技术领域
本发明属于柴油机排放后处理领域,具体涉及一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置及其使用方法,适用于降低发动机燃油经济性恶化程度。
背景技术
为应对越来越严格的排放法规要求,重型柴油机在欧VI阶段后普遍采用了DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC的后处理***,其中选择性催化还原(SCR)是柴油机满足NOx排放目标的最有效的技术之一。欧VI后处理***中考虑到DPF再生温度对SCR的影响、低温工况NOX高转换效率的需求等原因,市场普遍采用了铜基沸石型SCR。然而,铜基沸石型SCR存在着硫中毒问题,试验数据表明,重型柴油机在硫含量50ppm柴油条件下运行100小时SCR转换效率可能下降20%,而硫含量350ppm柴油机条件下运行15小时SCR转换效率就会下降20%。而欧VI阶段OBD对后处理一致性要求很高,SCR硫中毒会导致NOX排放超标,导致发动机报警和限扭,严重影响发动机的运行。
铜基SCR硫中毒机理是发动机燃烧过程中燃油中的S氧化形成SO2,并与含金属的催化器修补基面涂层或者水反应形成硫酸盐或者硫酸,最后吸附在催化剂的表面,导致SCR转换效率下降。铜基SCR硫中毒现象不是永久性的损坏,可通过500℃以上的高温气体进行脱硫再生,脱硫再生SCR的转换效率可恢复到硫中毒前水平。然而该温度在柴油机常规运行条件下几乎不可能达到。
中国专利:申请公布号为CN105370355A,申请公布日为2016年3月2日的发明专利公开了一种发动机后处理***,包括与发动机的废气管道依次连接的涡轮增压器、氧化催化转化器DOC、颗粒物捕集器DPF、SCR装置,并设置相应的温度传感器、压力传感器、氮氧传感器等。当该***中SCR装置硫中毒后NOx的转化效率会严重降低,因此在实际应用过程中,需要对其进行硫中毒监控,并定期脱硫。在欧VI后处理***中目前普遍采用DPF再生喷油装置进行升温实现高温脱硫再生,但频繁的主动喷油升温脱硫会导致严重的发动机燃油经济性恶化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的发动机燃油经济性恶化程度较高的问题,提供一种结构简单、发动机燃油经济性恶化程度较低的柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置及其使用方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置,包括发动机、涡轮增压器、氧化催化转化器DOC、颗粒物捕集器DPF、SCR催化器,所述DOC的进气端依次通过进气管路、涡轮增压器与发动机的排气管连通,DOC的排气端通过DPF与SCR催化器相通,且进气管路上设置有一号温度传感器、一号NOX传感器,DPF的进、排气端均设置有压力传感器,SCR催化器的进、排气端分别设置有二号温度传感器、二号NOX传感器;
所述***还包括旁通管路、DPF再生燃油喷嘴,所述旁通管路的进、排气端分别与排气管、进气管路相通,旁通管路上设置有电控调节阀,所述DPF再生燃油喷嘴设置在进气管路上,且一号温度传感器、一号NOX传感器、压力传感器、二号温度传感器、二号NOX传感器、电控调节阀、DPF再生燃油喷嘴均与后处理控制器信号连接。
所述SCR催化器为铜基沸石型SCR。
一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置的使用方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1:所述后处理控制器根据一号NOX传感器、二号NOX传感器的检测数据、车辆的行驶距离、燃料消耗以及最后一次消除硫中毒以后车辆的行驶时间判断是否需要消除SCR催化器的硫中毒,若需要,进入步骤S2;
S2:所述后处理控制器基于压力传感器的检测数据、碳载量计算、极限碳载量设定值判断DPF是否需要再生,若需要,进入步骤S4,若不需要则进入步骤S3;
S3:实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒后进入步骤S6;
S4:所述后处理控制器根据二号温度传感器的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴向进气管路中喷射燃油,以实现DPF的主动再生,并清除SCR催化器中的硫;
S5:所述后处理控制器判断DPF再生是否完成,若完成,进入步骤S6,若未完成则再次进入步骤S4;
