本发明公开了一种幕墙岩棉板及其制备方法,所岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份、粘结剂1~5份。本发明岩棉板结构简单,原料易得,制备简单,而且对于幕墙具有很好的保温以及防火效果,粘结层与装饰层都较单薄,无法燃烧起来,从而降低危险性。

幕墙岩棉板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及岩棉板技术领域,具体涉及一种幕墙岩棉板及其制备方法。
背景技术
岩棉板是以玄武岩为主要原材料,经高温熔融加工而成的无机纤维板。岩棉板又称岩棉保温装饰板。岩棉板经过高温融熔加工成的人工无机纤维,具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点,初始研制在建筑中是常见的应用类型多用于工业建筑应符合《建筑绝热材料的应用类型和基本要求》的规定。岩棉板是一种新型的保温、隔燃、吸声材料。
由于幕墙结构类似于烟囱,幕墙和外墙间形成通风道。发生火灾时,火焰在风道内会迅速蔓延,需要填充性能良好的防火材料。目前的幕墙保温材料无法满足幕墙所需的防火和保温要求,存在明显的缺陷和安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种幕墙岩棉板及其制备方法。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种幕墙岩棉板,所岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份、粘结剂1~5份。
更进一步的技术方案是所述的粘结剂按重量份计算包括:45~55份的固含量,0-1份 的憎水剂,0-1份 的偶联剂,0-5份的乳化油和0-5份的调节剂,其他为水分。
本发明还提供一种幕墙岩棉板制备方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)利用贴面辊胶装置将粘结剂均匀辊涂在玻璃纤维毡的表面;
步骤2)将步骤 1)中的玻璃纤维毡贴敷于岩棉板表面并与岩棉板共同进入固化炉,;
步骤3)启动固化炉加热,直至玻璃纤维毡固定在岩棉板的表面,其中固化温度为 170-230℃;
步骤 4)固化完成的产品根据尺寸切割及包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明岩棉板结构简单,原料易得,制备简单,而且对于幕墙具有很好的保温以及防火效果,粘结层与装饰层都较单薄,无法燃烧起来,从而降低危险性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
根据本发明的一个实施例,本实施例公开一种幕墙岩棉板,所岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份、粘结剂1~5份。其中,所述的粘结剂按重量份计算包括:45~55份的固含量,0-1份 的憎水剂,0-1份 的偶联剂,0-5份的乳化油和0-5份的调节剂,其他为水分。所述憎水剂为有机硅乳液,偶联剂为氨基硅氧烷,乳化油有乳化矿物油,调节剂为氨水-硫酸铵缓冲溶液。
实施例2
根据本发明的另一个实施例,本实施例公开一种幕墙岩棉板制备方法,具体的,该制备方法包括以下步骤 : 1)利用贴面辊胶装置将粘结剂均匀辊涂在玻璃纤维毡的表面, 2)将步骤 1)中的玻璃纤维毡贴敷于岩棉板表面并与岩棉板共同进入固化炉, 3)启动固化炉加热,直至玻璃纤维毡固定在岩棉板的表面,其中固化温度为 170-230℃, 4)固化完成的产品根据尺寸切割及包装。 其中,所述岩棉板加工工艺如下:利用岩棉纤维,同时采用离心雾化、压缩气体雾化方式在岩棉纤维上喷施粘结剂 ;将岩 棉纤维通过集棉、铺棉的基本工序形成岩棉板。本实施例制备的岩棉板结构简单,原料易得,制备简单,而且对于幕墙具有很好的保温以及防火效果,粘结层与装饰层都较单薄,无法燃烧起来,从而降低危险性。

Claims (3)

1.一种幕墙岩棉板,所岩棉板由岩浆倒入钢筋网模具中压制而成,其特征在于:所述岩浆由以下重量份的原料制备而成:白云石15~17份,碳酸钙20~24份,玄武岩12~16份,碳纤维21~25份,玻璃纤维16~20份,云母粉10~12份,高岭土15~21份,乙烯基硅烷24~30份,二氧化硅18~22份,氧化铝8~10份,水泥24~30份,岩棉60~80份、粘结剂1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙岩棉板,其特征在于所述的粘结剂按重量份计算包括:45~55份的固含量,0-1份 的憎水剂,0-1份 的偶联剂,0-5份的乳化油和0-5份的调节剂,其他为水分。
3.一种幕墙岩棉板制备方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)利用贴面辊胶装置将粘结剂均匀辊涂在玻璃纤维毡的表面;
