Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品,该食品是指按重量份计将沙棘黄酮粉末50~200份、红枸杞多糖粉末50~200份、蕨麻超微粉10~100份以常规方法添加植物多糖或淀粉糊精依次经制粒、烘干、整粒、压片而制成的咀嚼片;所述植物多糖或所述淀粉糊精的添加量小于等于组分总重量的5%。本发明原料易得,易于工业化实施,既起到预防和保健作用,又具有改善消化道不适症状的作用,从而达到人体最大程度利用和吸收植物提取物的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其涉及一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品。
背景技术
沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.)是一种生存超过2亿年的古老落叶性灌木植物种,系胡颓子科沙棘属落叶灌木或小乔木,是传统的蒙、藏药,有抗衰老、提高免疫力等多种功效,对胃和肝等消化器官有较好的保护作用。沙棘是植物和其果实的统称,为药食同源植物,主要分布于华北、西北、西南等地。
我国藏医、蒙医和中医在古代就用沙棘来治疗各种疾病。在西藏医学中,沙棘是一种包治百病菌的灵丹妙药,他们将沙棘从根茎到茎到果实、种子全部加以利用,制取沙棘汁、沙棘油、沙棘粉。《西藏常用中草药》上记述:沙棘“性温、味酸涩”。可“活血副县长瘀、化痰宽胸、补脾健胃,治跌打损伤、瘀肿、咳嗽痰多、呼吸困难、消化不良”。《四部医典》及《晶珠本草》均有沙棘药的记载。《中国民族药志》还记述维吾尔族人用沙棘果治口舌生疮、发烧、烧伤、放射线引起的溃疡病等。
《中华人民共和国药典》上记述沙棘能“止咳祛痰、消食化滞,活血散瘀,用于咳嗽、慢性支气管炎、消化不良,胃痛等疾病”。《高原中草药治疗手册》上记述:沙棘可“入肝、胃、大小肠径,生津止渴、清热治泻,治高热伤阴症、肠炎、痢疾”。《中国植物志》上记述:沙棘片剂和浸膏可预防和治疗铅、磷、苯等职业性疾病。沙棘果实营养丰富,据测定其果实中含有多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。其中维生素C含量极高,每100克果汁中,维生素C含量可达到825~1100毫克,是猕猴桃的2~3倍,素有维生素C之王的美称。沙棘油中含有206种对人体有益的活性物质,其中有46种生物活性物质,含有大量的维生素E、维生素A、黄酮等,具有抗疲劳和增强机体活力及抗癌等特殊药理性能,具有保护和加速修复胃黏膜、增加肠道双歧杆菌的药性,有降减血浆胆固醇、减少血管壁中胆固醇含量的作用,能防治高血脂症和动脉粥样硬化症,并有促进伤口愈合的作用。医学临床表明,沙棘总黄酮可以降低高血脂、软化血管,并降低低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白,清除血管壁沉积物,磷脂能促进脂质转运和清除,加速血液中甘油三酯的代谢,防治动脉粥样硬化的形成。由于沙棘中含有大量的氨基酸、有机酸等多种营养成分,可以促进胃酸的生物合成,刺激胃液分泌。因而沙棘具有消食化滞、健脾养胃、疏肝理气的作用,对于消化不良、腹胀痛、胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、肠炎、慢性便秘均有极好作用。沙棘中含有的苹果酸、草酸等有机酸具有缓解抗生素和其他药物的毒性作用,保护肝脏,如肝细胞再生剂--赖氨酸。沙棘中的磷酯类化合物是一种生物活性较高的成分,可促进细胞代谢,改善肝功能,抗脂肪肝,抗肝硬化。沙棘中的生物活性成分花青素、苦木素、香豆素、5-羟色胺等可阻断黄曲霉菌等致癌物质或病菌的侵害,具有明显辅助抑制癌细胞生长的作用。沙棘总黄酮等生物活性成分对免疫***的多环节具有不同程度的调节能力,对体液免疫和细胞免疫具有明显的调节作用。沙棘在传统医学理论中就具有止咳平喘、利肺化痰的作用,对慢性咽炎、支气管炎、咽喉肿痛、哮喘、咳嗽多痰等呼吸道***疾病均有很好作用,消除疲劳、润肠通便、抵抗各种辐射、提神醒脑有奇效,对儿童身体的智力发育具有很好的促进作用。
