Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED灯条及采用该LED灯条的LED灯,其特征在于:包括位于最底层的金属基板;设置在金属基板上表面的粘接胶层;设置在粘接胶层上表面的柔性绝缘涂层;设置在柔性绝缘涂层上表面的柔性电路板;连接在柔性电路板上的LED发光元件。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用金属基板的LED灯条,其散热性能优越,并且其光谱均匀、散热性好,组成LED灯头的层状结构中,均为软性层,因此能根据需要随意弯折成所需形状;在进一步方案中,粘接胶层为内混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层,可以进一步增加LED灯条的散热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯条及采用该LED灯条的LED灯。
背景技术
现有的LED灯板,基板大多较厚,不能随意弯折成需要的形状,并且比较笨重;而现有的LED灯条,体积较轻便,为了扩大光照角度,基板大多采用透明材料制成,然后在透明基本表面设置电路板及LED发光元件。然而,透明基板的材质,大多为玻璃或蓝宝石,透明陶瓷等,其散热性能不好,导热系数很低,而LED发光元件工作时会产生较多热量,这些热量如果不能及时散发出去,会导致LED发光元件的光衰加大;现有的透明基板LED灯条,一般会在透明基板的背面涂一层硅胶,透明基板的侧面则没有涂硅胶,这样透明基板的侧面会漏出LED发光元件发出的蓝光,这种蓝光对眼睛伤害很大;透明基板硬度较大,易发脆,不能根据个性随意弯折成想要的造型和形状;透明基板的LED灯条,LED发光元件发出的光不可能全部穿过透明基板,因此透明基板的LED灯条无可避免地存在光谱不均匀的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的首要技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种光谱均匀、散热性好、能根据需要随意弯折成所需形状的LED灯条。
本发明进一步所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用上述LED灯条的LED灯。
本发明解决上述首要技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种LED灯条,其特征在于:包括
位于最底层的金属基板;
设置在金属基板上表面的粘接胶层;
设置在粘接胶层上表面的柔性绝缘涂层;
设置在柔性绝缘涂层上表面的柔性电路板;
连接在柔性电路板上的LED发光光源。
所述LED发光光源可以为能发出白光的LED表面贴装晶片,也可以为能发出蓝光的LED表面贴装晶片,在能发出蓝光的LED表面贴装晶片及柔性电路板外还涂油一层内设荧光粉的硅胶层。
所述柔性绝缘涂层为玻璃纤维层或树脂薄膜层,柔性绝缘涂层是为了增加整个LED灯条的强度。
所述粘接胶层为内混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层,可以增加整个LED灯条的散热性能。
在混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层中,石墨稀颗粒均匀混合在粘接胶内,且石墨稀颗粒与粘接胶的重量比为1:5~1:2。
所述金属基板为铝钣或铜板。
所述金属基板厚度为0.2~0.5mm;所述粘接胶层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性绝缘涂层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性电路板厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
本发明解决上述进一步技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种LED灯,包括灯头,设置在灯头内的电源驱动器,及与灯头连接的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩内设有上述结构的LED灯条,该LED灯条与灯头内的电源驱动器。
所述LED灯条弯折成竖直设置的螺旋型或水平放置的螺旋型或任意几何图形,LED灯条的两端通过内设有导线的支架与电源驱动器连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用金属基板的LED灯条,其散热性能优越,并且其光谱均匀、散热性好,组成LED灯头的层状结构中,均为软性层,因此能根据需要随意弯折成所需形状;在进一步方案中,粘接胶层为内混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层,可以进一步增加LED灯条的散热性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
如图1所述的LED灯条,其包括
位于最底层的金属基板1;
设置在金属基板上表面的粘接胶层2;
设置在粘接胶层上表面的柔性绝缘涂层3;
设置在柔性绝缘涂层上表面的柔性电路板4;
连接在柔性电路板上的能发出蓝光的LED表面贴装晶片5。
涂覆在LED表面贴装晶片5及柔性电路板外的内设荧光粉的硅胶层6。
本实施例中,金属基板为铝钣或铜板,柔性绝缘涂层为玻璃纤维层或树脂薄膜层,粘接胶层2为内混有石墨稀颗粒21的粘接胶层,在混有石墨稀颗粒21的粘接胶层中,石墨稀颗粒21均匀混合在粘接胶内,且石墨稀颗粒21与粘接胶的重量比为1:5~1:2;
金属基板厚度为0.2~0.5mm;所述粘接胶层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性绝缘涂层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性电路板厚度为0.1~0.5mm;硅胶层6厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
金属基板1呈长条状,得到的LED灯条也呈长条状,整体呈柔性,可以根据需要随意弯折成所需形状,如螺旋型或三角形或五角星或六角形或任意几何图形。
金属基板也可以设置成任意一个“汉字”的形状,这样得到的LED灯条也会呈现出某一个“汉字”的形状。
本发明还提供一种LED灯,包括灯头7,设置在灯头7内的电源驱动器8,及与灯头连接的灯罩9,灯罩9可以为任意形状,灯罩9内设有上述结构的LED灯条A,该LED灯条与灯头内的电源驱动器;所述LED灯条可以弯折成竖直设置的螺旋型,参见图3所示,也可以弯折成水平放置的螺旋型,参见图4所示,也可以为任意汉字形,如某一个的姓名,参见图5所示,LED灯条的两端通过内设有导线的支架10与电源驱动器8连接,。
实施例二
与实施例一不同的,柔性电路板上直接贴装能发出白光的LED表面贴装晶片5。LED表面贴装晶片5没有设置硅胶层,参见图5所示。为了保护LED表面贴装晶片5,也可以设置内没有设置荧光粉硅胶层6。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED灯条,其特征在于:包括
位于最底层的金属基板;
设置在金属基板上表面的粘接胶层;
设置在粘接胶层上表面的柔性绝缘涂层;
设置在柔性绝缘涂层上表面的柔性电路板;
连接在柔性电路板上的LED发光元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述LED发光元件为能发出白光的LED表面贴装晶片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述LED发光元件为能发出蓝光的LED表面贴装晶片,在能发出蓝光的LED表面贴装晶片及柔性电路板外还涂油一层内设荧光粉的硅胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述柔性绝缘涂层为玻璃纤维层或树脂波膜层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述粘接胶层为内混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:在混有石墨稀颗粒的粘接胶层中,石墨稀颗粒均匀混合在粘接胶内,且石墨稀颗粒与粘接胶的重量比为1:5~1:2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述金属基板为铝钣或铜板。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任意一项权利要求所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述金属基板厚度为0.2~0.5mm;所述粘接胶层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性绝缘涂层厚度为0.1~0.5mm;所述柔性电路板厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
9.一种LED灯,包括灯头,设置在灯头内的电源驱动器,及与灯头连接的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩内设有如权利要求8所述的LED灯条,该LED灯条与灯头内的电源驱动器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯条弯折成竖直设置的螺旋型或水平放置的螺旋型或任意汉字形,LED灯条的两端通过内设有导线的支架与电源驱动器连接。
