背景技术
甲醛净化吸附剂是指主要用于家居生活之中用来吸附甲醛的吸附材料,一般具有如下特点:1)比表面极大,吸附能力强;2)对气体有较高的吸附性能,能迅速吸附;3)环保,无污染,制造成本低。
甲醛净化吸附剂可有效吸附因家居装修而释放出来的甲醛、苯、二甲苯等有害物质,主要成分是活性硅,属非晶态物质,取材于天然的石英砂,经过特殊加工工艺处理提炼而成,使其具备了大比表面积以及丰富的与室内有害气体分子大小相匹配的孔隙结构,同时还具有调节空气湿度、去味防霉、除臭杀菌等功效,彻底清除室内环境污染。加之近年来不断地创新开发,各种活性硅已被广泛用于药物提纯、DNA分离、食品干燥、高精电子、高级化妆品、污水净化、啤酒提纯、高级涂料以及树脂生产或保存等方面。
室内甲醛、苯等有害气体作为家居生活中不可避免的隐性杀手,时刻威胁人们的身体健康。而这些有害气体的释放是一个缓慢的过程,即使再好的空气净洁产品,也不可能一次性、彻底净化空气。
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种甲醛去除率高、使用寿命长和吸附速度快的甲醛吸附材料以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。本发明产品化学性质稳定,能够长期有效稳定地吸附缓慢释放的有害气体。

将活性炭、碳酸钙、麦饭石、海泡石、氯化镁和滑石粉在80℃下恒温干燥,然后再与上一步搅拌均匀的产物合并,混合2h,再将混合后的产物放入真空干燥箱中,在25℃下干燥过夜即可。

1.一种甲醛吸附材料,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸附材料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:活性炭100份,碳酸钙10-30份,乙醇20-60份,麦饭石5-25份,海泡石20-40份,甘氨酸15-35份,珍珠岩1-20份,硝酸钠1-5份,碳酸氢铵6-10份,二氧化钛2-6份,甲基纤维素3-7份,正磷酸铁13-17份,氯化镁5-25份,滑石粉12-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醛吸附材料,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸附材料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:活性炭100份,碳酸钙15-25份,乙醇30-50份,麦饭石10-20份,海泡石25-35份,甘氨酸20-30份,珍珠岩5-15份,硝酸钠2-4份,碳酸氢铵7-9份,二氧化钛3-5份,甲基纤维素4-6份,正磷酸铁14-16份,氯化镁10-20份,滑石粉13-17份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醛吸附材料,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸附材料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:活性炭100份,碳酸钙15份,乙醇30份,麦饭石10份,海泡石25份,甘氨酸20份,珍珠岩5份,硝酸钠2份,碳酸氢铵7份,二氧化钛3份,甲基纤维素4份,正磷酸铁14份,氯化镁10份,滑石粉13份。
