Abstract

本发明涉及一种使用寿命较长的螺杆式潜水泵,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,螺杆轴后端***该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,螺杆腔体的上部沿周壁开设环形槽,环形槽与调压腔通之间通过管路连通。本发明将螺杆泵前端的水压引入至螺杆轴的后端,将螺杆轴向上推,来对抗螺杆所受到的强大的后坐力,使螺杆轴的受力较为平衡,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水泵,特别是一种螺杆式潜水泵。
背景技术
潜水泵是是深井提水的重要设备,被广泛的使用于工农业。
一般来讲,根据排水原理可将水泵分为:一、叶轮式泵,如:离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等、旋流泵;二、容积泵,如:柱塞泵、齿轮泵、螺杆泵、叶片泵等;三、其他类型,如:射流泵、水锤泵等。
螺杆泵属于容积泵,扬程高单流量少,特别适合与疏松粘稠液体。当螺杆高速旋转时,后端轴承受到较大压力,加速磨损,同时也限制了螺杆泵的转速。轴承所受压力主要来自于螺杆的反作用力,而对于一台螺杆潜水泵而言,该反作用力主要由转速和出口端压力决定。当需要高转速时,理想的解决办法是降低出口端的压力来实现。然而,面对大扬程的需求,降低出口端压力成为了难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种螺杆式潜水泵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的螺杆式潜水泵,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,其特征在于:所述螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,所述螺杆轴后端***该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,所述螺杆腔体的上部沿周壁开设环形槽,所述环形槽与调压腔通之间通过管路连通。
本发明螺杆式潜水泵,进一步的改进在于:
1、所述进水道的内壁具有螺旋形结构。
2、所述管路上设置有缓冲腔室,所述缓冲腔室的体积不低于调压腔总体积的10倍。
3、所述缓冲腔室靠近环形槽一端设置。
本发明将螺杆泵前端的水压引入至螺杆轴的后端,将螺杆轴向上推,来对抗螺杆所受到的强大的后坐力,使螺杆轴的受力较为平衡,从而降低轴承的载荷,降低轴承的磨损,延长潜水泵的使用寿命,以及为进一步提高螺杆泵转速提供了保障。
靠近环形槽一端设置缓冲腔室能够降低环形槽输出水流的高速抖动,确保调压腔内具备较稳定的压强,杜绝轴承抖动的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明螺杆式潜水泵,包括具有螺杆腔体1的壳体2,设置于螺杆腔体内1的一组螺杆3,螺杆3下端连接有进水道4,上端连接有出水道5,进水道4的内壁具有螺旋形结构,螺杆轴6前后两端由轴承7支撑,螺杆轴6通过传动机构8联接第一电机9,螺杆轴6后端的壳体上设置有调压腔15,螺杆轴6后端***该调压腔内15,调压腔15与螺杆轴6的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,螺杆腔体1的上部沿周壁开设环形槽18,环形槽18与调压腔15通之间通过管路16连通,管路16上靠近环形槽18一端设置有缓冲腔室17,缓冲腔室17的体积不为调压腔15总体积的10倍。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种螺杆式潜水泵,包括具有螺杆腔体的壳体,设置于螺杆腔体内的一组螺杆,所述螺杆下端连接有进水道,上端连接有出水道,螺杆轴前后两端由轴承支撑,螺杆轴通过传动机构联接第一电机,其特征在于:所述螺杆轴后端的壳体上设置有调压腔,所述螺杆轴后端***该调压腔内,调压腔与螺杆轴的间隙处嵌入有密封填料,所述螺杆腔体的上部沿周壁开设环形槽,所述环形槽与调压腔通之间通过管路连通;
所述进水道的内壁具有螺旋形结构;
所述管路上设置有缓冲腔室,所述缓冲腔室的体积不低于调压腔总体积的10倍;
所述缓冲腔室靠近环形槽一端设置。