S6:所述后处理控制器判断SCR催化器的硫中毒是否已清除,若未清除则再次进入步骤S1;
其中,所述实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒依次包括以下步骤:
S31:所述后处理控制器根据一号温度传感器的检测数据判断柴油机是否处于高温、高空燃比工况,若是,进入步骤S34,若不是,则进入步骤S32;

1、本发明一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置包括旁通管路、DPF再生燃油喷嘴,旁通管路的进、排气端分别与排气管、进气管路相通,旁通管路上设置有电控调节阀,DPF再生燃油喷嘴设置在进气管路上,DPF再生燃油喷嘴可在需要DPF主动再生时向进气管路中喷射适量燃油,燃油经DOC氧化升温后,可在实现DPF主动再生的同时实现SCR催化器的高温脱硫,旁通管路使得部分废气能够不经过涡轮增压器直接旁通到进气管路上,从而保证发动机在中高速、中高负荷工况下的排气温度提升至500℃以上,以实现SCR催化器的高温脱硫,该设计将DPF喷油再生和涡轮前废气旁通这两种脱硫方式相结合,一方面,能够可靠的实现SCR催化剂的高温脱硫,脱硫效果较好,保证了欧VI后处理***的效率,另一方面,该***不仅对原后处理***的改动少、结构简单、适应性好,而且尽可能的减少了DPF喷油再生的次数,降低了成本,并使发动机燃油经济性恶化程度较低。因此,本发明不仅脱硫效果良好,而且使得发动机燃油经济性恶化程度较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参见图1至图3,一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置,包括发动机1、涡轮增压器2、氧化催化转化器DOC3、颗粒物捕集器DPF4、SCR催化器5,所述DOC3的进气端依次通过进气管路31、涡轮增压器2与发动机1的排气管11连通,DOC3的排气端通过DPF4与SCR催化器5相通,且进气管路31上设置有一号温度传感器61、一号NOX传感器62,DPF4的进、排气端均设置有压力传感器63,SCR催化器5的进、排气端分别设置有二号温度传感器64、二号NOX传感器65;
所述***还包括旁通管路7、DPF再生燃油喷嘴9,所述旁通管路7的进、排气端分别与排气管11、进气管路31相通,旁通管路7上设置有电控调节阀8,所述DPF再生燃油喷嘴9设置在进气管路31上,且一号温度传感器61、一号NOX传感器62、压力传感器63、二号温度传感器64、二号NOX传感器65、电控调节阀8、DPF再生燃油喷嘴9均与后处理控制器10信号连接。
所述SCR催化器5为铜基沸石型SCR。
一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置的使用方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1:所述后处理控制器10根据一号NOX传感器62、二号NOX传感器65的检测数据、车辆的行驶距离、燃料消耗以及最后一次消除硫中毒以后车辆的行驶时间判断是否需要消除SCR催化器5的硫中毒,若需要,进入步骤S2;
S2:所述后处理控制器10基于压力传感器63的检测数据、碳载量计算、极限碳载量设定值判断DPF4是否需要再生,若需要,进入步骤S4,若不需要则进入步骤S3;
S3:实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒后进入步骤S6;
S4:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9向进气管路31中喷射燃油,以实现DPF的主动再生,并清除SCR催化器5中的硫;
S5:所述后处理控制器10判断DPF再生是否完成,若完成,进入步骤S6,若未完成则再次进入步骤S4;
S6:所述后处理控制器10判断SCR催化器5的硫中毒是否已清除,若未清除则再次进入步骤S1;
其中,所述实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒依次包括以下步骤:
S31:所述后处理控制器10根据一号温度传感器61的检测数据判断柴油机是否处于高温、高空燃比工况,若是,进入步骤S34,若不是,则进入步骤S32;
S32:所述后处理控制器10判断SCR催化器5的硫累积时间和SCR转化效率是否下降到极限值,若是,进入步骤S33,若不是,则再次进入步骤S31;
