Abstract
本发明是一种防锈防腐涂料,所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂10‑19份,聚氨酯树脂5‑12份,丁醚化氨基树脂2‑8份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂5‑9份,聚酰胺树脂1‑5份,氧化铁2‑7份,钛白粉1‑2份,云母粉5‑8份,硅酸锂4‑9份,纳米碳酸钙2‑7份,羧甲基纤维素2‑5份。本发明涂料具有良好的耐高温、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗磨等,适合于恶劣环境使用,防锈能力强,生产成本相对较低,涂层具有良好的附着力、韧性、耐磨性、耐酸碱性,并且干燥速度快,能有效的提高涂料的耐腐蚀的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体的说是一种防锈防腐涂料。
背景技术
随着工业技术的进步,金属材料的使用也越来越多,各种腐蚀随处可见,尤其是在潮湿、高盐、多风的极端环境下,裸露在外面的部件尤其是金属部分很容易生锈、被腐蚀,给设备造成了巨大的损失,减少了设备的使用寿命,但是现在的涂料一般防腐、防锈的能力弱、期限短,环境污染大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种附着力强、耐腐蚀性强、安全无毒,防锈能力强的防锈防腐涂料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种防锈防腐涂料,所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂10-19份,聚氨酯树脂5-12份,丁醚化氨基树脂2-8份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂5-9份,聚酰胺树脂1-5份,氧化铁2-7份,钛白粉1-2份,云母粉5-8份,硅酸锂4-9份,纳米碳酸钙2-7份,羧甲基纤维素2-5份。
优选的:涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂19份,聚氨酯树脂5份,丁醚化氨基树脂2份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂5份,聚酰胺树脂1份,氧化铁2份,钛白粉1份,云母粉5份,硅酸锂4份,纳米碳酸钙2份,羧甲基纤维素2份。
优选的:所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂10份,聚氨酯树脂12份,丁醚化氨基树脂8份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂9份,聚酰胺树脂5份,氧化铁7份,钛白粉2份,云母粉8份,硅酸锂9份,纳米碳酸钙7份,羧甲基纤维素5份。
优选的:涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂15份,聚氨酯树脂8份,丁醚化氨基树脂5份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂7份,聚酰胺树脂3份,氧化铁5份,钛白粉1份,云母粉6份,硅酸锂7份,纳米碳酸钙5份,羧甲基纤维素3份。
本发明的有益效果是:脂肪族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂可以降低树脂的粘度,增加固化物的柔韧性,氧化铁防锈性能优异,云母粉是一种绿色环保填料,独特的二维片状阻隔、屏蔽紫外光、化学结构的稳定性等功能有效地提高涂膜的抗渗透性、耐候性、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,另外,不含任何放射性元素,涂料具有良好的耐高温、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗磨等,适合于恶劣环境使用,防锈能力强,生产成本相对较低,涂层具有良好的附着力、韧性、耐磨性、耐酸碱性,并且干燥速度快,能有效的提高涂料的耐腐蚀的能力。
本发明组分简单、配比合理,具有良好的耐腐蚀防锈能力。

如实施例所示,本发明是一种防锈防腐涂料所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂10-19份,聚氨酯树脂5-12份,丁醚化氨基树脂2-8份,脂肪族缩水甘油醚酚醛树脂5-9份,聚酰胺树脂1-5份,氧化铁2-7份,钛白粉1-2份,云母粉5-8份,硅酸锂4-9份,纳米碳酸钙2-7份,羧甲基纤维素2-5份。