枸杞子,为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实。是***批准的药食两用食物。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、多种维生素和钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养物质,故有明目之功,俗称“明眼子”。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏化和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。并且,枸杞子从诗经“集于苞杞”时起,便用于医药,迄今已有3000余年的历史。现代医学研究结果表明:枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,由***糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫,抗衰老、抗疲劳以及明目护肝等功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变。《神农本草经》记载:“枸杞久服能坚筋骨、耐寒暑,轻身不老,乃中药中之上品。”《本草纲目》记载 “枸杞子甘平而润,性滋补……能补肾、润肺、生精、益气,此乃平补之药。”
蕨麻(Potentilla anserina L.)是蔷薇科,委陵菜属多年生草本。中国多省地。生河岸、路边、山坡草地及草甸。该种分布较广,横跨欧亚美三洲北半球温带,以及南美智利、大洋洲新西兰及塔斯马尼亚岛等地。根部膨大,含丰富淀粉,市称“蕨麻”或“人参果”其风干块根含水77%,灰分3.09%,还原糖2.97%,蔗糖1.20%,淀粉3.30%,戊聚糖8.34%,蛋白质6.19%,鞣质10.76%,粗纤维15.42%,委陵菜甙0.12%,脂肪约2%。味甘,性微寒。能补脾益胃,生津止渴,止血。民族医药中常用于脾胃虚弱,少食腹泻;胃阴不足,口干口渴;吐血,便血等病症的治疗,是药食两用植物之一。
目前,改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品大多组分单一、效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于工业化生产的改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品,其特征在于:该食品是指按重量份计将沙棘黄酮粉末50~200份、红枸杞多糖粉末50~200份、蕨麻超微粉10~100份以常规方法添加植物多糖或淀粉糊精依次经制粒、烘干、整粒、压片而制成的咀嚼片;所述植物多糖或所述淀粉糊精的添加量小于等于组分总重量的5%。
所述制粒是指采用体积浓度为75%的食品级乙醇利用湿法制粒机进行制粒。
所述烘干温度为40~50℃。
所述压片工作压力为80~100千牛。
所述沙棘黄酮粉末是指将已干燥的沙棘果粉碎后过40目筛,得到沙棘粉,该沙棘粉用其重量8~10倍的体积浓度为90%的食品级乙醇超声浸提后,经板框过滤机压榨过滤,得到滤液;然后将所述滤液在温度为45~52℃的条件下减压浓缩,45~60min后得到浓缩浆;最后所述浓缩浆经真空干燥,即得含量大于35%的沙棘黄酮粉末。
所述超声浸提条件是指温度为40℃~60℃,超声功率为5~10kw,提取次数3 次,每次40min。
所述真空干燥的条件是指温度为-50℃,真空度为8~10Pa。
所述红枸杞多糖粉末由下述方法制得:
⑴将已干燥的红枸杞粉碎后过40目筛,得到枸杞粉,该枸杞粉用其重量8~10倍的体积浓度为95%的食品级乙醇在温度为40℃~60℃、超声功率为5~10kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声提取后过滤,得到滤渣;
⑵所述滤渣中加入其体积3~5倍的蒸馏水,在温度为70~90℃、超声功率为5~10kw的条件下提取3次,每次40min,合并得到提取液,该提取液在温度为45~60℃的条件下减压浓缩,45~60min后得到浓缩液;
