背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。
变速箱油是保持排档***清洁的油类用品,能起到保证变速箱正常工作并延长传动装置寿命的作用。变速箱油基本都能使用于市场上自动变速箱,事实上每一款自动变速箱的设计都有不同的技术要求,即使是同一型号的变速箱配置在不同的车型,其扭矩、重量、转速、结构等都会不同,因此原厂都有其自己指定的专用变速箱油。而不同的变速箱油,正是影响换档品质的原因之一。

Claims (1)

1.一种自动变速箱润滑油,其特征在于,各组分的质量百分数为:
组分 质量百分数含量 基础油 余量 抗氧剂 3~3.5% 抗磨剂 2.0~3.5% 防锈剂 1.0~2.0% 金属减活剂 3.0~5.0% 分散剂 2.0~2.5% 抗泡剂 0.008~0.012% 抗乳化剂 2.5~4.5% 摩擦改进剂 2.5~3.5% 粘度指数改进剂 1.5~2.5% 补强剂 1.5~2.5% 清静剂 1.5~2.5%
上述各组分的质量百分数总和为百分之一百;
所述基础油为质量比30~50%聚α-烯烃合成油与70~50%HVIH4基础油复合,
所述抗氧剂为质量比15~55%噻二唑多硫化合物与85~45%烷基化二苯胺T534复合,
所述抗磨剂为质量比70~40%二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐与30~60%磷酸三甲酚酯复合,
所述防锈剂为质量比45~50%脂肪酸季戊四醇酯与65~50%烯基丁二酸半酯复合,
所述金属减活剂为质量比50~65%噻二唑型Cuwan484与50~35%N,N′-二乙酰基己二酰二肼复合,
所述分散剂为质量比50~70%三乙烯四胺与50~30%聚异丁烯丁二酸季戊四醇酯复合,
所述抗泡剂为质量比60~35%二甲基硅油与40~65%甲基三氟丙基硅油复合,
所述抗乳化剂为质量比55~40%环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物DL32与45~60%聚环氧乙烷含氮衍生物DM114复合,
所述摩擦改进剂为质量比75~20%二烷基二硫代硫酸钼与35~80%油酸甘油酯复合,
所述粘度指数改进剂为质量比20~30%质量比聚异丁烯与80~70%氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物复合,
所述补强剂为质量比30~40%二硫代氨基甲酸钼与70~60%硫化异丁烯复合,
所述清静剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙。
