技术领域
本发明涉及一种起重设备,具体是一种车间用起重机。
背景技术
起重机是指在一定范围内垂直提升和水平搬运重物的多动作起重机械。又称吊车。起重设备有的工作特点是做间歇性运动,即在一个工作循环中取料、运移、卸载等动作的相应机构是交替工作的,起重机在市场上的发展和使用越来越广泛。由于不用支腿吊重及吊重行驶经常出现一些事故,行驶的速度也较履带起重机(履带吊)快;作业稳定、起重量大、可在特定范围内吊重行走、但必须保证道路平整坚实、轮胎气压符合要求、吊离地面不得超过50CM;禁止带负荷长距离行走。为保证作业安全,目前国内基本上禁止不打支腿进行吊装作业。起重机配套使用钢丝绳品种包括磷化涂层钢丝绳、镀锌钢丝绳和光面钢丝绳。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种连接牢固,且便于实时检测横梁的结构强度,使用牢固稳定,便于远程检测起重机疲劳强度的车间用起重机。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种车间用起重机,包括主梁和端轮架 ,其特征在于:所述主梁的左、右两端分别设有端轮架,所述端轮架的顶部设有限位挡板,所述端轮架的右侧壁上设有限位卡槽,所述端轮架的端部设有行走轮,所述主梁的下表面设有斜坡面,所述斜坡面的一侧设有连接段,所述连接段的侧壁上设有应变片,所述应变片连接滤波器,所述滤波器连接A/D转换器,所述A/D转换器连接数据存储器,所述数据存储器连接蓝牙发送模块,所述蓝牙发送模块连接本地上位机存储与分析模块,且同时连接web服务器。
所述本地上位机存储与分析模块上连接热插拔I/O工业模块,其内置有可以与传感器、调节器直接连接的信号调理,且可以直接连接多种类型的传感器。
本发明在主梁的端部设有端轮架,在端轮架的下表面设有应变片,应变片连接滤波器,所述滤波器连接A/D转换器,所述A/D转换器连接数据存储器,所述数据存储器连接蓝牙发送模块,所述蓝牙发送模块连接本地上位机存储与分析模块,且同时连接web服务器,这样通过本地上位机存储的数据可以实时检测到起重机的实时使用情况和历史使用情况,便于管理起重机的使用寿命,提高安全性。

所述本地上位机存储与分析模块13上连接热插拔I/O工业模块15,其内置有可以与传感器、调节器直接连接的信号调理16,且可以直接连接多种类型的传感器。
