Abstract
一种石塑地板的制作工艺,按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;50‑100份树脂粉、10‑30份轻质碳酸钙、1‑2份硬脂酸、2‑6份GB‑101钛白粉、0.8‑1.2份聚乙烯蜡、1‑3份硬脂酸钡、2‑6份抗氧化剂、5‑10份环氧大豆油、2‑6份稀土、3‑6份改性热稳定剂、2‑4份填充母料、0.4‑0.8份发泡剂,将称取的原料在160℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为210℃;将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。本发明克服了强化地板和瓷化地板的不足和缺陷。

技术领域
本发明属于地板的制作工艺,具体为一种石塑地板的制作工艺。
背景技术
目前,国内工业、农业、民用建筑大量使用硬质聚氯乙烯塑料板材,但由于其抗冲击性、耐老化、保温、防火、隔音、二次加工等性能较差,添加增韧剂和加工助剂分散不均匀,物理力学性能不能满足国家标准,生产制造成本较高等,至其在使用中受到限制,不能满足工业、农业生产以及民用建筑的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石塑地板的制作工艺,解决背景技术中的问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种石塑地板的制作工艺,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
50-100份树脂粉
10-30份轻质碳酸钙
1-2份硬脂酸
2-6份GB-101钛白粉
0.8-1.2份聚乙烯蜡
1-3份硬脂酸钡
2-6份抗氧化剂
5-10份环氧大豆油
2-6份稀土
3-6份改性热稳定剂
2-4份填充母料
0.4-0.8份发泡剂。
一种石塑地板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:原料配比:按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;
第二步:原料混合:将称取的原料在150℃-170℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;
第三步:挤出成型:将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为200℃-220℃;
第四步:真空调平:将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;
第五步:强行冷却:将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;
第六步:印花:将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;
第七步:安装实木花纹:在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;
第八步:喷涂:在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。
有益效果:本发明采用高档PVC树脂粉原料生产,取代木质地板、超越强化地板和瓷化地板的不足和缺陷,本产品不含甲醛,阻燃,耐磨、抗潮防腐、无毒无味,采用真正的环保原料,可循环利用,以发明创造性的新型工艺制作而成,是真正绿色环保产品。本发明生产的产品具有防水,防腐、防酸碱、防火阻燃、防火、防虫、高耐磨等特点,可与国内其他地板相媲美,并弥补了其他地板的不足和缺陷。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;50份树脂粉、10份轻质碳酸钙、1份硬脂酸、2份GB-101钛白粉、0.8份聚乙烯蜡、1份硬脂酸钡、2份抗氧化剂、5份环氧大豆油、2份稀土、3份改性热稳定剂、3份填充母料、0.4份发泡剂;将称取的原料在160℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为210℃;将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。
实施例2
按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;80份树脂粉、10份轻质碳酸钙、1.2份硬脂酸、4份GB-101钛白粉、1份聚乙烯蜡、2份硬脂酸钡、4份抗氧化剂、8份环氧大豆油、4份稀土、4份改性热稳定剂、4份填充母料、0.4-0.8份发泡剂;将称取的原料在165℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为205℃;将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。
实施例3
按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;100份树脂粉、30份轻质碳酸钙、2份硬脂酸、6份GB-101钛白粉、1.2份聚乙烯蜡、3份硬脂酸钡、6份抗氧化剂、5-10份环氧大豆油、2-6份稀土、6份改性热稳定剂、4份填充母料、0.8份发泡剂;将称取的原料在155℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为215℃;将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。

1.一种石塑地板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:
50-100份树脂粉
10-30份轻质碳酸钙
1-2份硬脂酸
2-6份GB-101钛白粉
0.8-1.2份聚乙烯蜡
1-3份硬脂酸钡
2-6份抗氧化剂
5-10份环氧大豆油
2-6份稀土
3-6份改性热稳定剂
2-4份填充母料
0.4-0.8份发泡剂。
2.一种石塑地板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:原料配比:按照原料重量份的组分称取原料;
第二步:原料混合:将称取的原料在150℃-170℃的温度下,在高速混合机中进行混合;
第三步:挤出成型:将混合后的原料在高压双螺杆挤出机内一次性挤出成型,控制挤出机的温度为200℃-220℃;
第四步:真空调平:将挤出成型后的物料在真空环境内调平;
第五步:强行冷却:将真空调平后的物料进行强行冷却,得到地板基材;
第六步:印花:将强行冷却后的产品进行多色印花;得到多色印花的地板基材;
第七步:安装实木花纹:在多色印花的地板基材上安装上3D打印的仿实木花纹层;
第八步:喷涂:在安装仿实木花纹层的地板基材上喷涂UV高耐磨漆,即得到一种石塑地板。