S33:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9向进气管路31中喷射燃油以清除SCR催化器5中的硫;
S34:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制电控调节阀8的开度,使SCR催化器5的入口温度达到500~550℃,以清除SCR催化器5中的硫。
本发明的原理说明如下:
本发明提供了一种由欧VI后处理催化器组、旁通管路7、DPF再生燃油喷嘴9、传感器组、后处理控制器10组成的后处理***,其中,DPF再生燃油喷嘴9用于在DPF4需要主动再生时向进气管路31中喷入适量燃油,以满足SCR催化器5脱硫的温度要求;旁通管路7用于将部分发动机排气不经过涡轮增压器直接旁通到进气管路31中,保证发动机在中高速、中高负荷工况排气温度能够提升至500℃以上,以满足脱硫的高温要求;后处理控制器10用于根据传感器信号和控制算法控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9和旁通管路7上的电控调节阀8。其具体工作过程如下:
当柴油机发生SCR催化器5硫中毒,同时DPF4需要再生时,后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的反馈信号控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9喷射适量的燃油到进气管路31中,燃油经过DOC3升温使排气温度升高到550℃左右以便DPF4的再生,同时实现SCR催化器5的脱硫;
当柴油机发生SCR催化器5硫中毒,DPF4不需要再生,而柴油机运行于高温、高空燃比工况时,后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的反馈信号控制电控调节阀8打开,将部分发动机排气直接导入进气管路31中,使得SCR催化器5的入口温度控制在500~550℃,从而实现SCR催化器的高温脱硫;
当柴油机发生SCR催化器5硫中毒,DPF4不需要再生,但柴油机未运行于高温、高空燃比工况时,后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的反馈信号控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9喷射适量的燃油到进气管路31中,实现DPF4的再生和SCR催化器5的脱硫。
实施例1:
参见图1至图3,一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置,包括发动机1、涡轮增压器2、氧化催化转化器DOC3、颗粒物捕集器DPF4、SCR催化器5、旁通管路7、DPF再生燃油喷嘴9,所述DOC3的进气端依次通过进气管路31、涡轮增压器2与发动机1的排气管11连通,DOC3的排气端通过DPF4与SCR催化器5相通,所述SCR催化器5为铜基沸石型SCR,所述旁通管路7的进、排气端分别与排气管11、进气管路31相通,进气管路31上设置有DPF再生燃油喷嘴9、一号温度传感器61、一号NOX传感器62,DPF4的进、排气端均设置有压力传感器63,SCR催化器5的进、排气端分别设置有二号温度传感器64、二号NOX传感器65,旁通管路7上设置有电控调节阀8,且一号温度传感器61、一号NOX传感器62、压力传感器63、二号温度传感器64、二号NOX传感器65、电控调节阀8、DPF再生燃油喷嘴9均与后处理控制器10信号连接。
所述柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置的使用方法依次按照以下步骤进行:
S1:所述后处理控制器10根据一号NOX传感器62、二号NOX传感器65的检测数据、车辆的行驶距离、燃料消耗以及最后一次消除硫中毒以后车辆的行驶时间判断是否需要消除SCR催化器5的硫中毒,若需要,进入步骤S2;
S2:所述后处理控制器10基于压力传感器63的检测数据、碳载量计算、极限碳载量设定值判断DPF4是否需要再生,若需要,进入步骤S4,若不需要则进入步骤S3;
S3:实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒后进入步骤S6,所述实施废气旁通控制具体为:
S31:所述后处理控制器10根据一号温度传感器61的检测数据判断柴油机是否处于高温、高空燃比工况,若是,进入步骤S34,若不是,则进入步骤S32;
S32:所述后处理控制器10判断SCR催化器5的硫累积时间和SCR转化效率是否下降到极限值,若是,进入步骤S33,若不是,则再次进入步骤S31;
