Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板及其制备方法,包括岩棉板、粘结层、防水膜和装饰层,防水膜通过粘结层连接在岩棉板的两面,装饰层粘结在防水膜的表面;岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,岩浆由白云石、碳酸钙、玄武岩、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、云母粉、高岭土、乙烯基硅烷、二氧化硅、氧化铝、水泥和岩棉制备而成,先将各原料研磨粉碎以及过筛,混合后加水搅拌,倒入钢筋网中干燥以及压制,得到岩棉板进行打磨,抛光,将防水膜通过粘结层粘结在岩棉板的两面,将装饰层直接粘在防水膜上。本发明岩棉板结构简单,原料易得,制备简单,而且对于幕墙具有很好的保温以及防火效果,粘结层与装饰层都较单薄,无法燃烧起来,从而降低危险性。

Description

一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体是一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前在幕墙***中应用的保温防火材料主要有岩棉和玻璃棉,贴面材料以牛皮纸复合铝箔纸为主。玻璃棉由于熔点很低,在发生火险时会发生熔融造成熔体低落而形成更大的安全隐患。
牛皮纸复合铝箔纸的燃烧性能差,会导致整体防火性能的下降。该材料有不透气的特性,会造成在温差较大时造成保温财力内含湿量增加甚至结露,导致保温性能下降,贴面铝箔损坏脱落,进而引起保温材料在幕墙风道的作用下纤维被吹走,最终使得整个幕墙保温***破坏。
目前国内对岩棉的贴面方法,一般是先做成岩棉板后再进行粘贴,这样必须用较多的粘结剂才能粘住产品,从而导致粘结剂的量越用越多。但粘结剂的量增加会引起防火性能恶化,在发生火灾时,粘结剂会放出热量和毒气。
由于幕墙结构类似于烟囱,幕墙和外墙间形成通风道。发生火灾时,火焰在风道内会迅速蔓延,需要填充性能良好的防火材料。
综上所述,目前的幕墙保温材料无法满足幕墙所需的防火和保温要求,存在明显的缺陷和安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板,包括岩棉板、粘结层、防水膜和装饰层,所述防水膜通过粘结层连接在岩棉板的两面,所述装饰层粘结在防水膜的表面;
所述岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份。
一种所述的建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)按配比称取制作岩棉板的各原料,分别研磨粉碎,并过240~300目筛,备用;
(2)将上述研磨后的粉料混合,并加入160~200份水,充分搅拌,混合均匀,倒入模具中的钢筋网中成型,在100~120℃的真空环境中除去水分,然后在200~240℃的温度下干燥,用6~8MPa的压力模具进行压制40~50min,得到岩棉板;
(3)将岩棉板的表面进行打磨,然后抛光,将防水膜通过粘结层粘结在岩棉板的两面,最后将装饰层直接粘在防水膜上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明岩棉板结构简单,原料易得,制备简单,而且对于幕墙具有很好的保温以及防火效果,粘结层与装饰层都较单薄,因此无法燃烧起来,从而降低危险性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板,包括岩棉板1、粘结层2、防水膜3和装饰层4,防水膜3通过粘结层2连接在岩棉板1的两面,装饰层4粘结在防水膜3的表面。岩棉板1由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成。
岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石16份,碳酸钙22份,玄武岩14份,碳纤维23份,玻璃纤维18份,云母粉11份,高岭土18份,乙烯基硅烷27份,二氧化硅20份,氧化铝9份,水泥27份,岩棉70份。
上述岩棉板的制备步骤如下:
(1)按配比称取制作岩棉板的各原料,分别研磨粉碎,并过300目筛,备用;
(2)将上述研磨后的粉料混合,并加入180份水,充分搅拌,混合均匀,倒入模具中的钢筋网中成型,在110℃的真空环境中除去水分,然后在220℃的温度下干燥,用7MPa的压力模具进行压制45min,得到岩棉板;
(3)将岩棉板的表面进行打磨,然后抛光,将防水膜通过粘结层粘结在岩棉板的两面,最后将装饰层直接粘在防水膜上。

Claims (2)

1.一种建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板,包括岩棉板、粘结层、防水膜和装饰层,所述防水膜通过粘结层连接在岩棉板的两面,所述装饰层粘结在防水膜的表面,所述岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,其特征在于,所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的建筑幕墙用覆膜岩棉板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)按配比称取制作岩棉板的各原料,分别研磨粉碎,并过240~300目筛,备用;
(2)将上述研磨后的粉料混合,并加入160~200份水,充分搅拌,混合均匀,倒入模具中的钢筋网中成型,在100~120℃的真空环境中除去水分,然后在200~240℃的温度下干燥,用6~8MPa的压力模具进行压制40~50min,得到岩棉板;
(3)将岩棉板的表面进行打磨,然后抛光,将防水膜通过粘结层粘结在岩棉板的两面,最后将装饰层直接粘在防水膜上。
