本发明公开了一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,采用高弹性仿真丝纤维和经空气低温等离子处理过的棉纤维混纺作为经纱;采用麻纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维混纺作为纬纱,然后根据设定的组织结构、经纬密度制织坯布;并将所得坯布放入整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后水洗、烘干,即得。本发明所得纺织品免烫性能好,柔软舒适,保留了天然纤维的优良性能,吸湿透气性好,具有优良的抗皱性、保型性及洗可穿性。

本发明涉及纺织品生产领域,具体涉及一种制备免烫纺织品的方法。
背景技术
棉、毛、丝、麻等天然纤维是常用的纺织纤维,具有许多优异的性能,如手感柔软、穿着舒适、光泽柔和、抗静电性能较好等。但由这些纤维制成的服用纺织品,在穿着和洗涤过程中普遍存在易起皱、免烫性差等问题,需经后续免烫整理以提高其免烫性能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,所得纺织品免烫性能好,柔软舒适,保留了天然纤维的优良性能,吸湿透气性好,且具有良好的抗皱性、保型性及洗可穿性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将3~3.5重量份的高弹性仿真丝纤维、1.2~1.8重量份的经空气低温等离子处理过的棉纤维混纺作为经纱;
S2、将3~3.5重量份的麻纤维和4~5重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维混纺作为纬纱;
S3、取步骤S1所得的经纱与步骤S2所得纬纱,根据设定的组织结构、经纬密度制织坯布;
S4、将步骤S3所得坯布放入整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后水洗、烘干,即得;
所述的整理液包含以下组分:
核壳丙烯酸弹性乳液7~15份、乙二醛11~17份、柠檬酸11~17份、树枝状大分子物5~8份,天然抗菌剂5~8份、壳聚糖3~6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2~3份、次磷酸钠2~3份、渗透剂1.5~2.5份、硅烷偶联剂1~3份、Gemini阳离子柔软剂1~2份、质量浓度为10~60%的聚乙二醇1~2份、乳状分散聚乙烯蜡1~2份、微纳米氧化物2.5~5.5份、纳米水性粘合剂3~6份。
优选地,所述Gemini阳离子柔软剂由硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺与双(2~氯乙基)醚按照3:2的摩尔比合成得到。
优选地,所述天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、甘草、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得到的密度为1.16~1.22g/ml的提取液。
优选地,所述空气低温等离子处理的条件为:电压550,电流0.5A,温度30℃,压力0.073kpa。

下述实施例1~3中所用的各原料均可由商业途径购买得到,其中所使用的Gemini阳离子柔软剂由硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺与双(2~氯乙基)醚按照3:2的摩尔比合成得到;所使用的天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、甘草、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得到的密度为1.16~1.22g/ml的提取液;所述空气低温等离子处理的条件为:电压550,电流0.5A,温度30℃,压力0.073kpa,处理的时间为1小时;所使用的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。

S2、将3.25重量份的麻纤维和4.5重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维混纺作为纬纱;
S3、取步骤S1所得的经纱与步骤S2所得纬纱,根据设定的组织结构、经纬密度制织坯布;
S4、将步骤S3所得的坯布放入整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后水洗、烘干,即得;烘干操作包括对浸轧后的面料进行初烘和复烘,初烘的温度为85℃,复烘的温度为145℃
所述的整理液包含以下组分:
核壳丙烯酸弹性乳液11份、乙二醛14份、柠檬酸14份、树枝状大分子物6.5份,天然抗菌剂6.5份、壳聚糖4.5份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2.5份、次磷酸钠2.5份、渗透剂2份、硅烷偶联剂2份、Gemini阳离子柔软剂1.5份、质量浓度为10~60%的聚乙二醇1.5份、乳状分散聚乙烯蜡1.5份、微纳米氧化物4份、纳米水性粘合剂4.5份。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将3~3.5重量份的高弹性仿真丝纤维、1.2~1.8重量份的经空气低温等离子处理过的棉纤维混纺作为经纱;
S2、将3~3.5重量份的麻纤维和4~5重量份的聚丙烯腈纤维混纺作为纬纱;
S3、取步骤S1所得的经纱与步骤S2所得纬纱,根据设定的组织结构、经纬密度制织坯布;
S4、将步骤S3所得的坯布放入整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后水洗、烘干,即得;
所述的整理液包含以下组分:
核壳丙烯酸弹性乳液7~15份、乙二醛11~17份、柠檬酸11~17份、树枝状大分子物5~8份,天然抗菌剂5~8份、壳聚糖3~6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2~3份、次磷酸钠2~3份、渗透剂1.5~2.5份、硅烷偶联剂1~3份、Gemini阳离子柔软剂1~2份、质量浓度为10~60%的聚乙二醇1~2份、乳状分散聚乙烯蜡1~2份、微纳米氧化物2.5~5.5份、纳米水性粘合剂3~6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,所述Gemini阳离子柔软剂由硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基胺与双(2~氯乙基)醚按照3:2的摩尔比合成得到。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,所述天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、甘草、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得到的密度为1.16~1.22g/ml的提取液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,所述空气低温等离子处理的条件为:电压550,电流0.5A,温度30℃,压力0.073kpa。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,所述空气低温等离子处理的时间为1小时。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,烘干操作包括对浸轧后的面料进行初烘和复烘,初烘的温度为85℃,复烘的温度为145℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种制备免烫纺织品的方法,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