S33:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9向进气管路31中喷射燃油以清除SCR催化器5中的硫;
S34:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制电控调节阀8的开度,使SCR催化器5的入口温度达到500~550℃,以清除SCR催化器5中的硫;
S4:所述后处理控制器10根据二号温度传感器64的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴9向进气管路31中喷射燃油,以实现DPF的主动再生,并清除SCR催化器5中的硫;
S5:所述后处理控制器10判断DPF再生是否完成,若完成,进入步骤S6,若未完成则再次进入步骤S4;
S6:所述后处理控制器10判断SCR催化器5的硫中毒是否已清除,若未清除则再次进入步骤S1。

Claims (3)

1.一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置,包括发动机(1)、涡轮增压器(2)、氧化催化转化器DOC(3)、颗粒物捕集器DPF(4)、SCR催化器(5),所述DOC(3)的进气端依次通过进气管路(31)、涡轮增压器(2)与发动机(1)的排气管(11)连通,DOC(3)的排气端通过DPF(4)与SCR催化器(5)相通,且进气管路(31)上设置有一号温度传感器(61)、一号NOX传感器(62),DPF(4)的进、排气端均设置有压力传感器(63),SCR催化器(5)的进、排气端分别设置有二号温度传感器(64)、二号NOX传感器(65),其特征在于:
所述装置还包括旁通管路(7)、DPF再生燃油喷嘴(9),所述旁通管路(7)的进、排气端分别与排气管(11)、进气管路(31)相通,旁通管路(7)上设置有电控调节阀(8),所述DPF再生燃油喷嘴(9)设置在进气管路(31)上,且一号温度传感器(61)、一号NOX传感器(62)、压力传感器(63)、二号温度传感器(64)、二号NOX传感器(65)、电控调节阀(8)、DPF再生燃油喷嘴(9)均与后处理控制器(10)信号连接;
所述装置的使用方法依次包括以下步骤:
S1:所述后处理控制器(10)根据一号NOX传感器(62)、二号NOX传感器(65)的检测数据、车辆的行驶距离、燃料消耗以及最后一次消除硫中毒以后车辆的行驶时间判断是否需要消除SCR催化器(5)的硫中毒,若需要,进入步骤S2;
S2:所述后处理控制器(10)基于压力传感器(63)的检测数据、碳载量计算、极限碳载量设定值判断DPF(4)是否需要再生,若需要,进入步骤S4,若不需要则进入步骤S3;
S3:实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒后进入步骤S6;
S4:所述后处理控制器(10)根据二号温度传感器(64)的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴(9)向进气管路(31)中喷射燃油,以实现DPF的主动再生,并清除SCR催化器(5)中的硫;
S5:所述后处理控制器(10)判断DPF再生是否完成,若完成,进入步骤S6,若未完成则再次进入步骤S4;
S6:所述后处理控制器(10)判断SCR催化器(5)的硫中毒是否已清除,若未清除则再次进入步骤S1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置,其特征在于:所述SCR催化器(5)为铜基沸石型SCR。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的柴油机SCR催化器硫中毒消除装置的使用方法,其特征在于:
步骤S3中,所述实施废气旁通控制以消除硫中毒依次包括以下步骤:
S31:所述后处理控制器(10)根据一号温度传感器(61)的检测数据判断柴油机是否处于高温、高空燃比工况,若是,进入步骤S34,若不是,则进入步骤S32;
S32:所述后处理控制器(10)判断SCR催化器(5)的硫累积时间和SCR转化效率是否下降到极限值,若是,进入步骤S33,若不是,则再次进入步骤S31;
S33:所述后处理控制器(10)根据二号温度传感器(64)的检测数据控制DPF再生燃油喷嘴(9)向进气管路(31)中喷射燃油以清除SCR催化器(5)中的硫;
S34:所述后处理控制器(10)根据二号温度传感器(64)的检测数据控制电控调节阀(8)的开度,使SCR催化器(5)的入口温度达到500~550℃,以清除SCR催化器(5)中的硫。
