本发明公开了一种送纸飞达机构,包括机架,所述机架上设有飞达头,所述飞达头下方设有托纸架,所述托纸架包括支撑轴和用于放置面纸的支撑板,所述支撑板安装于所述支撑轴上端,所述支撑轴可带动所述支撑板上下移动,其特征在于所述支撑板周边对应面纸折耳间隙处设有限位板,所述限位板安装在限位架上,所述限位架安装在所述机架上。本发明发明了一种可以对面纸进行限位以达到精确输送的送纸飞达机构。

技术领域
本发明涉一种送纸机构,具体涉及一种送纸飞达机构。
背景技术
送纸飞达机构主要用于传送纸张,这种机构广泛应用于包装行业中。现有的送纸飞达机构,通常使用限位架对纸张进行位置限定,这种限位结构虽然在一定程度上能够起到对纸张位置固定的作用,但由于在纸张传送过程中,纸张在飞达头的作用下往上移动,很容易带动被传送纸张下方的纸张运动并使其飘浮,特别是纸张较薄时,叠置在送料架上,其折耳部分会产生下垂现象,因而,飞达头在送纸时使得纸张的位置产生移动,导致下一步的传送不能准确到位,进一步导致产品生产效率降低,并影响产品生产质量,所以急需一种可以对纸张进行有效限位进行精确输送的的送纸飞达机构。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够对纸张进行有效限位并防止纸张飘浮的送纸飞达机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种送纸飞达机构,包括机架,所述机架上设有飞达头,所述飞达头下方设有托纸架,所述托纸架包括支撑轴和用于放置面纸的支撑板,所述支撑板安装于所述支撑轴上端,所述支撑轴可带动所述支撑板上下移动,其特征在于所述支撑板周边对应面纸折耳间隙处设有限位板,所述限位板安装在限位架上,所述限位架安装在所述机架上。
所述限位架为柱体结构,且所述限位架一侧与所述面纸侧边相接触。
本发明中,面纸通过其折耳间隙插设在限位板上,当飞达头的飞达吸嘴对最上端的面纸进行吸取时,由于其余面纸与限位板之间有一定接触面积,移动时会产生一定的摩擦力,所以其余面纸不易被带动从而防止发生飘移,又一方面,由于限位架与面纸的侧边相接触,限位架对面纸的位置起到准确限位的作用。以上设计实现了面纸在传送过程中不易产生飘浮也不会产生位移能够精确输送到位的技术效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示,这种送纸飞达机构,包括机架1,所述机架1上设有飞达头2,所述飞达头2下端设有飞达吸嘴21,飞达吸嘴21用于吸取面纸6,所述飞达头2下方设有托纸架,所述托纸架包括支撑轴5和用于放置面纸6的支撑板4,本实施例的支撑板4为十字型结构,所述支撑板4安装于所述支撑轴5上端,所述支撑轴5可带动所述支撑板4上下移动,以保持支撑板4上的最上端的面纸6在一个固定的高度,便于飞达吸嘴21吸取面纸6并传送,所述支撑板4周边对应面纸6折耳间隙处设有限位板3,本实施例中设有四个限位板3,每个限位板3的宽度与面纸6的折耳间隙的长度相对应,所述限位板3安装在限位架7上,所述限位架7安装在所述机架1上。所述限位架7为柱体结构,具体为长方体结构,且所述限位架7一侧与所述面纸6侧边相接触,使得限位架7能够对面纸的位置进行限定,使面纸6叠放在一个固定位置。
工作时,面纸6通过其折耳间隙插设在限位板3上,当飞达头2的飞达吸嘴21对最上端的面纸进行吸取时,由于其余面纸6与限位板3之间有一定接触面积,移动时会产生一定的摩擦力,所以其余面纸6不易被带动从而防止产生飘移,另一方面,由于限位架7与面纸6的侧边相接触,能够对面纸6的位置进行准确的限定。所以在面纸6传送过程中,面纸6不易产生飘浮也不易发生位移,能够精确输送到位。

1.一种送纸飞达机构,包括机架,所述机架上设有飞达头,所述飞达头下方设有托纸架,所述托纸架包括支撑轴和用于放置面纸的支撑板,所述支撑板安装于所述支撑轴上端,所述支撑轴可带动所述支撑板上下移动,其特征在于所述支撑板周边对应面纸折耳间隙处设有限位板,所述限位板安装在限位架上,所述限位架安装在所述机架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的送纸飞达机构,所述限位架为柱体结构,且所述限位架一侧与所述面纸侧边相接触。
