一种防老化阳光面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种防老化阳光面料。
背景技术
阳光面料在紫外线照射下,极易发生光老化降解,导致制品机械性能逐渐下降,产生变脆、龟裂和发黄现象甚至破坏而无法使用。由于织物特殊的用途,对现有的纺织材料进行抗光老化研究是一个十分迫切并具有很强的实用性的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防老化阳光面料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种防老化阳光面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 100-150份、增塑剂1-10份、玻璃纤维20-30份、防老化剂10-20份、过氧化锌1-5份、表面活性剂1-10份和填充剂10-30份。
优选地,本发明所述的防老化阳光面料由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 120份、增塑剂5份、玻璃纤维25份、防老化剂15份、过氧化锌2份、表面活性剂5份和填充剂20份。
更优选地,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
更优选地,所述防老化剂具有下列结构:
更优选地,所述填充剂为碳酸钙。
更优选地,所述表面活性剂为吐温80。
本发明还提供具有下列结构的物质在用作面料防老化剂中的用途:
本发明的面料不易老化,简单实用,非常适于在工业上大规模推广。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取PVC 120千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、玻璃纤维25千克、防老化剂15千克、过氧化锌2千克、吐温805千克和碳酸钙20千克,所述防老化剂具有下列结构:
混合到GB-10型高速混合机中,加热至熔融状态并搅拌30分钟,然后用异形喷丝孔的喷丝板进行纺丝,并且将纺丝作为经纬线进行织造加工,经线密度80根/cm,纬线密度50根/cm,即得面料1。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备防老化阳光面料,不同之处在于不使用防老化剂,所述防老化剂具有下列结构:
实验例
参照GB/T16422.2-1999的标准来进行测试,3000小时测试后,实施例1的面料的性能保持率为80%,而实施例2的面料的性能保持率仅为30%,这说明防老化剂加入后大大增强了防老化效果。

1.一种防老化阳光面料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC 100-150份、增塑剂1-10份、玻璃纤维20-30份、防老化剂10-20份、过氧化锌1-5份、表面活性剂1-10份和填充剂10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防老化阳光面料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC120份、增塑剂5份、玻璃纤维25份、防老化剂15份、过氧化锌2份、表面活性剂5份和填充剂20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防老化阳光面料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防老化阳光面料,其特征在于,所述防老化剂具有下列结构:
