备方法。
【技术背景】
百香果原产南美州,学名西番莲,因其果肉可散发出香蕉、菠萝、草莓、荔枝、柠檬、芒果、酸梅等十几种水果的浓郁香味。百香果含有17种氨基酸,丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖、维生素、钙、磷、铁、钾、SOD酶和超纤维等165种对人体有益物质,更被称为水果中的VC之王,口感独特(种子香脆可口,营养丰富)。百香果有消炎止痛、活血强身、降脂降压、滋阴补肾、提神醒酒、消除疲劳、护肤养颜等神奇功效,制作成饮料,冷热饮皆宜,口味极佳,常饮还有消除青春痘、消除痔疮、消除肠胃炎。为了满足人们对百香果食用需要,解决百香果的单一吃法,本发明方法对百香果的提取率和利用率高,制出的果肉果汁饮料的风味好,而且制作方法简单,能有效地解决百香果饮料口味单一的信用方法。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备方法简单、口感独特、不含任何添加剂的百香果饮料;本发明还将公开这种百香果饮料的制备方法。
要解决以上的技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种百香果饮料,由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
百香果汁55~65份、柠檬汁10~20份、橙汁20~30份、蜂蜜20~30份。
百香果饮料及其制备方法,其最佳配比是:
百香果汁60份、柠檬汁15份、橙汁25份、蜂蜜25份。
本发明百香果饮料的制备方法,包括以下述步骤:
1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;
2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;
3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;
4)将百香果汁、柠檬汁、橙汁、蜂蜜按一定比例混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;
5)将百香果汁饮料在95-100℃下进行高温灭菌,灭菌时间控制在10-15秒;
6)将经过高温灭菌的百香果饮料在10分钟内冷却至0℃,无菌灌装,即可得到成品百香果饮料。
本发明百香果饮料是以百香果为主要原料,柠檬汁、橙汁等天然水果为辅料搭配适量的蜂蜜制备而成,这些原料的有交成份相互影响,协同作用,可以起到很好的生津止渴、开胃提神、美容养颜、加强新陈代谢等功效。而且本发明百香果饮料的制备方法简单、营养价值高、不含任何化学添加剂、适合各类型人群饮用,是一种安全、健康的绿色饮品。

下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限天这些实施例。
以下各实施例中所述份数为重量份。
实施例1
1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;
2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;
3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;
4)将百香果汁55份、柠檬汁10份、橙汁20份、蜂蜜20份混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;
5)将百香果汁饮料在95℃下进行高温灭菌,灭菌时间控制在10秒;
6)将经过高温灭菌的百香果饮料在10分钟内冷却至0℃,无菌灌装,即可得到成品百香果饮料。
实施例2
1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;
2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;
3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;
4)将百香果汁60份、柠檬汁15份、橙汁25份、蜂蜜25份混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;
5)将百香果汁饮料在98℃下进行高温灭菌,灭菌时间控制在12秒;
6)将经过高温灭菌的百香果饮料在10分钟内冷却至0℃,无菌灌装,即可得到成品百香果饮料。
实施例3
1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;
2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;
3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;
4)将百香果汁65份、柠檬汁20份、橙汁30份、蜂蜜30份混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;
5)将百香果汁饮料在100℃下进行高温灭菌,灭菌时间控制在15秒;
6)将经过高温灭菌的百香果饮料在10分钟内冷却至0℃,无菌灌装,即可得到成品百香果饮料。

1.一种百香果饮料,其特征在于由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
百香果汁55~65份、柠檬汁10~20份、橙汁20~30份、蜂蜜20~30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的百香果饮料及其制备方法,其最佳配比是:
百香果汁60份、柠檬汁15份、橙汁25份、蜂蜜25份。
3.如权利要求1所述的百香果饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)取百香果破碎、榨汁,得到百香果汁;
2)选取新鲜柠檬洗净、切块、榨汁,得到柠檬汁;
3)选取新鲜的、无破损的成熟橙子洗净,去皮,去籽,榨汁,得到橙汁;
4)将百香果汁、柠檬汁、橙汁、蜂蜜按一定比例混匀,即得到百香果汁饮料;