⑶所述浓缩液经 Sevag法去除游离蛋白质,得到脱蛋白的浓缩液,该脱蛋白的浓缩液用其体积4~6倍的蒸馏水透析24h后,再加入4倍体积的体积浓度为95%的乙醇醇沉,经1万转/min高速离心机离心,得到上清液;
⑷所述上清液在温度为55~60℃的条件下经减压浓缩回收溶剂,得到浓缩浆;
⑸所述浓缩浆在温度为-50℃,真空度为10~13Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量45%的棕红色红枸杞多糖粉末。
所述蕨麻超微粉是指将已干燥的蕨麻粗粉碎后,经超微粉碎、过 100 目筛而得的蕨麻超微粉产品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明对药食两用植物进行提取、分离纯化,得到沙棘黄酮、红枸杞多糖等活性物质,并与蕨麻超微粉进行组方后添加食品级辅料,经混料、制粒、压片而得,以修复胃黏膜、增加肠道双歧杆菌为目标,既起到预防和保健作用,又具有改善消化道不适症状的作用,从而达到人体最大程度利用和吸收植物提取物的目的。
2、本发明原料易得,可以高效利用生长在青海、甘肃和宁夏等地区生产的沙棘、枸杞等资源;同时易于工业化实施,对提高资源的附加值和带动当地的高技术生物产业均有重要的意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品,该食品是指按重量份(g)计将沙棘黄酮粉末50份、红枸杞多糖粉末50份、蕨麻超微粉10份以常规方法添加植物多糖或淀粉糊精后,先采用体积浓度为75%的食品级乙醇利用湿法制粒机进行制粒,然后在温度为40℃的条件下烘干,经整粒后于工作压力为80千牛的条件下进行压片而制成的咀嚼片。
其中:
植物多糖或淀粉糊精的添加量小于等于组分总重量的5%。
蕨麻超微粉是指将已干燥的蕨麻粗粉碎后,经超微粉碎、过 100 目筛而得的蕨麻超微粉产品。
沙棘黄酮粉末是指将已干燥的沙棘果粉碎后过40目筛,得到沙棘粉,该沙棘粉用其重量8倍的体积浓度为90%的食品级乙醇在温度为40℃℃、超声功率为5kw、提取次数3次、每次40min的条件下超声浸提后,经板框过滤机压榨过滤,得到滤液;然后将滤液在温度为45℃的条件下减压浓缩,45min后得到浓缩浆;最后浓缩浆于温度为-50℃、真空度为8Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量大于35%的沙棘黄酮粉末。
红枸杞多糖粉末由下述方法制得:
⑴将已干燥的红枸杞粉碎后过40目筛,得到枸杞粉,该枸杞粉用其重量8倍的体积浓度为95%的食品级乙醇在温度为40℃、超声功率为5kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声提取后过滤,得到滤渣;
⑵滤渣中加入其体积3倍的蒸馏水,在温度为70℃、超声功率为5kw的条件下提取3次,每次40min,合并得到提取液,该提取液在温度为45℃的条件下减压浓缩,45min后得到浓缩液;
⑶浓缩液经 Sevag法去除游离蛋白质,得到脱蛋白的浓缩液,该脱蛋白的浓缩液用其体积4倍的蒸馏水透析24h后,再加入4倍体积的体积浓度为95%的乙醇醇沉,经1万转/min高速离心机离心,得到上清液;
⑷上清液在温度为55℃的条件下经减压浓缩回收溶剂,得到浓缩浆;
⑸浓缩浆在温度为-50℃,真空度为10Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量45%的棕红色红枸杞多糖粉末。
实施例2 一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品,该食品是指按重量份(g)计将沙棘黄酮粉末200份、红枸杞多糖粉末200份、蕨麻超微粉100份以常规方法添加植物多糖或淀粉糊精后,先采用体积浓度为75%的食品级乙醇利用湿法制粒机进行制粒,然后在温度为50℃的条件下烘干,经整粒后于工作压力为100千牛的条件下进行压片而制成的咀嚼片。
其中:
植物多糖或淀粉糊精的添加量、蕨麻超微粉同实施例1。
