本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,其包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25‑35份、聚异丁烯树脂12‑20份、丙烯酸乳液10‑16份、二硫醇3‑6份、气相二氧化钛2‑8份、硫酸亚铁铵1‑2份、1,4‑环己烷二甲醇9‑14份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2‑6份、葵二酸二丁酯5‑9份、硫酸钡3‑8份、磺化木质素纤维4‑7份、丙酮5‑10份、无机助剂10‑15份、丙酸钙2‑6份和水15‑25份。本发明提供的一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料通过多次实验,获得了具有高耐酸性的密封材料配方,在铅酸蓄电池的加工生产过程中使用,可有效避免漏酸现象的发生,并且耐老化性能良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池是一种用途十分广泛,需求量十分巨大的工业品,在生产过程中,蓄电池的槽盖连接及接线部分一般都用胶粘密封材料加以密封、堵酸。随着蓄电池市场需求的逐年上升,对废旧电池的处理与蓄电池的维修也越来越受到重视,而蓄电池维修的关键是即要打开密封盖又不能损坏蓄电池外壳。但现有的密封涂胶材料耐酸性较差,容易发生漏酸及老化现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种耐酸、防漏及抗老化的铅酸蓄电池涂胶材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25-35份、聚异丁烯树脂12-20份、丙烯酸乳液10-16份、二硫醇3-6份、丙酮5-10份、气相二氧化钛2-8份、硫酸亚铁铵1-2份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇9-14份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-6份、葵二酸二丁酯5-9份、硫酸钡3-8份、磺化木质素纤维4-7份、无机助剂10-15份、丙酸钙2-6份和水15-25份。
优选地,所述一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯30份、聚异丁烯树脂16份、丙烯酸乳液13份、二硫醇5份、气相二氧化钛5份、硫酸亚铁铵1.5份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、葵二酸二丁酯7份、硫酸钡6份、磺化木质素纤维5份、丙酮8份、无机助剂12份、丙酸钙4份和水20份。
进一步地,所述无机助剂为轻质碳酸钙、羟基磷灰石粉、硅藻土粉、凹凸棒土粉中的一种或几种。

本发明提供的一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料通过多次实验,获得了具有高耐酸性的密封材料配方,在铅酸蓄电池的加工生产及维修过程中使用,可有效避免漏酸现象的发生,并且耐老化性能良好。

实施例1:一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯30份、聚异丁烯树脂16份、丙烯酸乳液13份、二硫醇5份、气相二氧化钛5份、硫酸亚铁铵1.5份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、葵二酸二丁酯7份、硫酸钡6份、磺化木质素纤维5份、丙酮8份、无机助剂12份、丙酸钙4份和水20份;所述无机助剂为轻质碳酸钙、羟基磷灰石粉和凹凸棒土粉。
实施例2:一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25份、聚异丁烯树脂12份、丙烯酸乳液10份、二硫醇3份、气相二氧化钛2份、硫酸亚铁铵1份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2份、葵二酸二丁酯5份、硫酸钡3份、磺化木质素纤维4份、丙酮5份、无机助剂10份、丙酸钙2份和水15份;所述无机助剂为轻质碳酸钙。

实施例4:一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25份、聚异丁烯树脂20份、丙烯酸乳液10份、二硫醇6份、气相二氧化钛2份、硫酸亚铁铵1份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇14份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2份、葵二酸二丁酯9份、硫酸钡3份、磺化木质素纤维7份、丙酮5份、无机助剂15份、丙酸钙2份和水25份;所述无机助剂为羟基磷灰石粉和硅藻土粉。
实施例5:一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯27份、聚异丁烯树脂15份、丙烯酸乳液15份、二硫醇4份、气相二氧化钛6份、硫酸亚铁铵1份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、葵二酸二丁酯6份、硫酸钡5份、磺化木质素纤维5份、丙酮6份、无机助剂14份、丙酸钙5份和水22份;所述无机助剂为轻质碳酸钙和凹凸棒土粉。
实施例1-5所述的一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,将所述重量份数的原料按照业内常规加工方法充分混合均匀后即可涂覆使用。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯25-35份、聚异丁烯树脂12-20份、丙烯酸乳液10-16份、二硫醇3-6份、丙酮5-10份、气相二氧化钛2-8份、硫酸亚铁铵1-2份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇9-14份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-6份、葵二酸二丁酯5-9份、硫酸钡3-8份、磺化木质素纤维4-7份、无机助剂10-15份、丙酸钙2-6份和水15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:氯磺化聚乙烯30份、聚异丁烯树脂16份、丙烯酸乳液13份、二硫醇5份、丙酮8份、气相二氧化钛5份、硫酸亚铁铵1.5份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、葵二酸二丁酯7份、硫酸钡6份、磺化木质素纤维5份、无机助剂12份、丙酸钙4份和水20份。

5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种铅酸蓄电池的耐酸防漏涂胶材料,其特征在于:所述无机助剂为轻质碳酸钙、羟基磷灰石粉、硅藻土粉、凹凸棒土粉中的一种或几种。
