本发明公开了一种防火纳米环氧地坪漆,该地坪漆包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂55‑80份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯13‑15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3‑7份、纳米氧化镁4.5‑6.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液16‑20份、新戊二醇6‑8份、纳米β‑半水石膏粉10‑18份、二丙二醇丁醚5‑9份、尿素8‑11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10‑12份、颜料15‑20份、纳米氮化钛5‑9份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5‑12份。本发明防火纳米环氧地坪漆无溶剂,无毒无害,绿色环保,避免了有机溶剂对人体 健康的危害,可实现施工及应用的完全环保性。具有较好的耐水性、防火性、高着色力、耐黄变的特点,层表面亮度更高、色泽更鲜亮、物理性能更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,尤其涉及一种防火纳米环氧地坪漆。
背景技术
防火地坪漆具有整体性,无接缝,环保,无毒无刺激异味,耐磨损,防腐,防水,防尘,外表靓丽等优点。防火地坪漆为液体形态,施工完成后呈均匀密实的固态膜状,可广泛应用于工厂地面,居民住宅地表或墙面,机关单位,仓库,等对防火要求的广大领域。其中防火纳米环氧地坪漆价格比较便宜,而且漆膜具有耐强酸碱、耐磨、耐压、耐冲击、防霉、防水、防尘、止滑以及防静电、电磁波等特性,颜色亮丽多样,清洁容易。而地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,促使涂料更新换代,而纳米涂料,与现有地坪漆所用原料相比有无可比拟的超细性和独特性,其产品综合性能和质量大大优于其同类产品,且成本低于传统产品,已引起世界各国的高度重视,并将领导建筑涂料行业新潮流,成为装饰行业新时尚,纳米地坪漆涂料已成为地坪漆涂料发展的必然趋势。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的防火纳米环氧地坪漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火纳米环氧地坪漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防火纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂55-80份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯13-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7份、纳米氧化镁4.5-6.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液16-20份、新戊二醇6-8份、纳米β-半水石膏粉10-18份、二丙二醇丁醚5-9份、尿素8-11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、颜料15-20份、纳米氮化钛5-9份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5-12份。
其还包含纳米硼纤维8-13份。
其还包含正硅酸乙酯4-9份。
其还包含羧甲基纤维素10-15份。
有益效果:本发明防火纳米环氧地坪漆无溶剂,无毒无害,绿色环保,避免了有机溶剂对人体 健康的危害,可实现施工及应用的完全环保性。具有较好的耐水性、防火性、高着色力、耐黄变的特点,层表面亮度更高、色泽更鲜亮、物理性能更佳。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的防火纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂55份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯13份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、纳米氧化镁4.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液16份、新戊二醇6份、纳米β-半水石膏粉10份、二丙二醇丁醚5份、尿素8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、颜料15份、纳米氮化钛5份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5份、纳米硼纤维8份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥30mm,抗压强度:85MPa,耐燃时间:≥30min,火焰传播比值:≤20,燃烧质量损失:<4g,炭化体积≤20cm3,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。
实施例2
本实施例的防火纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂80份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7份、纳米氧化镁6.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液20份、新戊二醇8份、纳米β-半水石膏粉18份、二丙二醇丁醚9份、尿素11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、颜料20份、纳米氮化钛9份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯12份、纳米硼纤维13份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥30mm,抗压强度:92MPa,耐燃时间:≥30min,火焰传播比值:≤20,燃烧质量损失:<4g,炭化体积≤20cm3,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。
实施例3
本实施例的防火纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂55份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯13份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、纳米氧化镁4.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液16份、新戊二醇6份、纳米β-半水石膏粉10份、二丙二醇丁醚5份、尿素8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、颜料15份、纳米氮化钛5份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5份、纳米硼纤维8份、正硅酸乙酯4份、羧甲基纤维素10份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥30mm,抗压强度:95MPa,耐燃时间:≥30min,火焰传播比值:≤20,燃烧质量损失:<4g,炭化体积≤20cm3,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。

本实施例的防火纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂80份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7份、纳米氧化镁6.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液20份、新戊二醇8份、纳米β-半水石膏粉18份、二丙二醇丁醚9份、尿素11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、颜料20份、纳米氮化钛9份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯12份、纳米硼纤维13份、正硅酸乙酯9份、羧甲基纤维素15份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥30mm,抗压强度:97MPa,耐燃时间:≥30min,火焰传播比值:≤20,燃烧质量损失:<4g,炭化体积≤20cm3,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。

1.一种防火纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂55-80份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯13-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7份、纳米氧化镁4.5-6.5份、聚乙烯醇乳液16-20份、新戊二醇6-8份、纳米β-半水石膏粉10-18份、二丙二醇丁醚5-9份、尿素8-11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、颜料15-20份、纳米氮化钛5-9份、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5-12份。

3.根据权利要求 2 所述的防火纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含正硅酸乙酯4-9份。