沙棘黄酮粉末是指将已干燥的沙棘果粉碎后过40目筛,得到沙棘粉,该沙棘粉用其重量10倍的体积浓度为90%的食品级乙醇在温度为60℃、超声功率为10kw、提取次数3次、每次40min的条件下超声浸提后,经板框过滤机压榨过滤,得到滤液;然后将滤液在温度为52℃的条件下减压浓缩, 60min后得到浓缩浆;最后浓缩浆于温度为-50℃、真空度为10Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量大于35%的沙棘黄酮粉末。
红枸杞多糖粉末由下述方法制得:
⑴将已干燥的红枸杞粉碎后过40目筛,得到枸杞粉,该枸杞粉用其重量10倍的体积浓度为95%的食品级乙醇在温度为60℃、超声功率为10kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声提取后过滤,得到滤渣;
⑵滤渣中加入其体积5倍的蒸馏水,在温度为90℃、超声功率为10kw的条件下提取3次,每次40min,合并得到提取液,该提取液在温度为60℃的条件下减压浓缩,60min后得到浓缩液;
⑶浓缩液经 Sevag法去除游离蛋白质,得到脱蛋白的浓缩液,该脱蛋白的浓缩液用其体积6倍的蒸馏水透析24h后,再加入4倍体积的体积浓度为95%的乙醇醇沉,经1万转/min高速离心机离心,得到上清液;
⑷上清液在温度为60℃的条件下经减压浓缩回收溶剂,得到浓缩浆;
⑸浓缩浆在温度为-50℃,真空度为13Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量45%的棕红色红枸杞多糖粉末。
实施例3 一种改善消化道疾病症状的保健食品,该食品是指按重量份(g)计将沙棘黄酮粉末100份、红枸杞多糖粉末100份、蕨麻超微粉50份以常规方法添加植物多糖或淀粉糊精后,先采用体积浓度为75%的食品级乙醇利用湿法制粒机进行制粒,然后在温度为45℃的条件下烘干,经整粒后于工作压力为90千牛的条件下进行压片而制成的咀嚼片。
其中:

沙棘黄酮粉末是指将已干燥的沙棘果粉碎后过40目筛,得到沙棘粉,该沙棘粉用其重量9倍的体积浓度为90%的食品级乙醇在温度为50℃、超声功率为8kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声浸提后,经板框过滤机压榨过滤,得到滤液;然后将滤液在温度为48℃的条件下减压浓缩,55min后得到浓缩浆;最后浓缩浆于温度为-50℃、真空度为9Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量大于35%的沙棘黄酮粉末。
红枸杞多糖粉末由下述方法制得:
⑴将已干燥的红枸杞粉碎后过40目筛,得到枸杞粉,该枸杞粉用其重量9倍的体积浓度为95%的食品级乙醇在温度为50℃、超声功率为8kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声提取后过滤,得到滤渣;
⑵滤渣中加入其体积4倍的蒸馏水,在温度为80℃、超声功率为8kw的条件下提取3次,每次40min,合并得到提取液,该提取液在温度为55℃的条件下减压浓缩,55min后得到浓缩液;
⑶浓缩液经 Sevag法去除游离蛋白质,得到脱蛋白的浓缩液,该脱蛋白的浓缩液用其体积5倍的蒸馏水透析24h后,再加入4倍体积的体积浓度为95%的乙醇醇沉,经1万转/min高速离心机离心,得到上清液;
⑷上清液在温度为58℃的条件下经减压浓缩回收溶剂,得到浓缩浆;
⑸浓缩浆在温度为-50℃,真空度为12Pa的条件下经真空干燥,即得含量45%的棕红色红枸杞多糖粉末。

⑴将已干燥的红枸杞粉碎后过40目筛,得到枸杞粉,该枸杞粉用其重量8~10倍的体积浓度为95%的食品级乙醇在温度为40℃~60℃、超声功率为5~10kw、提取次数3 次、每次40min的条件下超声提取后过滤,得到滤渣;
⑵所述滤渣中加入其体积3~5倍的蒸馏水,在温度为70~90℃、超声功率为5~10kw的条件下提取3次,每次40min,合并得到提取液,该提取液在温度为45~60℃的条件下减压浓缩,45~60min后得到浓缩液;
⑶所述浓缩液经 Sevag法去除游离蛋白质,得到脱蛋白的浓缩液,该脱蛋白的浓缩液用其体积4~6倍的蒸馏水透析24h后,再加入4倍体积的体积浓度为95%的乙醇醇沉,经1万转/min高速离心机离心,得到上清液;
