本发明公开了一种内墙双组份水性功能漆,包括A组份和B组份按重量配比1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1或6:1配制而成,其中:A组份由如下成份以重量份组成:水30‑35份,分散剂Hydropalat9040为0.2‑0.5份,湿润剂Hydropalat436为0.2‑0.5份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.2‑0.5份,金红石型钛白粉8‑12份,硫酸钡5‑8份,水性环氧乳液20‑35份,硅丙乳液10‑30份;B组份由如下成份以重量份组成:水20‑40份,分散剂Hydropalat 9040为0.5‑0.8份,润湿剂Hydropalat436为0.5‑1份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.3‑0.8份,钛白粉15‑20份,重钙5‑10份,轻钙3‑8份,滑石粉1‑5份,高岭土8‑15份,水性环氧固化剂20‑50份。本发明环保健康,具有抗菌、防霉、耐潮、抗化学性腐蚀、耐污性能的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保健康,抗化学腐蚀性与高密性相结合的内墙双组份水性功能漆,其具有抗菌、防霉、耐潮、抗化学性腐蚀、耐污性能,具有结实耐用,高度耐候性能的特点。
背景技术
目前市场内墙水漆主要以乳胶漆为市场主要产品,乳胶漆多为单一成膜物质,具体为丙烯酸乳液(主要是苯丙和纯丙乳液)成膜的水漆品种,其根本上物理成膜性存在以下缺点:漆膜有毛孔、不密实、不坚韧、不耐潮,耐污能力差,耐化学性及耐候性均存在较大不足,抗霉和抗菌只能通过添加相关助剂才能部分解决,如中国专利申请号:201410122751.0,公开了一种水性涂料组合物,所述水性涂料组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:成膜物质30~50重量份,颜填料26~40重量份,HASE疏水分散剂助剂0.3~0.5重量份,水性微细氧化聚乙烯蜡乳化液1.0~2.0重量份,含氟表面活性剂0.3~1.0重量份,助溶剂1.0~2.0重量份,成膜助剂1.0~2.0重量份,其他助剂2.0~3.0重量份,以及可接受量的水;本发明所述水性涂料组合物的颜料体积浓度为30~50%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种环保健康,抗化学腐蚀性与高密性相结合的内墙双组份水性功能漆,其具有抗菌、防霉、耐潮、抗化学性腐蚀、耐污性能,具有结实耐用,高度耐候性能的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种内墙双组份水性功能漆,包括A组份和B组份按重量配比1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1或6:1配制而成,其中:
A组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
B组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
根据以上技术要求,所述水性环氧乳液选自羟基含量大于4.2的环氧树脂作骨架材料,用不饱和脂肪酸进行酯化制成环氧酯,再以不饱和二元羧酸与环氧酯的脂肪酸上的双键进行自由基引发加成反应,以引进羧基,然后加碱中和,直接加水稀释即得水性环氧乳液。
本发明的有益之处是:水性漆环保健康,抗化学腐蚀性与高密性相结合,成膜快,成膜后,漆膜在环保的基础上提高墙面面漆的抗菌、防霉、耐潮、抗化学性腐蚀、耐污性能,具有结实耐用,高度耐候性能的特点,从而改变目前市场内墙涂料在医疗卫生、制药、食品饮料加工、酒店宾馆等需要高度抗菌防霉、防潮、耐污、抗化学性的场所不能使用的缺陷。
具体实施方式
下面结合较佳实施例就本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种内墙双组份水性功能漆,包括A组份和B组份按重量配比2:1配制而成,其中:
A组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
水30份,分散剂Hydropalat 9040为0.2份,湿润剂Hydropalat436为0.2份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.2份,金红石型钛白粉10份,硫酸钡5份,水性环氧乳液25份,硅丙乳液10份。
B组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
水20份,分散剂Hydropalat 9040为0.5份,润湿剂Hydropalat436为0.5份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.3份,钛白粉18份,重钙5份,轻钙3份,滑石粉1份,高岭土8份,水性环氧固化剂20份。
实施例2:
A组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
水35份,分散剂Hydropalat 9040为0.5份,湿润剂Hydropalat436为0.3份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.3份,金红石型钛白粉12份,硫酸钡6份,水性环氧乳液30份,硅丙乳液20份。
B组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
水20份,分散剂Hydropalat 9040为0.8份,润湿剂Hydropalat436为0.8份,消泡剂Foamaster 8034为0.8份,钛白粉20份,重钙8份,轻钙3份,滑石粉1份,高岭土15份,水性环氧固化剂30份。
以上实施例中,所述水性环氧乳液选自羟基含量大于4.2的环氧树脂作骨架材料,用不饱和脂肪酸进行酯化制成环氧酯,再以不饱和二元羧酸与环氧酯的脂肪酸上的双键进行自由基引发加成反应,以引进羧基,然后加碱中和,直接加水稀释即得水性环氧乳液,所述环氧树脂具体为用亚麻油酸与环氧树脂制成环氧酯后,与马来酸酐进行自由基反应制备水性环氧树脂。
上述实施例的制备步骤如下:
(1)A组分:在搅拌容器中加入配方量并经过准确计量的水、分散剂Hydropalat9040、湿润剂Hydropalat436、消泡剂Foamaster 8034、金红石型钛白粉、硫酸钡、水性环氧乳液及硅丙乳液,设定转速为600rpm,搅拌10min,然后调节搅拌速度为900rpm,直至完全混合均匀。
B组分:在搅拌容器中加入配方量并经过准确计量的水、分散剂Hydropalat 9040、润湿剂Hydropalat436、消泡剂Foamaster 8034、钛白粉、重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、高岭土及水性环氧固化剂,设定转速为600rpm,直至完全混合均匀。
以上所述的仅是本发明的原理和较佳实施例。应当指出,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还能做出若干的变型和改进,也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种内墙双组份水性功能漆,其特征在于:包括A组份和B组份按重量配比1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1或6:1配制而成,其中:
A组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
B组份由如下成份以重量份组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙双组份水性功能漆,其特征在于:所述水性环氧乳液选自羟基含量大于4.2的环氧树脂作骨架材料,用不饱和脂肪酸进行酯化制成环氧酯,再以不饱和二元羧酸与环氧酯的脂肪酸上的双键进行自由基引发加成反应,以引进羧基,然后加碱中和,直接加水稀释即得水性环氧乳液。
